Have tired this location several times. This will be the last time. There could not be a more mismanaged and operated restaurant. Multiple tables open and yet have to wait 40-60 min for a table...short staffed over and over again. Not bying it anymore. Staff standing around. Took 20min for a drink while bartender more concerned with wiping counters and restocking glasses instead of filling orders.
Floor sticky. Dirty. Will try other locations. This location needs a corporate overhaul.

We took my elderly parents out for their birthday lunch today and we were all blown away by the amazing service!! The staff was very friendly, super attentive and made my parents feel very special by bringing out birthday sundaes! I was pleasantly surprised to see that Chili's completely remodeled inside. It's very modern now. The service was amazing! It was on point and friendly, just like before. However- they added on to their staff, with them checking in more often to see if you need anything. The menu was the same, with only a few new items, but the preparation and flavor seems just a bit better than it was before. This could be the power of suggestion, but I could swear it was better than past experiences, and, to be fair, I never really had a bad experience at this restaurant,. So what was already good service, was simply amplified a little.
All in all it was a great experience & I will definitely be coming back!

This Chili’s never disappoints me and my grandkids. For us the service has always been excellent, the food well prepared and always hot! We remark about how great our meal and especially the service was every time we come here. We enjoy taking the extra chips and salsa home to enjoy there. This was my first time ever eating at any Chilis. My daughter wanted to try their mozzarella sticks. Ingrid was out server who did a fantastic job along with her team of very polite and friendly waitstaff. The food was really good, everything came out on time and tasted just perfect. This was not the experience that I am used to with a chain restaurant. Very good experience please give them a try. Super clean inside and a great group of young people working very hard. We have been going to this Chili's since it opened always had good food and service until COVID the restaurant never seemed to be the same . We went there for my wife's birthday and what a difference the entire staff is upbeat and pleasant. Our server Mo dis a great job. My wife & I stopped in for dinner on Tuesday night, welcomed with smiling faces as we walked in. We were seated immediately, can’t say enough about Diedra, the Manager. She was constantly on the move, running a tight ship, very friendly, attentive and professional. The entire staff was spot on, many passed by, said hi & made sure all was good with us. Dirty plates collected immediately, asking if we needed anything. Now for our server; Moe. Absolutely fantastic, attentive, friendly & sweet as can be. Chili’s is lucky to have her, she is a perfect role model for servers in any restaurant. There are a lot of choices to eat in Germantown & the Falls, we made the right choice coming to this Chilis. My husband and I dined in. Had the best experience I've had in a long time at a restaurant. Our server, Tyler, was the best I've had. He was so sweet and friendly. He asked the right questions when we ordered our food. He was very attentive to our drink levels and even saw that the chips and salsa we ordered arrived with broken, end pieces and was appalled that we were served that by the food expediter that he went back and got us fresh chips. I will definitely ask for Tyler every time we go to Chili's. The food quality was great.

Shoutout to Deonte for giving us top-tier service at Chili’s. From the moment we sat down, he was super friendly, attentive, and made sure everything we needed was taken care of. He gave great recommendations and checked in just the right amount—never overbearing, but always there when we needed something. I really hate to leave this review because our server actually was amazing unfortunately the manager was another situation she completely ignored our table numerous times and greeted the other patrons in the restaurant checking in asking how things were etc.. The only difference was us being black and the others being white in the establishment. The killer part is this manager is black (bright red hair ), seriously do better it’s unnecessary and uncalled for and unfortunately despite the decent food and service by our direct server I will not return to this location.

I am BEYOND disappointed with the service that I received while dinning out this Saturday. As soon as I entered the establishment, I was already greeted with poor service. I waited at the host stand while I was ignored by a worker with an ear pod in. I had to announce myself more than once, and I was finally told that I would have a 25 minute wait. We were immensely excited, which is why we decided to wait the 25 minutes; this excitement quickly faded. When we were finally sat, TAMMY, our server, kept getting our orders mixed and would ignore us. The rest of our dining experience was accompanied by empty dishes and a lack of refills. The worst part of all was after dinner we ordered an expensive pizooki and lava cake to go and we’re forced to wait OVER 30 MINUTES. Then she had the audacity to tell us to take it home and microwave it. Getting a to go order means that it is ready TO GO!!! Me and my companions were expecting to be able to eat it in the car after the scent in the restaurant was nauseating. We were unable to do so. If I wanted to bake a cookie at home, I would’ve just made it myself. Overall, I am thoroughly dissatisfied with my experience.

I am BEYOND displeased with the service provided to us at this establishment. we arrived at rush hour and we’re told the wait would be 25 to 30 minutes so we left the establishment and called the restaurant from our car to be told that there was no waitlist. We re-entered the establishment and we’re told the wait would be 15 minutes then we were seated and ordered. Our server then proceeded to ignore our drink refills and not clear or empty glasses off of the table. We then got our food and then had to wait 20 minutes to get our check and our boxes. We then wanted to purchase dessert but we were at the establishment for so long. We wanted it to go. she proceeded to leave us at the table for 30 minutes, waiting for the desserts, which our server told us would be out very quickly. The desserts weren’t even warm and she gave us instructions on how to heat up later. We were excited for our cookie and lava cake but instead, we had an easy bake in which we couldn’t even consume in the car. The lava cake was rock solid; no lava in sight. The cookie was straight from the hit movie frozen, and finally the chocolate sauce was spilled all over my car. Tammy, you were truly a negative experience. This service was some sick joke.

