Our first time dining at Chefusion was absolutely amazing!! The atmosphere, service and food was by far the best restaurant we've dined at in Green Bay. The menu offers so may great options yo choose from. We can't wait to go back!

In a word, disappointing.
The bartender was off in his own world, not attentive at all. Worst bartender I've seen in awhile. I ordered surf & turf. My filet came smothered in gravy, such a horrible thing to do to a good steak. I don't mind paying premium prices, but the food and service should reflect that. We won't be back.
Only part that saved my evening was my beautiful wife's company.

This will be another tale of disappointment unfortunately. We had our hearts set on the multi-course menu. We understand evolution with new ownership but you must have had some sales history to know what was popular? Our server had to have been brand new. Not great. No water refills. Didn’t offer garnish in cocktails (olives for martini). Tried taking an appetizer plate that wasn’t empty without asking. Brought us the outdated menu (manager/owner fault). Food presentation was abysmal. No garnish. Plating was boring. A kitchen without sour cream while serving potato fingerlings? 3 medium scallops on undercooked risotto. Salad that was way overdressed. I hope the new vision works but it didn’t seem very busy for a Friday night. Sorry.

Truly so disappointed into what Chefusion has turned into. Anniversary dinners here have been the highlight of my partner and I’s years, but we will unfortunately not be returning. The service was amazing as always, and we are sad to see our favorite servers go, but the experience of the courses made dining here so special and actually worth the high price point. This updated menu not only lacked uniqueness and variety, but also our absolute favorite dessert, the butter cake. Though we are disappointed to have to find a new tradition, there are restaurants in the area that are much more worth our time.

They were out of NY Strip and Ultimate Brownie. My "medium rare" steak had no pink. I felt bad for the waitress who was constantly having to apologize. The manager came out to apologize about the NY Strip being out, but never came back to see my overdone steak, though I was told he would. 3 stars is generous, and was because the waitress was friendly. Waitress: 5, other experience: 2.

So disappointed. We have been to Chefusion so many times and loved it, but this last time was so disappointing. They changed the menu in the lounge with fewer menu options. We decided to stay to see if the new food was good. It was not. I ordered the crab cakes and they were burnt. The béarnaise sauce was way too tart. The asparagus with the dish was the best part but still too salty. My husband got the Mac n cheese and it came out warm at best but pretty cool. The taste was so so and the portion size was small to be called an entrée. They were out of bread service at 8pm. The servers were all awesome. However, that’s not enough to bring us back again. Used to be my favorite bc of the unique menu in the lounge. There are much better fine dining places to visit.

First time trying this place and was very impressed! Seth greeted us and seated us promptly and took our drink orders! He brought the menus out and highlighted some of the favorites! Tuesday night has small plate specials where you can get smaller portions of some of their most popular plates to sample! Had fried Brussels sprouts for an appetizer and they were delicious! The chopped salad and butternut squash soup were amazing! We ordered Lake Superior Whitefish and Chicken Marsalis for the main course and they were both delicious! Seth was very attentive the whole time we were there and did a great job! We will definitely be back soon!

Once a month, I get together with my high school gal pals, and last night’s destination was Chefusion, recommended fondly by one of our group. We chose the upstairs option, eager to revisit some favorite dishes.

The menu, however, has recently changed. While I understand that a great restaurant evolves and mixes things up, the disappointment came from missing some much-loved staples—like the mussels and lobster bisque. We ordered several dishes from the mini menu, but in all candor, the food was average. To our surprise, they had already run out of Brussels sprouts, even though the restaurant wasn’t crowded and we arrived at 5:00 p.m.

I know there are new owners, and I understand they worked alongside the previous team to ensure a smooth transition. Hopefully, what we experienced was simply a transitional hiccup and the food will rise to the occasion in time.

Now, here’s the bright spot of the evening: Nancy from London, our server. She was absolutely outstanding—truly one of the best servers I’ve had in years. In an age when mediocre service has sadly become the norm, Nancy was a breath of fresh air. She made every disappointment tolerable and turned our evening into a delight. Honestly, Nancy alone is worth the visit—she elevated our experience from average to memorable. Thank you, Nancy, for making our night a ten!

