Would like to preface by saying my boyfriend and I frequent Chili’s. We love it. Every time we come the servers are awesome and the food is piping hot and delicious. Today was NOTHING of the sorts. We get sat by the manager with attitude, that’s fine, everyone has their days. We waited 10 minutes to even get greeted, again, fine, we’re patient people. Server comes over and immediately apologizes and gets our drink orders. We waited over 15 minutes for drinks, while we waited she kept passing us back and forth, no water at the table, no can I put any appetizers in, nothing. She brings our drinks and takes our appetizer order (chips and salsa) and we decide that she’s busy so we might as well throw our entree orders in as well. While we’re sitting, waiting, a table behind us orders a re-fill on their chips and gets it within 5 minutes (same server) We ignore it because like she claimed she was busy but we were annoyed. Now we’ve been waiting 30 minutes, still nothing, next thing you know it’s been 45 minutes with no check in and still no chips and salsa. Just when we were about to leave because we had a movie to catch she shows up with our entrees. No silverware. Never got our chips and salsa. We ask for a to go container and get hit with yet another, “I’m sorry”. I get being busy, I was a waitress and am currently a bartender, my boyfriend also works in food. We’re not there to give you a hard time. However, to give all the attention to the table behind us and continuously pass right by us as if we’re not there is not okay. Anyways, we packed up our food and asked for the check, we get charged for things we never got so we ask to get it removed. Long story short, we’re disappointed. To top things off, the manager on duty was scrolling through his phone at the host stand instead of helping wipe down the many dirty tables or checking in with guests. If I could give today a zero, I would. Do better Chili’s.

I ordered on line but never received a text or e-mail that my meal was ready. I went to the restaurant anyway and parked and called. The person who answered the phone apologized. I asked if she could bring it to the car because I was handicapped. She said she would have to ask her superviser. After 15 minues of no response I hobbled into the counter. I had to stand and wait. A man shoved the plastic bag at me. I asked if he would remove the tip. He said no. I left and went home. My meal was cold. I won't be returning to this restaurant.

We hadn't been to Chili's in a while but decided to try it again. When we first walked in, the host said it would be a 20 minute wait, despite there being an entire section of empty tables right behind us, but I guess they didn't have enough staff to cover everything.
The cajun chicken pasta didn't seem as good as it used to be - the alfredo sauce felt thinner and the chicken didn't have much flavor. This was disappointing as it used to be a favorite of mine.
When the food was brought out, I asked for silverware, and the food runner came back to inform us that she could give us forks, but there was some issue with dishwashing and there were no knives. I don't think I've ever experienced that at a restaurant. Our waitress was eventually able to find two seemingly-clean knives and bring them to us.
It was overall a pretty weird experience with average food and less than stellar service.

I stopped by here in June, and I was pleased with my experience. I had one of the burgers(I forgot which one) and it was delicious, and so were the fries. The ranch was really good as well. About the burger, the meat was delicious, and the buns were really well done. The pickles were juicy and really tasty. My only complaints were the service as it took a long time for our food to get out and it was pretty loud in the restaurant. Overall really pleased!!

This was my wife and I first time coming here. We heard about the trio. We came in and was greeted by Host. Nice. We asked could we be seated at the bar. Okay fine… Okay…. We waited a bit and the bartender comes over. Calls my wife and I ladies but when seeing my Id. She saw I am a he. How embarrassing but didn’t say sorry or anything. Bartender finally brings us plates and takes mozzarella back to be dipped.🤦‍♂️ You never take food back. Cross contamination. No worries it was cold when comes back out dipped in HC. We looked up at the kitchen. No gloves on and no hair nets or hats on. Cooks are on phones but they are not even busy for order to be messed up. Would have gotten more drinks but bartender never came to check on us. Service was rude food cold and cooked at medium rare. Bummer! We were excited for this. But never again.

We went to Chili's to check out the $10.99 deal they advertise. It includes a soft drink, side dish, hamburger and fries. I chose an enchilada soup, smash burger and fries. The soup was just right served in a small cup and not too spicy. The smashburger came with everything on it. That included enough lettuce to make a salad, but it was finely shredded and most of it slid out as I went for a bite. Pickles did the same as I continued attacking the burger. By the time I ate the last bite of burger I still had about an 1/8 of bun that I discarded. The fries were well seasoned and done just right.

Went to Chili's for a family birthday dinner and it was surprisingly good. I wasn't sure what to expect from a chain after my recent experiences with others after COVID. Our waitress Taysha was amazing. I don't think any of our drinks got empty before there was a refill in front of us. And she was so accommodating with requests for this and that. Everyone in my family enjoyed what they got. Everything was made correctly to order, no mistakes. It was a great experience and we will be going back again! Hopefully we get the same waitress.

