We went mid-afternoon. No one greeted us for a few minutes, so my husband went to the kitchen area to find someone to seat us.

We went back today after several months. It was around 4:00, but we couldn't be seated in the dining room since there wasn't a server available. Our steaks were not sizzling hot OR medium rare. Our server was great though. She was observant but not hovering

Thought we'd give them another try. 😥 Sad. Server spilled water on table and never wiped it up. We ordered sirloins to be medium rare which ended up as medium well, tough and not hot. Loaded mash potatoes were warm to cold and the broccoli HAD BEEN cooked but to was not warm enough to melt butter. Pitiful at best. The cook who plated our meal doesn't have a clue. Sad that this location cannot get their act together. We've enjoyed Chili's in the past and keep giving them another chance but I think it's time to bulldoze this location and bring in another restaurant.

Waitress was amazing tonight. We had a little hikup with my wifes food but it got resolved and in a more than enough way. Waitress had an amazing personality and really interacted with us instead of just sticking to her job. Made us feel comfortable and it was an amazing experience again tonight. The Nashville hot mozzarella sticks are amazing if you can handle hot things. Wife doesn't really do hit but she loves these.

Within the last week we’ve dined in, and done aTo Go order. Both were exceptional experiences! Or dine in server, and anyone else we encountered, were friendly, and the good was very good. We celebrated our daughter's birthday here, and it was a good experience. We had to wait a while for seating. Of course there's no reservation, but once seated hours service was immediate and spontaneous. I ordered the nachos, and I don't recommend it. It was. Chips with some kind of sauce. What was it dip? I don't know what it was, but it wasn't your regular nachos. It was something else and uh, I had to send it back and get a different order. But other than that, it's a great place to go and eat great sports bar. Attentive staff. Yeah, it's a good spot. It's It's a place that I will still go to I just won't order the nachos. But other than that, we all had a great time.Still high on my listYou can't like the whole menu all the time. So there's that.

Bad just bad. Was my bi-weekly meeting place to bring our local customers but this location has really gone down hill quickly. From the frozen to microwaved Chicken Fahitas and the stale 3 day old chips and tiny side plates. All our food sucked because it clearly wasnt fresh and prices are now over regional norms. We stopped at chili's in delavan Friday 11/8/24 between 6:30 to 7:00 pm. The restaurant did not seem to be overly busy because of all the empty tables we observed. We were told by the hostess that she had to check with the manager if she could seat us and said she could not seat us for atleast 5 minutes because the kitchen was behind. Is all we wanted is to get seated at 1 of the empty tables so we could have a drink while we wait tell they could take a food order. They said no the manager would not allow that so we left and will not go back. We went to Clock tower pizza and supported a local small business.

When it was red flagged the bar tender must have changed the channel when confronted he denied changing the channel and stated he was the the only one who could change it. Disgustingly dirty! Today was a first, my husband and I actually left the restaurant because of how filty it was. We were seated at a high table near the bar that we could clearly tell approaching hadn't been wiped down (hostess ignored this). Went to pull our chairs out and both our hands were covered in stickiness and grease. Our server, immediately noticed the table and had the hostess come back to wipe it down but unfortunately she just lazily slopped the mess around instead of actually cleaning it. The really disgusting part is they had only been open for an hour so it was clear the stuck on filth had accumulated from at least the prior evening. After opening sticky menus as well, we decided we didn't trust the sanitation of this place and weren't comfortable having food prepared here.

If you have a “under 21 license” that doesn’t expire for a while (and you are definitely over 21 — just didn’t want to spend the money to upgrade yet) don’t come here for drinks. There’s apparently a new policy where they won’t accept those types of IDs anymore. If you’re having that many problems with fake IDs, get a reader — not a policy that just loses you money and customers in the long run.

Our food was amazing and our waiter was very attentive! However the hostess was extremely creepy and just not a nice guy. He greeted us as normal and was ok for most of our time there. We got there around 8 and stayed till around 9. Around 8:50 he started to yell at our waiter loud enough for the majority of the restaurant to hear. He was very aggressive talking about how “normal people” just eat and leave, not stay. Additionally we all heard him say “thank god they are gone” as we were walking out the door. Mind you that Chili’s does not close till 10 and we were there less than an hour. There were also at least 3 other families still eating and it does not end there. After we felt that it was necessary to leave the restruant we sat in my friend’s car because we were not done talking. He then had the audacity to come up to our car while we’re checking her oil and asked us what we’re doing. We all told him multiple times that we were ok, we didn’t need his help, and even that our friends dad was coming in and he did not have to help us. He did not listen to a single word any of us said and in fact nudged my friend out of the way to attempt to “help” with the car. It was not customer service it was aggressive, rude, and creepy! Especially with group of 4 girls all younger then 18 years old.

Been a few years since I've eaten at Chili's. Friends and I decided to swing by and burn up a couple gift cards and grab a bite. Hope was our waitress, and was AMAZING at her job. Kept her distance during the meal, and was very attentive to what was going on at the table from afar. Had a slight issue with one of the entree's but was taken care of immediately and for the mix up, comped our apps. Wasn't necessary to do, but good on them!
Our experience was so good, we pulled the manager aside, and told him what a great experience we had and what a great server we were given. The bill was $28, after gift cards and comps, so we tipped her out at 150%. We were gonna spend it anyway, why not put it where it belongs... In someone's hands that puts in the effort, and deserves it! Thanks Hope. We will be back again!

When we got here, the servers TOTALLY forgot about us. After about 20 minutes, we had to get attention ourselves. We ordered, and then they forgot about us AGAIN. After another 40 minutes, we once again had to get attention ourselves and finally got out food sides delivered with NO DRINKS. (By the way, the chili sucks. It tastes like taco meat.) Then, when our food and drinks got here, I received the wrong order. Don’t think I’ll be going to Chili’s again.