To the owners: you have a small window to get this right. I’ve read your recent reviews, and I urge you to listen to your guests—bring back the signature menu items people crave, and ensure your hosts at the door offer an overly warm and gracious welcome. First impressions matter. Most importantly, look to Nancy as your gold standard. She exemplifies what it means to exceed expectations, and she’s the type of service professional who can help define your restaurant’s future.

Total different menu and chef. They keep the old name but don’t expect it to actually be chefusion because it’s not. If you recently been there a few months ago, it was amazing. Now it not as you expected it to be. The quality of the cut of meats, seafood, and vegetables has definitely gone way down. The food isn’t flavorless, just really salty or bland. Mashed potatoes taste like box potatoes at the grocery store. This quality and presentation isn’t considered fine dining for what you pay for.

Not what it use to be. The old multi-course dining experience was the reason I kept coming back, but now its a small, limited menu. It's no longer a stand-out, unique, restaurant. While the food I had on my most recent dining trip was pretty good, it's a bit pricey for what you get, especially compared to what you use to be able to get here.
Aside from the complete dinner menu overhaul, the desserts (such as the creme brulee cheesecake) have also been reduced to just two simple options.
Wait staff remains impeccable and the food I had was good, but with the new dining experience it's now just another restaurant in the crowd with expensive food.

We chose this restaurant for our anniversary, expecting a memorable fine dining experience. Unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the worst we’ve ever had.

First, I’d caution anyone considering this place to only look at recent reviews. Ownership has changed, and they cannot duplicate many of the old favorites that the restaurant was once known for.

We arrived and placed our orders by 6:30 (the restaurant was only about half full). Our food didn’t arrive until 9:00. After an hour, our waitress said, “Sorry—it’ll be about five more minutes.” A half hour later, she admitted the kitchen was struggling with the new menu. In the end, it took about three hours to get our meals.

When the food finally arrived, it was a disaster. I ordered the NY Strip—it wasn’t seared at all, tasted boiled, and was drowned in a giant heap of pesto that completely overpowered everything. It was well done and a tough gray (I ordered medium) My wife ordered the surf & turf—and we had to discard the tenderloin. We honestly weren’t sure if it was the sauce or if the meat itself had gone bad, smelling it resulted in a gag reflex in both of us. Both were luke warm as well as we were with another couple and food had likely been sitting for an extended period of time.

Terrible service (in that they did not work with the kitchen on our behalf), awful food, and an overall experience I would never recommend. For a place that once had a reputation for excellence, this was shockingly bad.

Worst service we've ever had, it was 45 minutes between the salad and main course, then after being there 2 hours and our dessert was taking another 20 minutes, we left without dessert. The waiter did not offer to pack up the dessert, he just said "it's coming guys". The steak was awful. Dry and salty. Super disappointing as we used to come here all the time and now will not be back.

Followed Chefusion on Fabebook, and asked a legitimate question on if they were open for Father's day on Sunday....as the ad running make the confusing notion that they were, stating "treat dad to a special day...or something similar" went to Open Table to try to book and it said their were no tables available Sunday June 15th. Left a comment on the post..." You are open on Sunday for Father's Day??" No responce. Comment confirmed to be deleted, and now I am blocked from the site. Under the new ownership the posts have been confusing and have many grammatical errors, so some questions would be ligit, especially from someone in the industry. Distasteful and disapointing that a business would take to blocking and deleating comments. Good luck on your future endeavors, I will no longer be a guest or advocate for your restaurant.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Chefusion in Green Bay. I came in with high expectations, as this place is often touted as a premier dining spot in the area—but what I got was far from acceptable.

