The food was okay, the service was so overbearing though. I understand dropping the food on the table, and then coming by to see how everything is. But somebody was stopping at our table it felt like every time we took a bite. We could not have a conversation because of all the interruptions. And the music was abnormally loud.

So it started bad right from the get go to the point where we had left and in the middle of walking out the door a nice lady named Kim said she apologized for the problem with her co workers and she could helps us which she did do and did a awesome job but unfortunately I paid $80 for food that wasn't cooked right and would compare the Quality to Applebee's 2/25 menu ... to the point where neither of use could eat the food ... after I paid we where asked how the food was I stated it was horrible as u see we didn't barely eat it ... was told to hold on and a manager came over and acting like he didn't understand English or something and just took are plates and said sorry - didn't over any type of resolution ....

Me and my boyfriend placed a pickup order from chilis after a long day and I was very disappointed. I got the honey chipotle chicken crispers and they tasted like they looked when I opened the box. We sat at the bar & our bartender (she has a raven tattoo) was AMAZING! Personable, chatty and made sure we were happy the entire time we were there. Fajitas for 2 was a good deal. Beans are a bit spicy but good, rice wasn't great & corn tortillas not recommended. Guacamole definitely worth the extra charge. Lucky they got any stars. So disappointed with our visit this time. After being sited we had to wait about 25 minutes to get service. Then we ordered and it took a bit to get the appetizer. And that’s not what it used to be. Everything has gotten smaller for the price. Then they brought out our food. My husband’s smasher burger was supposed to be slightly pink and it was almost pink. He was hungry so he ate it anyway. He should have sent it back and my burger was cooked so much it was in pieces when I got it. And the server was right there when I said I couldn’t eat that mess. But she never offered to bring another meal out. And u used to get more fries than what we got. We have always love going to chili’s but this time has really put a bad taste in our mouths.

Nothing to complain about here. I'm painfully aware of the reality that some branches of casual dining chains suffer from lack of consistency. This branch is NOT one of them.

Chili's menu is huge and the design is a bit overwhelming at first so take your time exploring the menu. Service was attentive and quick, and food was delicious and warm. The place was lively and atmosphere was very friendly.

I liked their on-table kiosk payment system. It's incredibly efficient and adds value to the experiment in my opinion.

Came in today hoping for a good experience, but unfortunately, I left disappointed.

The visit started off poorly when the host, Giabella, sat us next to the kitchen door and responded with negative energy and a piss poor attitude when we asked to be moved. Honestly, I should have left then. The only reason I stayed was because the manager, Luis, stepped in and did his best to make things right — I truly appreciate his effort.

The food, however, was a letdown. I ended up sending everything back. It felt like the kitchen might’ve been understaffed, though I can’t say for sure.

Our server, Kim, was THAT GIRL! She was hustling, doing the work of multiple people, and handled everything with grace. I watched her as she handled 8+ tables, all sat within 5-10 minutes by herself with positive vibes and energy. Please give her, her flowers - def deserves it!

In the end, this experience highlighted how important the host’s role is. They set the tone for the entire visit. Luis explained that Giabella is “young,” but that doesn’t excuse unprofessional behavior. I hope management takes a closer look at who they place in these crucial front-line roles and always remember some customers don’t play that rude mess & will def match energy!

Empty restaurant with 1 behind the bar, 1 waitress working 4-5 tables and 3 managers standing around. Bummer! We waited 5+mins to just be sat, then sat around for another approx 5mins waiting to be ASKED what we wanted to drink. We left before the wait got any longer. We went for the “Two-For” special that’s been advertised on TV for a long time now.
We weren’t expecting the greatest, and received a fair burger at a fair price.

It was much thinner than what we saw advertised on TV but with the appetizer and the soft drink it wasn’t a bad deal. Service was fine and Chili’s is Chili’s.

We would probably go back because you always get what you expect there And it’s pretty consistent in pricing. The bathrooms are clean and the parking lot offer is enough spaces and there’s really nothing negative You can say, just don’t expect it to blow your mind and be somewhere where you swear you’ll always go back for your special anniversary, but you can certainly have a great date night or meet friends and family, and be comfortable with a fair meal at a fair price.

