What in the hell happened to Chili's!??

Last time I was here it was gloomy, dead and food was bland.

Today we ordered the 3 course with ribs and each bite was...amazing!

Im a very harsh critic and I will not hold back words when the food is either bland or terrible.

I cant say enough about how much we enjoyed the food. We had fried mozzarella that was cheesy and just the right amount of crisp. The jalapeño sausage was seared perfectly and tasty. Ribs were finger licking and me and my spouse were fighting over the fries. My favorite part was the nashville honey chicken strips, honest to god one of the top 5 chicken tendies ive ever had! And trust me, im a big foodie! We left a hefty tip as well 🙃Will certainly be coming back 😋😋😋

Our experience with chili’s was very hit or miss at this location. We got seated extremely quickly (2 adults, 1 child). Once seated it took our server a little while to come around to order drinks, she was very friendly. Once drinks came out she took our order and put it in, the wait for food was about 20ish minutes. During the wait she didn’t stop by or check on refills which we did need. The food came out and the ribs were extremely dry and very overcooked and the quesadillas were in the fryer to long as well, the kids meal chicken tenders were great and tasted wonderful. We’ve had wonderful experiences at other chilis before, we just wish the food this time would have been better. Overall seemed pretty clean as well.

Food came out cold after half an hour of waiting, brought out by one of the managers because apparently the staff cant possibly handle three teenage girls trying to enjoy a night out. Got stared at, ignored mostly. Was sitting with my two white friends (im Hispanic and tanned) and they both got refills while I sat with an empty cup over half my stay. Wanted to tip but i guess we cant teach our staff to not obviously stare and judge teenage girls. Busser cleaned the same table beside us, that was empty our entire stay, four times because I guess watching from a distance isn't good enough. Service was awful, thank YOU Kayla so much for making what was a good day horrible, food was cold and tasted like it was left to sit before getting to us, and the atmosphere could've been a cute bar and grill if every employee and manager would mind taking two seconds to stop staring at us. I do not usually write reviews but I was compelled to do so. Not only was the food 5 stars AND our waitress was very nice/funny/good at her job... but their integrity and care for their customers is beyond exceptional. I left my wallet at this location and I did not notice until a few days later. When I called, they immediately told me the wallet was safe and I was able to pick it up that day. The manager who handed me the wallet was really nice and even shared a funny experience that he had with my wallet (the airtag was beeping and he did not know where it was coming from). THAT IS NOT THE END OF IT!!!! IT GETS BETTER!!! I don't have facebook, but I logged onto my account to watch some videos I had saved on there and noticed a direct message from someone I did not know. When I opened it, I read a very nice DM from their manager letting me know I left my wallet at Chilli's. My wallet is 100% safe with all its belongings (including all the cash/visa cards someone could have easily snatched) thanks to this chilli's.

Everything was great after my family coming from church had to no longer see the host. Pink hair, slim, and short. It's horrible to bring my family to a place and the first thing we see is a young lady with a 69 tattoo on her upper cheek bone. My children asked me what was that! Can not believe management would allow that! On a great note our sever Suzy, if I remember right, was one of the best servers I have ever had. Refills continue with out being asked. Chips and dip was offered by becoming a member, no server has ever told me that, and I have been a loyal customer of Chilli's. My server as well, should me on the menu how to order the same items I have was gotten, but for a deal! I love the 3 for me! Even when my strawberry lemonade was too sweet, she mixed it with extra lemonade and, gave me a dragonfly lemonade she thought I would like better, without asking her. I could see around me she was very busy but she never walked by without ask ," are y'all ok , u need anything at all" . Most of all I odered the wrong item on my appetizer and she immediately responded with that no problem I will fix that and with in minutes she was back fixing my mistake. Not really sure what was going on there . Short staffed, perhaps? There were less than 20 people in the restaurant, 7 of which were seated at the bar. We were a party of two but told it would be 45 minutes for a table. When asked if we could sit at the bar, we were told they could only take two more people at the bar and a couple arrived just before we did. Amazing service from our waitress. There was a little wait on the food but it was busy so that comes with the territory. It was also slightly to loud which again comes with the territory of going to eat a restaurant on Mother’s Day. Overall had a good time and anything that wasn’t to good was out of the workers hands. The only issue that was in the hands of the workers was us being sat at a table that most likely wasn’t clean if the straw wrapper was any indication but like I said it was just a straw wrapper it wasn’t a big deal especially with how busy it was. Amazing restaurant, amazing workers, amazing food. Would definitely recommend to others and would most definitely return in the future! :)

Always have issues. I've been going to other locations and back to this one every now and then, and it's always an issue. Here are all the issues that I had at this location on 1601 Miller Park Way, West Milwaukee, WI 53214, for the past 5 years.