The food was absolutely horrible. Nothing—and I mean nothing—was seasoned. I ordered a $70 dish that included steak, lobster, and shrimp, and after just three bites, I couldn’t bring myself to eat any more. When I politely informed the waitress about the quality of the food, she took the plate away and asked if I’d like something else. I declined and said I’d just like to leave.

Shockingly, even though they took the nearly untouched plate away, they still charged me the full $70 for the meal. No offer to discount it, no apology, nothing. For a place that presents itself as fine dining, this was a completely unacceptable level of service and quality.

Unless you enjoy food that tastes like it came straight from a hospital cafeteria, I would strongly recommend avoiding this place.

Service was great no issues there. The quality of the food was not great. I ordered a drink which ended up not having much flavor and it came out as a slushy which was very odd for a typical mixed drink.

Ordered a steak and it was pretty underwhelming and the carrots that came with it were almost raw which was also surprising. Partner also stated her muscles were pretty bland tasting.

Overall it was ok but we won't be going back anytime soon. Seemed a little over priced for the quality, don't get me wrong I'll happily spend on a good meal but we were dissapointed.

We may be bias because we had gotten engaged here, but if you get the opportunity to go to Chefusion it is worth it.

They have a three course option for $40 a person.

Tuesdays is a mini tasting day with smaller portions (tapas if you will)

Wine Wednesdays which is half off bottles of wine.

Thursdays is happy hour all day, which consists of $3 off small plates, $2 off specialty drinks, $1 off sides and more.

We took advantage of happy hour all day and to eat ordered bread service, the mussels and braised short ribs.

The bread services comes with a variety of bread choices, and three accompaniments; whipped butter, olive oil and olive tapenade.

The mussels are sautéed in a garlic, butter and shallot sauce which creamy and decadent. This broth is what makes you come back for more and is a perfect partner to the toasted crostini.

The braised short ribs were so tender and the polenta was creamy.

They have a variety of mocktails which were fancy looking and delicious.

The cocktails were FANTASTIC! I would STRONGLY recommend the Maple Cedar Old Fashioned. It was like smelling a campfire and tasting pancakes and syrup. So good!

Our server/bartender, Alex, was amazing and really made the experience.

Well lived in Green Bay for 5 years and haven't made it here until tonight. We sat in the upstairs for a less formal atmosphere but the food was international travel quality. Braised short ribs and Mussels were awesome! Great service from a very professional staff. Will certainly be back. A smidge loud upstairs but lots of teens out for dance night so not their fault but a smidge rambunctious.

It's nice to walk in the door and be greeted with a smile and a charm of a person (Jim) who you can tell is happy to be there and wants to ensure you will have an amazing dining experience and it did not disappoint. Jim gave us time to settle in and what's amazing is they have a Prix Fixe menu of $40 that you pick a starter, main, and desert and let me tell you I went steak and lobster had an amazing Ceasar to start then finished with a Sundae. My buddy had a piece of A5 Wagyu beef and yes it was on the higher cost side but absolutely worth it. What I found amazing is the hospitality shown by all staff and the owner and his fiancé making the rounds to greet people and appreciate their business. You just don't get that level of service. Wether you are on a budget but want a high end meal or don't mind taking a dip on the more side of things you will be amazingly impressed. With rhe NFL Draft coming up I strongly recommend you male reservations now. Most importantly when in Green Bay area this is a must dine at experience

We went there last night and the food was very good and our server was very nice. Unfortunately we were sat at the 2 top that is literally in the server station. Guests shouldn’t be seated where all of the servers talk and stage food. Multiple times staff had to pass each other and push themselves into out immediate space only inches from our faces. Chain restaurants do a better job of separating these spaces. For a $200 meal before tip this was a poor experience.

I have been meaning to bring my significant other here for a long time. We are glad we came! From the friendly service to the amazing Fusions…it was a delight. I like going to places that know what they are doing & do it well. The two bartenders on Friday night February 21st are the best at their jobs. Drove 25 miles for lobster bisque and got 2 quatrts with tip 48 dollars..normally my favorite place in the world, long story short , got home and out of 2 quarts no one peice of lobster, then i called and the manager on site,believe his name was "Seth" he had staff bring the lobster to which again is 23 miles one way ,i was shocked and was like ok well this is amazing!!!! Well, it wasn't the "lobster "was disgusting and honestly tasted like imitation crab!!! So if anyone knows of anywhere with lobster bisque with lobster in it and is good lmk please..i used to go here weekly spending minimal of 150!