DO Not upgrade your fries to queso loaded fries. Of our group, 3 of us did this and received all the same condition fries...hard and dried out queso. Couldn't even use a fork to pick it up. Very disappointed from that. The burgers were good as I remember them to be from my last visits years ago. The waitress seemed flustered because when I complained about the fries, she rebutted about how busy they were. I immediately looked around the restaurant to get her to see that I saw the place was empty. I then said that it's been about 10% capacity since we've been there. It was more like 25%, but she got very upset about me mentioning it. What she could have said was that there were only 2-3 waitresses total and I would have conceded. The rest of the food was good and the waitress was pleasant for the other part of the visit. We could have been a lot less disappointed and saved a lot of money if we stayed home. I must say that the manager took the fries off the bill, but they were inedible anyway. He also offered to have some fresh ones made, but we declined.

On Saturday, my husband and i brought our daughter there for dinner. We were prepared for a wait, so we added our name to the list after the hostess told us the wait was 45 minutes. We decided to head across the street to get grocery shopping done. We were there for no more than 20 minutes. I got the text that our table was ready as i was paying. Less than 5 minutes later, i got a text that our table was cancelled. Had i known the wait time was only going to be 20 minutes instead of 45 minutes, we would have just waited in store. I understand that the wait times are only estimates, but a heads up (like “your table will be ready in about xx minutes”) would be super helpful! Also giving customers notice that they have xx amount of time before their name is taken off the list would be great. Disappointing experience. May not return 🤷🏼‍♀️

We were just one table. How does that make sense? I waited the amount of time we were told and politely told her you have lost our business. Update: came back for a visit. Took my daughter or the house for lunch. The resolution breaker margarita was really good (you should try it). They had quite the crowd and still were able to keep up with the orders so that was good. The menu was flexible as I wanted something different. And I like the idea of paying from the table however the machine somehow didn't charge me for 0.02 so that became an issue. But all in all it was a good experience.

We came here on a Sunday around 3pm. Once we were seated in took around 20 minutes for a server to come and even take our order for drinks. We ordered drinks and food right away. She comes back around 15 minutes later and says that something happened with the system and she needs to take our order again. At this point we still don’t even have drinks. After giving her our order for the second time it takes another 10 minutes before getting our drinks which was just water and a kids chocolate milk. About 20 minutes later my son gets his food and my husband gets his fajitas but no tortillas. She brings the tortillas about 10 minutes later and the fajitas were cold when we finally got the tortillas. My food was still not at the table 20 minutes after my husband and sons. When she walked by we just asked to have it boxed right away since we were waiting so long. Took another 5 minutes and my food was brought boxed out. Terrible experience will not be back.

Asked for a med well steak and it came to the table well done took a bite almost choked me.i don't like to send food bck but I did and I didn't get nothing else because even my sister food was bad everything was cold ,her sliders was burt they made her some new 1s but they still was bad.our waitress was great I still tipped her because it wasn't her fault it was the cook.i usually love chilling but that night 11/1/2024 it was gross and it took forever for us to be seated.so other then the waitress I hated that night because I lefted hungry so no I'm good on dining at chillis

First time at Chili's. The burger was wonderful, french fries were top notch. Great service. Did not get our server's name, though. She was very nice and had a beautiful smile. Made the rainy day brighter!

Claimed they had no chips and salsa despite tables around us being served chips and salsa. Gave me 4 chicken crsipers when we paid for 5. Asked for a 5th and it came out on its own plate. Felt and tasted like rubber. Very small portion of fries. 1 of our 6 orders did not come out until ~8 minutes after the others. Go eat somewhere else.

Every time we try to go to this location, we get there & half the restaurant is dark & empty, and they say it's going to be a long wait because they are short-staffed. Seems like they've been short staffed for many years. It is a bummer because their Triple Dipper Combo has gone viral on social media & I've been wanting to try it. Setting up the waitlist option on the website would be a good idea. I was told by the hostess that they have that option turned off. When I checked it said there was no wait, but got there & was told it would be 40 minutes.

This restaurant has been much better as of late!

I hate to do this, as we enjoy going here often. Lately, the wait has been terrible with the restaurant at about 20% capacity. 10 tables, 45 minute wait. 2 days in a row. I can’t see this place staying open for long when Im watching the profits walk right out the door. We did not stay as I watched many others leave. Have to do better!

Was there today and the had a note in the front door saying what food items they were out of?? that's not good, ordered a chips and salsa app. and it looked like they gave us a used salsa sauce, the sauce was spilled all over the cup, wife ordered a Coke and they were out of Coke??the main food and service were ok. Poor management seems to be bringing this place down.

Met friends for dinner at 4:30 on a Wednesday night. Took 10 minutes before someone acknowledged me and sat me. The food was great (had chicken crispers and hamburgers) but service was slow - waitress never offered a second drink and had to ask twice for a box. Will go back for the food and hope the service is better the next time.
