Stellar service, phenomenal food, and its consistency is what makes us choose this place over the expansive non-chain competitors. It’s such a rare find these days to get a good server, to bring good food, every single visit.

Came for lunch today and my husband ordered the bacon guac chicken sandwich. Got his sandwich and there was pickles on it even though there was no mention of pickles on the menu. He is an avid pickle hater. I asked if it could be remade and we would take it home to go. Husband just tried to eat it at home and there’s a nasty HAIRBALL of human hair in his sandwich, there is no excuse for that. Disgusting and horrible never coming back

Teagan was our server. She told us that she was newer, and to please bare with her. I would have never guessed she was new, considering how AWESOME of a job she did serving our table! She was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond the service I usually receive anywhere else. This experience was my first time at Chilis, and I definitely will be coming back! ❤️

This place has went down hill.. the prices are unbelievable! Almost every meal is over $16!! Unfortunately not the best experience. It was my 2nd time to this location & my husbands 1st. We did the 3 for me trio. My husband for a burger & I got the sirloin I asked for medium well & it came medium rare; a blood mess literally..

Our waiter thankfully sent it back & I was given a new place because the blood was spreading into the mashed potatoes.

Even though it was returned there was still some parts that were fully red so I ate around. The corn & mashed potatoes were bomb 👌🏼though.

It’s unfortunate because as we were waiting I was literally telling my husband how I grew up in NY going to Chilis loyally as a family since the 90’s since way back in the day when they used to even have books on shelves for us kids to read back in Queens going to Chilis & this ended being the introduction of Chili’s for my husbands 1st time. 🥴

Horrible location, seating was quick but went downhill fast after that. Went 4/23 around 6pm got seated right away then ordered. The flavored teas and soft drinks didn’t contain enough syrup and were very bland. Food came out overcooked when for how it was ordered and seamed under seasoned. Took the waitress forever to get boxes and had to ask other staff for refills and condiments. The cherry on the cake came when paying the bill. Went to pay with cash and the African American waitress we had took the money, cleared the check and sad “you’re all set” before walking off. I was owed change, granted not much but she didn’t even ask if I wanted my change or not she just pocketed it in the drawer without asking.

Rude unprofessional waitress and the second time I’ve been here recently only to not have my food cooked as I ordered it and had bland drinks served without any real flavor and inattentive staff. I will not be eating here again.

Ordered the Cajun Chicken Pasta Catering size for my family tonight for dinner. Got it home and there was zero seasoning on it and the chicken was really under cooked. Called and complained because we should get what we paid for and not die from raw chicken . Manager acted like he didn't believe us said he could credit me $10. No I'm sorry. Had dinner with two friends. Everyone ordered different entrees. All were delicious. We never trade food but couldn't resist. Chicken strips that were extra moist and yet crispy, ribs that were perfectly cooked and sauced, and even better was my shrimp fajitas.

I planned to get these fajitas and couldn't believe they came to the table exactly as the web page image depicted. Below is that image. Mine were identical. Spiced well and every part was tasty, fresh and inviting!! Well done Chili's of Appleton!!

Stopped here for a quick lunch. They have a specials for lunch burgers, chicken sandwich etc with chips & salsa, drink and fries. I got the smash burger with fries and it was excellent! I loved our experience in tonight! We sat at the bar at table 111 and our server water very sweet, attentive and friendly. Fajitas and sliders were great as well as the drinks. There was a table next to us that was unpleasant and complained to the manager. I believe his name was Eric, he handled the situation with professionalism and did his best to make it right. We usually enjoy our time at Chili’s with no complaints, and i’m usually not one to leave a bad review. My fiancé and I wanted to go to while we were out shopping for a cheap meal, and the food did not disappoint. Our service was awful, unfortunately. Our section wasn’t super busy, and our server greeted us nicely and said he would be right with us. No worries at all at this point! We ordered all of our food and drinks at once, and slowly received our drinks and appetizers. Food came out pretty quickly! This all took a turn when no one checked in on us after we had gotten our food. We both sat with our visibly empty cups for probably close to 10-15 minutes and our server kept walking back and forth in the aisle where our table was. We felt very neglected at this point as we saw everyone around us being checked in on. I eventually got so thirsty I debated going up to the bar to ask for a refill, but ended up stopping a busser to politely ask her for a refill. Once we were pretty much finished with all of our food and just wanted to get out, we then got asked if we wanted refills. Again, not the type of person to leave bad reviews, but the service warranted one in my opinion.

Showed up on a Sunday at 6:00pm. Ordered a drink, they were out of pineapple juice. Ordered a quesadilla, they were out of quesadillas. My boyfriend ordered the chicken crispers that come with fries, they ended up being out of fries. We got another order of chips and salsa, but they ended up being out of salsa so they gave us ranch instead of salsa. They did nothing to improve our experience.

This place either needs new management or a better business plan. They never have enough people working and it leads to long wait times. Have tried to stop in three times over the last few months only to be greeted with a 45 min wait time and a nearly empty restaurant because they only have enough staff to service the bar area. If you want Chili’s, make the drive to Green Bay or Oshkosh. At least they’re not acting like it’s 2021 and we’re still in the middle of COVID.

My family and I have tried to eat here on a Saturday night 3 times now but every time we go it is a 45 minute wait. Over half the restaurant has empty tables. The reason for the wait time isn't because they are busy, the staff always says that there isn't enough staff to seat more people. I have been told twice that there are only 2 servers there while 4 hosts stand at the host stand. I work in food service as a District Manager so I understand the hardships that comes with low staff. The issue is that this has been over the course of 2 months and that is plenty of time to get staff trained and helping. Just wanted to share that you will be waiting a while at this location unless you go in the middle of the day. This is not a bad review for the staff that is currently working hard with little support. The staff has been friendly and the food tasted good the one time I went for lunch. I understand they are doing their job but maybe the management should try harder.

No napkins. No plates for the appetizers. No salt and pepper. Empty ketchup bottle at our table. Offered chips and dip to start.....most places are complimentary and we weren't told there was a charge. Asked for napkins...again...about 3-4 times.....went and found our own. Asked for straws and got none. Forgot to make a take home appetizer that we ended up waiting nearly a half hour for. Asked that my sandwich be prepared a certain way....it wasn't. Havent visited Chili's since 1995, and that time it was gross! Decided to give it another go. Triple dipper was very good. Mozz sticks had great cheese flavor and pull. Sliders were very flavorful. Husband had ribs, which didnt have a ton of meat, but he said were good. He loved the fries. Will go back again as were pleasantly suprised.

Stopped past with family, and they were clearly understaffed. They put our 6 person group (2 kids) at one of the under-sized "6 person" tables instead of the oversized booths on the other side of the restaurant (none were occupied). The meals and appetizers just barely fit on the table. Waitress stopped by 2x but seemed overwhelmed. At the end of the meal, after waiting 10+ mins and some of our group leaving waitress didn't stop by with bill or to go containers. We checked out on kiosk and went up to the bar for to go containers so we could leave.

Laid-back fast-casual atmosphere. The chips and salsa is fantastic. 99% of the waiters and waitresses are really good but occasionally, like with most places, you can get a bum one.