Food was not worth the price. It also came out room temp, wasn’t very hot. It was just very mediocre food. The desserts also were off putting. We got a variety of choices and it was nothing to write home about. The waitress also forgot some items in my order but at least it wasn’t reflected on the bill so I didn’t make a fuss out of it. Our waitress was really nice but the menu is a mess and could be cleaned up. I’m also pretty sure she forgot about one of our party members drinks until I ordered another drink. That person ordered a drink and then 10-15 minutes go by and then I ordered one and both drinks came out 2 minutes later. I was hoping to use Chefusion as catering for a wedding but I’m sad to say that I don’t think they can deliver quality food.

After trying 6 different soups/salads, entrees, some sides and drinks, I can say I wasn't impressed by anything other than the fries. The lamb, steak, vegetables, potatoes, were all bland and tasteless. The lobster bisque had a horrible after taste and the pumpkin bisque tasted like sweet potatoes and cinnamon. We got charged for a small cup of ketchup and some gluten free chips which were stated to be on the menu. The menu itself is crowded and confusing requiring looking at different pages to order, small text crowded with other items, and a dark lighting making it quite difficult for those with poor vision. The servers were friendly and nice and the upstairs area was alright but I'm basing the rating on the reason for going out (food) and that was nothing special. I would skip this expense and just go to something reasonably priced with good food as you are not missing out on anything here especially for $60+ dollars a person.

We were in this place for the first time and there is a high probability that we will not return here again. Great for weekday specials or a Romantic date night. They have a delicious and decadent menu, a intimate atmosphere, and very knowledgeable staff. The mussels are some of the best Ive had with a buttery broth and side of bread. Their ever changing salads are always fresh, delicious, and sensibly portioned due to their richness (yes I said rich and fresh to describe the same dish and I stand by it).

The food was amazing. The add of avocado to a burrata / tomato salad sounded risky but worked. It was fantastic. The tenderloin was delicious and veggies were fresh. Nothing missed. Every dish was a hit. I ordered the brussel sprouts but didn't get to eat very many. The to go container provided for the brussel sprouts was a cardboard disaster that had started to leak/spill out by the time my 1.5hr drive home was complete. That was my only disappointment - an inadequate carry out container. I suppose the vision is that customers eat everything while on site.

Chefusion Catering is top notch! We used Chefusion at our wedding on August 24th at Northern Haus in Door County, WI and everything was wonderful. The staff was incredibly kind, well manured, professional, and on top of their game. Guests were raving all evening and for days after how good the service was and how tasty all the food was. A home run evening. Friday night found us out of town and in Green Bay. The website is not totally clear on what happens in the restaurant, so I'll give it a try. The lower level is white table cloth dining. The upstairs is a lounge, more casual, and the same menu as the first floor. The service was attentive. The waiter was fully knowledgeable of the menu. The food was excellent. We were very pleased and happy to have a "go to" place in Green Bay. On a Friday night they had valet parking. We parked on the street in the same block as the restaurant.

I've been to Chefusion a few times now. I think the service is top-notch, but the food is good but not great. The flavor profiles are there. However, the execution lacks attention to detail, and the menu seems very busy. I still recommend anybody to try it out for their unique menu options, as it does differentiate them from other downtown GB restraunts.

$250 for a dinner for two. No problem paying this amount if the food and service matches it. Ordered a bottle of wine and had to refill our own glasses after multiple table touches from the waiter, ignoring our empty glasses. Cold piece of lobster in the bisque. Having to weave through the waiters to use the restroom 👎. Steaks were done perfectly, crème brûlée was great. Like the atmosphere upstairs over downstairs. Will only return for small plate specials upstairs on Tuesdays.