1. Female waitresses have an attitude when they get your order wrong.

2. Always have to ask them to warm my food up because they bring it to me damn near Cold.

3. Always short-staffed but never want to hire people that I know are definitely qualified who have been trying to get in there for years.

4. And!! CHILI'S DOESN'T SERVE CHILI ANYMORE !!!

Came out to eat here with my significant other. We both ordered triple dippers and got Texas fries for an appetizer. But when we received our appetizer we got a plate with fries and melted cheese on top. If I wanted cheese fries I would’ve asked for that. I was offered my toppings for my fries on the side but that defeated the purpose in my opinion. If I wanted to put together my own meal I would’ve cooked at home. As for my triple dipper, the mini burgers they offer with it are always raw in the middle but charbroiled on the outside. The servers wouldn’t even take the plates back to have them redone and pretty much just told us to deal with it.

I visited Chili’s with my boyfriend for dinner while passing through town. It was my first time at Chili’s, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. We were seated right away and ordered, but then service slowed to a crawl. After 40 minutes, we still hadn’t received our drinks, not even water. A staff member finally checked in and brought them to us, but we didn’t see our server until 20 minutes later, when she apologized and explained they were backed up in the kitchen. Another 15 minutes later, our food arrived. Throughout the meal, we weren’t checked on, and about 15 minutes after finishing, we were asked if we wanted a box. When we asked for the bill, we were told we could pay on the tablet—something that would’ve been nice to know earlier. In the 2 hours we were there, a table that came in well after us was served and finished within 30 minutes. We still never got our waters and waited over an hour for mid salads. Terrible service; I won’t be back. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Never had issues with this location before tonight. Waited roughly 10 mins for a server to greet the table. Service was slowing down and the dining room seemed to be emptying out for the evening. Sounded like sections flipped, no big deal. There was probably 6 other diners in the dining room and two couples in the bar area. I ordered fajitas as my entrée. Got my meat, peppers, beans, and cold queso dip. Took 10 more minutes to get my tortillas, which I would deem a very crucial part of the fajitas. This whole time, I am listening to staff play around, witness them standing in corners of the restaurant and at tables..... swearing at each other, hitting co workers with towels, staring at their phones watching videos. When the server came around to check how things were and to offer refills. I asked her if I could get my tortillas as well. Big old smirk across her face. The so called "manager" stopped by the table after the server turned the corner and audibly said "ohh they're still here" Nothing but excuses from this "manager" "Ohhh your server has other tables in another section. "Ohh the kitchen was goofing around" No Apology. No attempt to make anything better. Nothing but a blank stare and a sour attitude. Lets not forget to mention that she was sitting at the table with the other employees. Two of which were off the clock and in street clothes. This situation would be understandable if the restaurant was busy.... but when I can see the kitchen crew flipping pans and scrubbing counters, that's an issue. And as a fellow industry worker, not a good look.... Avoid this place when its slow, they couldn't give a crap about service

It's sad to see how far downhill this chili's has gone compared to when I worked there. The QA's have a simple job and that is to make sure the orders are correct. We ordered takeout, those being 3 orders of the Triple Dippers but apparently that's too complicated to get right. Instead of taking back the incorrect order that was already cold from making the drive back to the store, they just handed us burger bites. The manager didn't even come to talk to apologize for the subpar at best food. This is stuff people pay for regardless of how you feel about your job. Get better managers or don't work in food service.

Dealing with a new 21yr bartender who Straight up ignored me for my first 15 minutes there. ( thank you to the nice busboy who cleaned the spot in front of me, brought my place sertting. After a 36hour road trip from California to Milwaukee needless to say I wasn't in the best of mood, all the road food wasnt something I wanted to eat again so we stopped at this local Chili's and let me say our server Bryson was an absolute gem! This place sucks. Avoid at all cost.

I haven't been to Chili's in a few years, and now I went there on the first time date with a guy friend 🙃🍷 the atmosphere, service, cleanliness, and definitely the food was an A+ in my book I'll be going back more often now.👍🏾

We went Thursday night with our family of 6 and a wide variety of ages. Our server was so great and patient with even our youngest (5) giving her order. He was quick, friendly, polite, just overall awesome, and so was the food runner!

I ordered two triple dipper all Egg rolls.
Undercooked had to try to recook when I made it home.
But after speaking to the G.M. He assured me that he spoke with his staff, and that hygiene and food safety is number one in his establishment. That brought me great comfort. Also, after speaking with him, I must say that I do love the calm demeanor in which he spoke with Me. and the reassurance he gave while speaking with him.

Finally fully staffed and open consistently! The food is great — love the Chicken Enchilada soup…yum Too bad they made the Caesar salad out of iceberg lettuce. Our server Donavan was great. - Franklin, WI
