2 weeks ago a young gentleman came to our workplace to drop of menus of your business. So we thought we'd give you a try. We had the seafood cheesesteak..it was excellent! The bread was soft and the sandwich as a whole had really good flavor. We definitely will be coming back..don't take that off the menu!!

Previously, when this place was Champion Chicken, I ate there maybe three times in the past 10 years. Now that it is Ashley’s Que Too, I’ve eaten there probably three times in the past month! I went last night to play trivia. I had a lot of fun, even though my team came in second place. The food was amazing, the drinks were delicious and the service, as always, was top notch! Very unprofessional.ordered over the phone lot of yelling in background, ordered 6 bourbon wing 12 garlic parm wings 16 pieces of chicken and a dozen cornbread. 82.00. Get home and the order is missing the 12 garlic wings so I called the girl answered the phone is yelling to someone she claims she didn’t get her 12 garlic wings bunch yelling back and forth the manager comes on phone says hold on, finally they said yeah do you want to come and get them. Drove 10 minutes back to get them. The cornbread was stale tasted like couple days old. The chicken was dry. Heard under new management and was supposed to be good. What a joke. I guess I'm gonna have to give y'all a break. I don't know if it's new owners or new cooks, but everything has been off lately. Today, I ordered 2 salads and a 12 piece sesame sauce wings. I don't recall asking for grapes on my salad, but after further review, they're just unripe tomatoes. Why you thought it was a good idea to put these ugly, nasty looking, green tomatoes on my salads is beyond me. And I don't know what this brown spot is on my egg. You never even bothered to put sauce on my wings. All of the sauce is at the bottom of the container. I guess it was too much of a bother to toss my wings in the sauce.

The food that was delivered was barely warm and everything we ordered was soggy. Special requests were not honored (we asked for white meat only - and would have paid extra). The pieces of chicken were TINY, like 3 bites and gone. I also can't believe I paid almost $6 for the "garlic bread appetizer" and it was literally two 6" slices of mushy barely cooked bread. I ordered a Super Combo today for lunch which cost a lil over $14.50 this combo states per restaurant menu and online menu that it comes with 2 cheese quesadillas, 3 chicken tenders, 2 potato wedges and 4 Mac and cheese wedges. I only received 2 chicken tenders and 3 Mac and cheese wedges. I called immediately to the restaurant and they did not fix they're mistake but only made excuses and pointed the finger. I only order their chicken club salad. When I received my salad, many times, I would have to request more dressing because they only give you one small container with two tablespoons of dressing. I’m not sure why they think that will be enough to cover an entire styrofoam container full of salad. So this last time I ordered my salad, I asked for three containers of dressing to be sure there was enough and I was told it only comes with 1 (2 tbsp) container of dressing and each additional container is a dollar. I almost lost my mind. Dressing should be included with the salad at no additional cost. I have never had to pay an extra dollar per container in the past. I am highly dissatisfied with this restaurant for being so stingy with condiments. Never going back!

I haven’t been here in many years but stopped by for a quick ice cream as I needed to kill some time. I ordered a hot fudge Sunday with pecans. What I received was a plastic water glass with chocolate syrup splashed on the sides and a cup of ice cream. Pecans were on top. What used to be custard is now a granular vanilla ice milk. This cup of joy cost me 5 bucks and I ended up dumping it in the trash. I would not recommend.

Order from here a few times in the past and haven’t had issues with delivery or service. However, today I was quoted a 45 min to an hour delivery time. After an hour and 15 minutes passed I called to check the status and the young lady said they were just preparing it and it would be 20 to 30 minutes before it would be out for delivery. She also denied originally taking my order and quoting me this timeframe. Asked to speak with a manager and he wasn’t available. Cancelled my order and requested a refund. I will never order food from here ever again!

Well shame on me. It's now 11 months from my first review, and I thought I would give this place another chance. I ordered a fish dinner and 12 wings. This time the order arrived 20 minutes late. But the driver only had the fish dinner. I tried calling, but they wont answer the phone (answering machine) bad sign for a restaurant. I had to contact the delivery company (slice) and they told me the restaurant would redeliver the rest of my order. 1/1/2 later and nothing! I finally had to request a refund, but they only refunded me the cost of the mel tht was missing. I left a large tip based off the total but didnt this didnt get adjusted. NO MORE!
And don't believe any response the own replies too. Nothing changed.

Not a good experience.
Ordered a fish fry and the garlic chicken tortellini for pick up. I stood at the counter for a minute before the young lady helped me. She seemed overworked and untrained in customer service. With maybe 3 words said to me, she rang up the transaction, put my food on the counter and walked away. I paid with my card and waited for her to come back to get my receipt. After a minute or two I decided to grab my own receipt from the printer on the counter and left.
The fish was marginally okay, the fries were soggy and I didn't get any coleslaw, tartar sauce or lemon for the fish. The tortellini was not much better. The sauce probably was out of a jar, the chicken was super dry and the portion was small. I will not be going back.

This is ridiculous my son called to order food and he gave them the address 2x and the girl on the end even asked her coworkers if they deliver to our address and they said yes. Even the girl started to become rude over the phone while my son was polite in ordering. He is 13 years old if your wondering. He waited an hour and nothing. I ordered through GrubHub and the food arrived 40 minutes late. I contacted GrubHub to cancel the order before it arrived and customer support said the restaurant would not refund my order because they use their own drivers. The blackened chicken pasta sauce was way too salty, the chicken dinner had so much salt it was granular in the breading, and the breaded mushrooms were somehow both soggy and dry. I managed to get the order cancelled after GrubHub support spoke to the restaurant for about 15 minutes, as they were resistant to cancel the order, but I will be sure to never order from here again.