As someone that has a deep appreciation for food and culinary arts I have to say that I was a little disappointed. The branzino was over cooked and was paired with a dried out miniature lobster claw for $60. The pork belly ramen was a funky rice noodle dish with a hoisin sauce base paired with some braised pork belly. The mussels on the other hand were delicious though. Creativity and trying new things is great but don’t be offensive.

I absolutely love Chefusion. There is a server I have had multiple times and she is wonderful. The bartenders I have encountered have also been incredibly personable and make delicious (strong) drinks. I absolutely love the mussels. The atmosphere is elegant yet somewhat casual. My partner and I had the mussels(that blew my socks off), tournedos and lobster(5☆), and the gooey cake.
Jim was our server and he did not disappoint with his excellent service and recommendations.

I came in by myself after hearing good things from many people about Cheffusion and was not disappointed at all. I came on a Tuesday when they offer their mini plates which is smaller portions of appetizers and entrees. The prices on that menu ranged from $4, $7 and $10. Each price had about 4 options to choose from and since I had never been, I was kind of a pig and tried them all lol. I did also order the crabcake from the regular menu which only came with 1 in the order but it was one of the best I’ve had and had a great sauce on it. I am not kidding when I say every single one of the mini plates was absolutely delicious. Mussels was one of the options and I had never tried mussels before going but was told by many how good they were and it ended up being probably one of the best things I ate tonight. Not 1 thing I ordered was bad. The girl at the bar who helped me through my time there was super nice and informative on what options might be better to eat in the restaurant and which ones might be better as a leftover over the other options. I don’t drink at all but they also have happy hour with a good menu of crafted cocktails and watching them make those was also very enjoyable. Those also looked very good. I will definitely be going back and would 100% recommend this place to anyone.

While searching online for a venue for a large dinner party (17), I found some positive reviews for Chefusion. I made reservations about 2 months in advance. The staff was very helpful in making and verifying my reservation and accommodating my large group. When we arrived the waiters were friendly and efficient. The food was excellent! My super prime NY strip was perfectly prepared, and the gooey butter cake was fantastic! All of my fellow party members spoke very highly of their food selections as well. A great dining experience! It did take a little bit longer than I had planned. I mention this not as a detraction of the experience, but so others may plan accordingly. (not fast, but really good)

Ordered to go this evening and everything was packaged with incredible care. Soups and everything made it back safely. Chicken Piccata was amazing as always and I tried the pot pie tonight to a very pleasant surprise. Flavors were incredible, not an ounce of seasoning needed, and the obviously homemade crust was perfection. Famous butter cake to finish was amazing as always as well. If you have circumstances needing a finer to go meal you can trust Chefusion with it 100%.

The lobster bisque is tasty as always. Lobster and pork belly carbonara is alright. Lobster is cooked perfectly but we are not very impressed about the pork. Beef pot pie is a bit of disappointment but overall it was okay. We also ordered scallops but it’s slightly overcooked to our liking, it’s not bad but not amazing either. We had turtle sundae and mascarpone creme brûlée cheesecake for dessert. Overall it was a good dining experience. I’ll go back for the lobster bisque for sure.

As a couple, we chose the 3 course dinner option and each dish was outstanding. Began with an in house fresh baked bread basket , cracker and side plate of hummus butter tapinade. Next a modern ceasar salad wrapped with cucumber ring. Surf Turf was the chosen entree- steak prepare medium perfectly. Fresh veggies were a bit hard for my texture preference. We did have a 5m reservation but I did not like where we were seated. It was a narrow space near hostess & kitchen. In my opinion I think that area should be seated last.

A friend recommended this place for a fancy dinner. We were a little worried we were underdressed but the upstairs has a much more cozy casual vibe.

The menu consists of 3 course meals at a few different price points. Everything looked great so it was hard to choose.