We have a great time and have pretty good food when I go with my family. Only thing is if you want an appetizer and an entrée, don't order the entrée until later. Twice now we received ALL of our order within two minutes of each other. Not only does it make us feel uncomfortable and not enjoy our experience nearly as much, it's also confusing for our toddler and our entrée aren't the best quality once we get to them/take them home. The staff really doesn't say or do anything about it either when it's happened. They're just like, "oh...." It's just annoying, but otherwise we do enjoy our time here as a family.

The worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant including the manager as well customer service at the bar was horrible once we walked in we went to the bar area to order to go we waited 15 minutes before even being offered a drink and then the manager Ramon reprimanded an employee in front of us before we even placed our order to go and then we were ignored before we could even place an order then we asked for a part receipt and then the bartender/server went to the kiosk clicked in a battery and slammed in front on us . I’ve always have good food at Chilli’s. First time at this location, the fajita trio was delicious, fresh shrimp, tender chicken, the beef was a bit dry but well seasoned. The burger tasty as always. The service a little “loose”, not much attention to the table, but the food came out pretty fast, i think it didn’t take more than 15 minutes. If you are hungry in Kenosha, stop by.

I went there with my family exactly a week ago, the food was amazing and the server was nice, until we paid she came back and started snatching the plates and glasses in a rude way, mind you we were still seating down and we had 3 little kids and a baby, also while she was snatching the glasses she threw a drink to someone in our table. After when we leaving she started screaming at us “Más dinero” (more money) which let us understood that she wasn’t happy with the tip we left her (around $20-30), I told her that she was being rude and that it wasn’t the right way to ask for a bigger tip. She even threw a chair to the floor. After that experience definitely not coming back.

LOVE this location. Food is consistent. The main thing is their customer service. I have been there a few times at the bar and every time I have been greeted with smiles and professionalism. Carri is an amazing, friendly conversation starter bartender. She is attentive, quick and funny! Ramone is the manager, as I was sitting alone at the bar, he greeted me, asked if everything was ok and gave me $5 gift cards for my next visit. Truly amazing service hands down! We bring our kids every year for their birthday dinner & buy a dessert to sing Happy Birthday to them. He was super nice & patient & attentive, we had our daughter join us late & he just really took care of us. To make a long story short, we were not served because we were black.

Came to this Chili's in hopes of having dinner to not be served after 15 minutes after being seated and waiting. We were seated right away, which wasn't the issue, but a server never came over to take our order. However, I noticed there was a larger family that was seated across from us that did not look like myself that had been seated and already helped within maybe 2 minutes of being seated. After noticing this, we waited another 5 minutes before getting up, asking for a manager, making him aware of our experience and leaving. I was really hoping that wasn't the case, but it was. I informed the manager that all of his customers are not treated the same. Not sure if this was a Chili's thing or the area, but whichever it is we chose to leave and will not be returning the area. I would recommend this place for black people!!!

Waited an hour for a Togo. Was quoted 20 minutes. I understand its a friday night but they entirely forgot about our order. When we walked in they asked for our name and that was all. There was zero communication to us that there was any delay with our order. We were told "sorry there was an issue with our system". That freaking great there was TWO expos, at least one looked like two people working the Togo station and neither one thought "hmm those two have been waiting there for an hour we should check on their order" or even if our order didn't go through they should have communicated that to us. I've previously worked at a chilis (serving/togo/expo) and that would not fly l, I currently manage a restaurant and would be appalled if my staff had so flagrantly let this happen.

I took may family to Chilies last night and everyone with in an hr of getting home became ill. Best described as the stomach flu. The hostess was also the table cleaner. I observed her using the same wash cloth to clean each table which would explain why they all were sticky/tacky to the touch. We didn’t get a drink order for 16 minutes as someone walked by at the 10 minute mark and said be right with you as they walked by. Food was super over seasoned/salty.
4 of us ordered, two adults and 2 kids and it was $115+. Thinking of taking my wife’s left over's to the health department for testing.
