Three of us had three burgers, salads, and fries. Waitress was super friendly. It was our mom's birthday so they came and sang to her and gave her an ice cream dessert. That was nice. Always enjoy the food. However, I ordered a gallon of strawberry lemonade to-go and the strawberry mix was all over the outside of the bag. Ended up staining my white zip up jacket. Please either bag this item or make the effort to clean the outside before hanging it to a customer. The bag is meant to be used at the handle and is sealed. Andy (Andrew) - our server tonight - was awesome! So friendly and funny, continuously checked in on us, filling our drinks and making sure our food was to order! The new mac and cheese is just awful. The cheese is very grainy and too thick for the macaroni. Last time I was there I ordered the ribs, the cook burnt them to a crisp. All the meat was dried out and burnt. Thankfully the manager replaced the ribs and comped our ticket.

I hadn't had Chili's in a long time, and wasn't sure what to expect; this location not-only met, but surpassed my expectations. When I saw how busy they were, I anticipated a long wait, but we were promptly seated and drinks were served very quickly.

Our food took a bit longer than we thought it would, and we were initially served the wrong side; however, both our waitress and the manager went above and beyond to rectify this, and we left feeling immensely satisfied.

You have this juicy awesome burger loaded with all kinds of goodness and then a very disappointing bun. It's dry and doesn't hold together at all. The meal and our server were amazing. But the manager that was on tonight ended up comping the whole meal of the table next to us even after they ate the whole meal. He also boasted loudly about how he had comped a large group earlier on their $500 tab. He then compared his service to other local restaurants and said by comping he is bringing the business back. The customers even made a racist comment about his kitchen staff and did not stick up for them. His words were “whoever touched your meal will get yelled at by me personally”. The sever of that table also never got a tip. I’m not one to complain but to boast about your business losing money because of an error that could have been fixed right away is crazy to me.

Usually my family and I come here on a Saturday around 4 pm but the past few experiences weren’t so great so we came on 3/2/2025 a Sunday night around 8 pm and our awesome server Kylie made up for that! It may also be the timing as a lot of people weren’t dining making service way better but a good server also goes a long way!
Kylie was so nice to us and checked on us a good 3 times if not more and even went out her way to help as much as she could. She is everything we expected out of a quality server.
Food came out hot and fresh and in a timely matter unlike on Saturday’s which can be busy.
Shout out to the Sunday night cooks as well.
My boyfriend got the Trio Fajita which came out steaming hot and looked so delicious and my smokehouse combo was great as ever.
Our server made some of the best drinks we had in awhile. Chili’s Alcoholic drinks are never a let down unlike Longhorn who I can’t enjoy their drinks at all

Tried to give Chili's another try. Went to The Chili's on Mason Street in Green Bay. Not much better. Came in the door, was told to go to Hostess, where she dropped us off at the table with No talking. Finally after awhile a Waitress came up.... stood there and waited.... when she did talk it was a low whisper. We decided to order food and drinks. I asked for Mellow Yellow where she said "We don't have Mellow Yellow or Mountain Dew" but doesn't offer any options. We ordered our sodas and the food. Never came back to check on us till she brought our food out with the drinks. No drinks while we had waited.... maybe a dozen people there (so she wasn't busy). There was a man who checked on us and got us more drinks. The food looked good and hot. But my burger had been sitting cause it was barely warm. My burger was almost red inside (she never stayed around to see how the pampas burger to be cooked). I tried to eat it but couldn't. When to hostess to see if Waitress could get me a different smash burger. Finally Waitress comes over to take burger back. Now I know it will take time.... but never refills drink till the male Waitress comes and gives us new drinks. My Smash burger comes out but I am q0uite frustrated at situation. I tool burger in box but again Male Waitress helps us. Went to pay bill .... she never even compted our bill. No one to talk to about. Very frustrating meal. I will NOT GO BACK TO CHILI'S AGAIN. I don't know how they train their staff but they should do it better. Not good food or go service.... no one to talk to about it..... So Sad

This was my first time having chilis and I must say it will not be the last. We got to go and while they had a full parking lot our food was ready by the given time window. I had a bbq brisket burger and white cheddar mac and cheese. The burger was perfectly GRILLED and the brisket was delicious (I am very picky with my brisket). The Mac and cheese was creamy with the right amount of tang. I don’t know why I hear so many people dislike chilis. I’ve never had their desserts they looked delicious but wow were they pricey.

The food was decent. What you would expect from a chain restaurant that thaws and recooks your food, but the service was subpar. The waiter clearly wanted to be anywhere, but there which is understandable working is no fun but when my aunt requested another drink he rolled his eyes which was off putting making our whole table hesitant to ask for anything else. My mom was the one treating and there were a few errors on the bill had my mom not caught we would have been non the wiser being overcharged. It's a bummer to have to study a bill after a meal for errors like that. The errors were corrected but we left feeling we only further annoyed our server for asking about the errors. For example my brother ordered a meal with a drink included but we were still charged additionally for his beverage; errors of this nature. There was also an issue with a coupon. I hope this young man finds work that's more in line with his interests.
