In the past, my experience has been great. Tasty sandwiches, lovely desserts, and nice latte. Yesterday I came in with my mom. We were surprised by our experience. While the ordering went fine, and was pleasant, the other service was not.

My mom ordered a cup of chili. It was $8! For a CUP! It was served in a coffee cup, and came to the table with slop down the side. The server was entirely disinterested, almost bothered. Same when my meal was dropped off, by a different person. It gave us an unwelcome feel. Disappointing after our other experiences here. Hopefully just a fluke?

I have always loved Cheesecake Heaven. Nice reto music and laid back casual atmosphere. But all good things must come to an end sadly. Last week hubby and I stopped in for a lunch. I ordered my usual avocado, bacon and sprouts wrap. I couldn't believe what they brought to me. No smile, just a blank stare and plopped it down. The wrap was in a SHABBLES. I looked at it and wondered how I would eat it. I thought I will use a fork it was that bad. Well the forks are cheap and was hard to cut all the STUFFING spilling out. I HESITANTLY brought it back as I am pretty patient. The cashier blankly said we can replace it and they did. Now why would they have served it to me in the first place. It looked like an eight year old put it together. The second wrap was much better but this is the kicker....there was black rotten avocados in that second wrap!!!! Over half the avocadoes were bad. Had to throw the second half of it away. Not one employee was friendly. Used to be my fav place but I fear it's hard to find good help. Now I am hesitant to go back and am looking for a new place. I love this place!! Best sandwich/pasta salad in town. I get a half sandwich/pasta salad combo. Sandwich: build your own grilled on honey white bread with turkey, avocado, alfalfa sprouts, tomato, spinach and mayo and the pesto pasta salad. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
ALSO, I read a bad review about a young lady that works here, the reviewer even included a photo taken without this young lady's permission which should tell you right there what kind of person wrote that review; maybe the worker was having a bad day or something when that reviewer came in because I was helped by the same girl and her and everyone else on staff was incredibly nice and helpful. You never know what someone's going through and I think that review was inappropriate and inaccurate to what I've experienced every time I've been in this restaurant, so completely undeserved.
Cheese Cake Heaven is a fantastic local small business restaurant with amazing food and great service.

I have been a loyal customer of Cheese Cake Heaven, and my wife and I have always enjoyed coming here for breakfast or lunch. We appreciate the simple, old-school ordering system and the way they maintain their original charm. Their coffee and sandwiches are consistently good, which keeps us coming back.

However, during my recent visits, I have encountered a younger cashier who has a notably unfriendly attitude. She never smiles, and her responses feel cold and indifferent. This morning at around 9:30 AM, I casually asked about the display coolers as they appeared empty, and her response was a curt, “We have everything on the menu,” without any effort to engage. Even when handing me my coffee, she did so in a dismissive manner, making the interaction feel unwelcoming. Yet, I noticed that she was laughing and chatting comfortably with her coworkers, showing a stark contrast in behavior.

A friendly attitude goes a long way in enhancing a customer’s experience, and unfortunately, her service left a negative impression. While I love the food and atmosphere, I now find myself reconsidering whether I should continue coming here. I understand that losing one customer may not matter much to them, but I do hope this feedback helps in improving the service experience for others.

Such a beautiful cafe with delicious food!! My husband choice this for his birthday lunch (mostly for the cheesecake but the view of Lambeau Field also was enjoyed 😉). A HUGE shout out to the workers who helped surprise him by singing when they delivered his food. I ordered The Mots and enjoyed every last bite; perfect portions of each ingredient in every bite & toasted to perfection! Plus, their Chai Latte was a perfect blend of spice-y smoothness. I had an absolutely delicious custom sandwich piled high with my requested ingredients. Their roasted garlic bread is chewy but not too tough, and everything sticks together well making for a sensational artisanal sandwich experience. The last time I was in here I placed an order to go. I was the only one at the counter or in line at the time. It took 25+ minutes to get that order. I was a little annoyed but the food was good so I let it go. Tonight I went in and order a bowl of soup and a cookie. I got the cookie right away and then sat for 20+ minutes waiting for my soup. It's not like they had to make it and I was the only one in the restaurant! The young woman taking my order repeated it back to me as she was laughing with the other girl behind the counter. Not a word of it was correct. I'm disappointed in Cheesecake Heaven. I won't be able to stop anymore unless I have loads of time to wait.

I enjoyed this place it was my first time there and I decided I wanted to try a place I haven’t been to for lunch. So I brought my daughter and my mom, we got a chicken pesto wrap and their amazing lobster bisque bread bowl soup, I gotta say I give that 5 stars all on its own it was delicious! Called for 2 hours trying to speak with someone there. Only got a message indicating they weren’t available and that you couldn’t leave a message. Tried 3 days later and someone finally answered. I was told they had many carrot cakes so there was no reason to reserve one. Stopped in 3 days later, waited at least 20 minutes in line and finally made it to the cashier. I asked for a carrot cake and was told she would have to check if they had any!!!! The cashier did come back with a carrot cake and then it took 3 employees to decide on the price!! The carrot cake was delicious but they certainly are not easy to work with.

Place was nice and people were nice but I ordered a smothered and covered French toast. Got what they said was the smothered and covered waffle. Server offered to remake it, but since I didn’t want to wait longer I accepted the waffle. It was supposed to be dipped in vanilla custard and topped with a cream cheese bit but was just a plain waffle with powdered sugar on it and strawberry sauce on the side.
