That was one of the best hamburgers I’ve ever had. I asked for medium rare and that was exactly what I got. So juicy and they even have a station where you can add any toppings you like. Went here for lunch - two people, each a burger and a soft drink - our bill was $40!! This is Charcoal Grill. Basic burgers. Waffle fries. Fountain drinks. Then they offer their "fixing station", which is 7 different types of mustard, mayo, onions, and two types of pickles. Our waitress was nice. She came to check on us twice. But what I'm most bothered about, and reason for one star is their deceptive billing. If you pay card, they tack on a 2% fee. It says credit card, but this is regardless of it's credit or debit. I used my venmo card, which isn't even a bank or credit card - one that doesn't even charge ME fees if any type! And they do not tell you ahead of time that you will be charged this added fee. So if you don't carry, cash, good luck. I know I never do. This should not be a legal practice. Establishments should not be able to pass their credit card fees on to us.

Have not been to the charcoal grill in years seems I kind of forgot about it. Went there the other day and got a harvest salad. It was delicious. Went to Charcoal Grill today for the brunch. First of all there was no salad bar or fruit available. The omelette maker had 1 pan, meaning they only made 1 omelette at a time (sighs heavily). The food was subpar, and not quite fresh, roasted chicken was so hard and dry and unseasoned, the eggs benedict; meat and bread were dry as if it had been sitting (we got there at opening), and the bacon seemed like a cheap cut; the kind where it's just salty to the taste. The eggs were simple hotel eggs, and they were fine as well as the ham. On another note the Server was AMAZING and helpful and the rest of the staff was very cheerful and amazing as well. But for $20 this buffet is an absolute NOTT!

If we go back, IF...its gonna be a long time. My advice, train your people better...terrible.

The food smelled so good even before we got inside. The wait staff was friendly and gave me no issues about my service dog. We were seated quickly and checked on a few times to see if we were ready to order. We took a long time deciding. The food was great! I got baby back ribs and they were some of the best I've had! Falling of the bone, moist and great flavor. My boyfriend got a burger that was thick and juicy. The fixing bar was great. I loved the little fry baskets the fried sides came in. Again, we were checked on and refills given throughout our meal. The atmosphere and decore were nice. I'll definitely go back if I'm in the area again.

Definitely, you should treat yourself to the burger bar on Mondays where the charcoal grill offers a special price.
The greatest part about charcoal grill burgers is the burger topping bar. You can fix your burger up with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles, jalapeños, and all the condiments you could dream of.
There are many sides to choose from and you can’t go wrong with any of them. We arrived early and thought we were going to be the only customers only to find we were just 10 minutes before the rush. The secrets out. Make sure you join the Monday burger club at the charcoal grill.

Many know about this treasure and appreciate it, and I would definitely recommend the value at this location. We arrived at a time when they were decorating for the holidays, so we’ll have to go back and see how that all turned out. Friendly service I had a good value and delicious food. This was a win.

Ordered a takeout meal on Friday. Overall, we’re really satisfied! The menu is huge and the prices aren’t too high. We enjoyed the ultimate combo and surprisingly it was enough food for two! Ribs and chicken are delicious, but I wasn’t satisfied with the steak. There was no flavor to it at all. That is the only reason I put 4 stars instead of 5. Mashed potatoes and salad are great! Not from here from Texas saw the bbq and was excited. As soon as I walked in no one greeted me from 15 minutes. The host finally came over I asked for a table for 6, he says I don’t have a table but not a booth. I ask what does the booth looks like, he rolls his eyes at he and says a booth. I explained to him I’m not from here. As my family starts to walk in he started to be nice. This was a horrible experience. Kindness goes a long ways. I was very happy to be here. Heard Wisconsin has the best cheese. But this experience has really made me feel uncomfortable. Wish I could’ve taste the good food, I read reviews about but it will never happen.
