My family and I ate lunch at Chili’s in Janesville Wi, Tavaris was our server. He provided outstanding service, prompt, friendly, outgoing, and detail oriented to the point of noticing JPD looking in a customers vehicle both windows while the occupants of the vehicle were nowhere around. Went out with my girl friends and had a blast GNO time with Emma! She was so fun and food was hot, quick, and delicious! Margaritas for days (friends had Coconut, Skinny & Something Amigo(?) which they all said were delicious. We also got the Chips & Trio dips: yummy salsa with a good hint of apice (not overpowering so that you sweat or burn your mouth), queso (white with little flavor), and decent guacamole. Salmon dinner was perfect and the rest of us got fajitas (amazing!). Can't wait to go back!

Struggling a bit with my first venture into a public restaurant as a carnivore, Olivia was sympathetic and helpful. She graciously helped us craft plate of 12 grilled shrimp and a juicey 10 ounce steak. So, as my wife mostly enjoyed the loaded mashed potatoes and broccoli and a healthy corner off the steak, I was delighted to dine on 8 Oz of tender nicely pink steak and 11 grilled shrimp. Kudos to Olivia for being able to perfectly communicate to the chef our request for "lots of pink, but no red".

Came here and ordered the classic sirloin. SO fatty I couldn’t even cut it. The waitress took a while to come back to our table, so I just ate my sides until I spotted her again. By the time she came back, we needed to leave. I asked for a replacement steak to-go, but the manager said he could replace it if I paid for it AGAIN, or have a refund. Mind you, I only ate sides at this point. I decided not to pay DOUBLE for one single steak. Then, AFTER I asked for a refund, he offered salad or soup…. more sides. I left after this offer. Very disappointed. I understand it’s steak, but why serve it in the first place?!

Spent $38 on takeout for two and there was so much food the takeout bag was HUGE! We got two of the trio deals plus the free chips and salsa that you get when you sign up for their rewards program! Their chips and salsa is so good and they give you soooo much!!!! I have chips to last me days! And those new Nashville hot mozzarella sticks are insane!!!! I’m done with fast food drive-thrus!!! My husband and I went for dinner, after sitting for 45 minutes and tables who came in after us were being served, my husband asked the other bartender/wait staff about that told us they had different orders than us, and because I ordered a quesadilla and Dean had a burger, they were made on opposite sides of the kitchen and it would be out soon. Next person we said something to was a hostess. The general manager was nice when he told us our order was never placed, and said he would hurry our order. We said no thank you and left . The food is reliably good. I stick with the bacon chicken quesadilla and chips and salsa. The tap beer is always on point. Sometimes the service is a bit slow since the bartender has half the restaurant in their section. For being Janesville, WI the atmosphere is just different in Chili's. There's a different vibe here than say texas roadhouse. I just always feel like they want me to stick around for awhile at Chili's but there's also not a ton of time for bar chit chat like at other places. Still overall a great addition to our go-to rotation!

We had a late lunch at the Chili's in Janesville this week. The location was convenient which was the main reason we went there vs elsewhere.

It was clean. The decor is pleasant. Standard Chili's atmosphere.

Our service was excellent. Our waiter came promptly to take our drink orders, deliver drinks, deliver food, and check how things were going and bring the check. He was friendly and offered suggestions.

The food and drink were fine but unremarkable. Side salads seemed a mite small even for a side salad. The chicken sandwich was fine. A thick piece of well-cooked chicken, a couple of slices of avocado, the bacon was good. Fries were OK but could have been crisper. The Bloody Mary was rather bland.

It was a perfectly acceptable meal but left me wanting something better.

I had chili's twice first time was phenomenal the second time was yesterday and it was horrible I ordered 2 beef brisket burgers and 2 texas fries for pickup the fries seemed old and tasted stale they weren't falling apart they were clumped like they were in the container for hours the burgers were burnt and seemed old like the brisket, threw it all away and gave my wife food poisoning, if I could I would get a refund, 60 bucks not well spent

Just left this location about 10 minutes ago and was very disappointed. Our waitress Becky did not put our order in until we said something 20 minutes after receiving chips and sals with hair in it. I told her about the hair and her response was “ohhh”. She never checked on our table to see how things were or never apologized for the hair. Once our food finally came out it was like warm. This was horrible because we watched other tables food come out steaming hot (literally). The manager came out and was nice enough to take some things off the bill and remake food. But Becky most definitely need training classes on how to serve other tables despite their race. Yes I said race. Every other table she checked on and brought food out right away. Hopefully she gets the training she needs going forward. Just a tip. If you guys don’t want people complaining about your restaurant, don’t serve food with hair in it and make the food hot and fresh the first time, not after a complaint. This is sad.

I absolutely love Chilis and was excited to eat at this one with my boyfriend. I will not come back. My wings were so overcooked and hard. I could not eat them. My boyfriend got a meal with ribs etc and he said his ribs were terrible and completely over cooked. I could not eat the wings. I am not one to complain so politely put them in a to go box and then trashed them. Wasted money for sure on some overpriced wings. The service was absolutely phenomenal. Her name was Leanne. The shark drink was amazing and like always the salsa and chips were yummy. The rest of the food was not. Someone should learn to cook meat. I am not pleased with the quality of food that was sent out from this chilis.