Every time I work by, drive by, or even walk by the parking lot is full of people. For me that’s always a good sign. I decided to give them a try, got carry out because I was on the move and didn’t have a lot of time to spare. First off the menu is very vast, a bunch of options. I’m a fan of big wings, so they have a party wing and “big wing” options. Maybe $4-5 in price. I was told the price difference is because the wings are bigger. Long story short I got the big wings, never checked the bag and drove home a few mins away. While the flavors were good the wings were disappointingly small, they came out dry but due to the flavor of the sauce I overlooked it. The fries were decent but not something I’d die to have again. Got a strawberry milkshake to go along with the wings and fries, and unfortunately it was the star of the show. While the service was quick and overall good, it’s a no for me. Maybe someone else will have better luck.

I recently moved to the area and have ordered delivery and pick up. I've ordered things from salads to fried chicken to milkshakes and they have all been fantastic every time. Especially the salads! They're a large portion, always super fresh, and most importantly... They've never forgotten the salad dressing!! (Almost unbelievable how often that happens at so many other places). The shakes I've had use real, fresh fruit. Nothing frozen or coated in sugar syrup.
Even with everything going on with the pandemic, being short staffed, and supply shortages, I have yet to receive a less than amazing meal from them. Living right down the road, I'll most definitely keep coming back.

The reviews are mixed, but I really liked their chicken dinner and wonton mozzarella sticks. They gave a lot of food and the chicken was juicy and flavorful. Their fries are the soggier kind; they are also really good, savory, soft and enjoyable. The marinara with the sticks was garlicky and added to the already good sticks. TERRIBLE! This was my first time (and last!) buying food from Champion Chicken and the food was an absolute joke. The fries were soggy, the "garlic" bread was burnt to a crisp and still not even crunchy, they put some wrong items in my order, and it looks like the owner stopped caring for maintenance years ago. There was no flavor to the food and the sauce that came with my sandwich was just straight up grease. They didn't even offer sauces for their wings. How can you call yourself Champion Chicken with no sauces?

My second Best meal from Champiin Chicken!
A 3 piece fish fry & swirl custard! The fish were nice size pieces and golden brown the fries were also still hot, golden brown & crispy. Tarter sauce was great & coleslaw could be a bit more creamy

Bought the perch dinner tub, they forgot to put in tarter sauce for starters, the perch was spoiled. I called the young lady up front, asked how do I know the perch is spoiled. I explained to her that it absolutely tastes horrible. They offered no new meal, nor did they offer a re imbursement for my $35.00 horrible meal. I offered to bring the meal backand was told how would they know I bought it from them! Wow! I have gone here 100 times, because I live in the neighborhood, but until this is fixed I will not go back, nor would I recommend it either.

They'll say they pride themselves on high standards in responses but actions speak louder than words. They cant even make decent fries. Worst soggy frozen fries you've ever had. Total waste. Their chicken definitely isn't a champion either. Mediocre at best. Its rough times for everyone during Covid and it shows in their food unfortunately.

Prior to COVID, we ate fish fry's here regularly - but tonight I pulled into the empty parking lot (empty parking lot on a Friday night?!?!) which was always busy and crowded on Friday evenings. I was a little concerned- that they were closed but no - they were open and my food was waiting for me. When I got home and unpacked the chicken and fish it was - not great. The fish was translucent in places (not fully cooked). The fries were also not done, pale and greasy. I don’t eat meat, so I usually eat the rye bread (not there) fries, and the cold slaw which tasted old and like the refrigerator. I don’t know what happened. In the past we could count on a decent meal from Champion Chicken. I threw away the fish, put the fries in the oven to complete cooking and my kids ate the chicken (although I was pretty reluctant to let them). I gave this review 2 stars for two reasons. 1 because the food was ready on time and 2 because the chicken was cooked. Otherwise this was a waste of money.

They just ain't what they used to be. Rolls just in the bag not wrapped up. Didn't include my custard and when I asked about it he said it didn't come with what I ordered but CLEARLY IT DOES, ACCORDING TO THEIR WEBSITE MENU. I was very disappointed and will never order from here again.

Ordered pick up here today. The person answering the phone and taking my order sounded intoxicated. The food was very basic and bland with no flavor whatsoever. How do you forget to add dressing for a salad and cheese that is printed clearly on the receipt? The chicken on the pizza tasted like it was from a can. It was hard and diced like caned chicken. Gross! I would not recommend and will not order here again.

Ordered baked cod that was supposed to come with parsley potatoes, a veggie, and bread. I got FRIED perch and fries. Noone said anything about them being out of an item when I picked dinner up. Horrible.
We also ordered a chicken bucket, the chicken was lukewarm, not even hot.

Called to place a phone order. Was told 15 min I arrived in 20 min but for some reason still had to wait another 20 min for my food. But I noticed the lobby was DISGUSTING corners full of spider webs and dead flies. lobby floors tables and carpets nasty as they've ever been! The chicken and fries were despicable! fries barely done soggy greasy gross. I'll never be back to this place i can bet you that. UGH! I should've asked them to cancel my order when I saw the lobby! DO NOT EAT HERE if they can mess up a simple order of fried chicken wings and French fries as a chicken joint! AND a nasty establishment then they don't deserve business

The wings I got were so over cooked there was no meat left on. Delivery was fast and my husband’s chicken was great