Our server was very friendly and knowledgeable. We asked for hot sauce and they didn't have any in the bar but they gave us some of the sauce from a spicy dish and it worked out great.

We were absolutely blown away by everything we ate. The food was wonderful and you could tell each dish was planned and curated. We told the server to thank our chef and he did come talk to us after the meal! What a great place thanks Tony!

Very romantic and cozy date night restaurant located in downtown Depere. For convenience, they offer valet parking. The hostess was very welcoming and professional. The dishes are impeccable and well flavored. I had the truffle fries as an appetizer, seafood cioppino as main, and the mascarpone cheesecake for dessert. All the dishes were extremely satisfying. The cocktails are high-end mixtures. I can't wait to return!

We worked with Chefusion for our wedding catering on Memorial Day weekend in Door County. I can’t sing their praises enough. Most people think “meh” when it comes to wedding food, but Chef Tony knocked it out of the park. The appetizers, entrees, late night food, everything was just amazing and we received rave reviews from all of our guests. We had a couple of specific requests in terms of what we wanted to serve, and Chef Tony was so accommodating every step of the way. He is also extremely sensitive to food allergies, and made all of our guests with allergies feel at ease which is not easy to come by. Pro tip: you NEED to feed your guests at a wedding, so find a good vendor! I found that in Chef Tony and the Chefusion team.

This place offered the best restaurant experience I've ever had in my life. The food is very high quality, choice ingredients. The service was excellent. Wow! What an experience!

We shared a bunch of combo appetizers between our group and they were great. The bacon wrapped, curd filled tater tot was a nice surprise. My husband and I recently had the pleasure of hiring Chefusion to cater for our wedding. Chef Tony made everything incredibly easy, and the service was impeccable, beginning with the initial consultation to create a personalized menu that suited us and our loved ones. We had enough vegan and vegetarian guests that it was a priority for us to make sure they had plenty to eat-- and they definitely did! Not a single person walked away with anything less than a glowing review about their dinner (and especially the butter cake!).

Aside from the food, Chef Tony's servers were attentive and efficient. Throughout the evening, they were constantly checking in with us and our guests, ensuring everyone felt comfortable and well taken care of.

I can't even pretend to have any complaints, as their service exceeded our expectations from start to finish; the quality and professionalism we experienced were well worth the investment in their services. We cannot praise Chef Tony and his team enough for their dedication, hard work, and passion for their craft. We look forward to going back to Chefusion for future anniversary dinners <3 Thank you!

Our waitress and hostess were nice. My husband's food was decent. My food was mediocre. The lobster bisque was luke warm and over salted. The vegetables plated with the main dish were no where near tender or slightly cooked. The mashed potatoes with the main dish were the warmest item on the plate making everything else seem cool upon eating. Although the brisket was dissolvably tender there was no flavor and the meat was not warm. The Philly cheesesteak egg rolls probably belong on a midnight bar menu. For the price point of the restaurant, the food was not on par. In years past this had been one of our favorites to go for a nice meal. Hopefully it was just an off night for them.

My partner has been talking about going here for weeks. I absolutely hate onions, so the menu was very limited for me. I tried to order 3 times, only to have the server come back to say that there are hidden pureed onions in the sauces and etc. that dont get listed on the menu. So there were very few things I could order. And there were even less than it seemed. When I did end up ordering out of desperation... the taste of the dishes was not really to my liking. My partner didn't love his meal either. He said the steak was so soft it was like mush, he couldn't eat it. But if you like the kinds of things they offer on their menu, you would enjoy it. We sat upstairs which was pleasant. There is a dining room downstairs too. I'm trying not to judge too harshly based on onions. But I just didn't enjoy the food at all, sadly. I wanted to though.

My waygu steak was full of fat for the portions absolutely disgusting..could barely swallow it. The Japanese would have cried to see this. My veggies gross no flavor just steamed veggies just warm. Salad and desert was good. But will never return. Plain disgusting. Potatoes tasted like it came from a box..sad Day for the chefs will never return. I'd recommend the test kitchen at hinterland