My girlfriend and I stopped in to try the famous triple dipper and were super excited for a little cocktail/app outing and when we arrived we waited at the door for over 5 minutes before being attended to. There was one other person in a booth eating and 3 guys at the bar so it wasn't busy, im not sure what was happening in the back but we got seated and our server was very nice but not attentive at all. We got margaritas which tasted good and the triple dipper with the Nashville mozz, the honey mozz & the southwest eggrolls. Food tasted fine at the time. Waited a while for another drink but after we finished the food we just decided to go ahead & get the bill. About $20 for each of us so the price was good.

What happened after is what I'm writing this review about to warn ya'll... we had lunch around 2pm & continued to shop for a few hours but then we both started to feel off and decided to split off & go home. At the time I thought it could be the weather since it was pretty hot yesterday but when I got home I was sick to my stomach and couldn't be more than 10 feet away from my bathroom. I had nausea waves all night and still cannot eat anything as of now (it is 11 am the next day now).
I asked my girlfriend if she was alright and she ended up being worse off, throwing up violently all night & also having liquid poop issues herself. That was our only meal of the entire day yesterday so it is the only thing I can blame for this sudden reaction.

I hate slandering restaurants and businesses and try to give 5 star reviews at any place i can that's worthy but I would 100% steer clear of this location to avoid the terrible fate we both are suffering currently & hope management sees this & fixes the issue. I don't think I'll ever be back to a chilis again.

If I had to explain this horrible experience into a phrase, It would be, "That's not my job."

First off, my girlfriend and I drove from Sun Prairie to this location and it may not seem that important to add this, but we try to check in through the website. Perfectly fine. Until we get there and the entire Lobby is completely filled with people. So either the website was wrong, or somebody didn't do their job properly.

So the hostess said that there was open seating right now for two people in the bar area. Which, I'm not the biggest bar person area just because I've been on the receiving end of being forgotten because the bartenders too busy dealing with making drinks instead of waiting on tables.

So we sit down at the table and I can already tell that we were at a corner table that's not really well seen by anybody except for the hosts. So roughly 10 to 15 minutes go by and the bartender says that she's super sorry and that she didn't realize we were even there. But I told her that we were ready to order right away because you know we have plenty of time to look at the menu. So we ordered our drinks and food and I will give her credit though, the drinks came out relatively quickly.

So there was a decent amount of time between when I had ordered and the food had arrived. So I had asked the food Runner if we could get some refills and he said yes. And you want to take a guess what happened? Never saw him again for the rest of the night.

So we start eating our food and quickly we realize that we don't have any silverware. So we look around and none is to be found. Okay, it is what it is. So I had asked the host that was sitting down and wiping down menus for some silverware and it felt like I was asking him for an impossible task he got snarky and simply said that they're behind on dishes. But he did reluctantly get up and go back to the kitchen I'm sure because the silverware he had brought back was wet. So clearly they just came right out of the dishwasher. But in what world though, is wiping down menus more important than doing dishes?

Now at this point, our drinks are pretty much gone at this point and the bartender shows up and says that she'll go grab us a refill on our drinks so at this point, the food Runner never even bothered to even tell the bartender that we needed drinks or the hosts that was trying to deal with people who could stillclearly see our drinks were empty and couldn't be bothered.

Though the part that really irritates me the most, is that the bartender said at the bar and it was just casually talking to like two people for like 5 minutes while making direct eye contact with me the entire time and just not caring. And of course she gets busy with you know making drinks and taking care of the patrons at the bar which I get, but like she constantly kept looking over at me and my girlfriend and just didn't even bother. At this point in the evening, I figured we should just pay on the kiosk instead of just waiting for the bartender who might or might not show up within the hour. And of course, the moment that the transaction is completed on the kiosk, the bartender rushes over with our drinks in hand saying how sorry she was...

I ordered fajitas to go with extra meat and tortillas.i didn’t receive the extra meat or tortillas and was given a tablespoon of each topping all for the grand total of $30. When ordering the food you get a text that tells you to wait in your car for another text saying the food is ready and you can come inside to pick it up. My pickup time was 6:15. My daughter frequents this place and she finally got us to go with her. We enjoyed the whole experience! The wait to be seated was short. Our server was spot-on and very friendly. They have some very tasty drinks (Resolution Breaker was my fav. Very bright, tropical drink.)

Starting with the appetizers: the Triple Dipper is a good way to go if you can’t decide on any one. The Southwest Eggrolls are a perfect blend of crunchy, chewy, creamy, with a hint of heat. The avocado dip brightens up each bite. I’m a fan of any cheese deep-fried. The Nashville Hot Mozzarella were very good, but the sauce seemed more like a dry rub. Not bad, but not quite what I was expecting. The sliders weren’t much to look at, they looked dry, but their taste was just the opposite. Juicy, with an onion topping that added lots of flavor. I really liked them.
The healthier dish, but still really tasty, was the Ancho Salmon. Flaky, moist salmon with just the right amount of topping to punch up the flavor. My Ultimate Cajun Pasta was oh-so good! Lots of shrimp, chunks of chicken all atop super creamy and tasty Alfredo sauce pasta. Yes Cajun, but not too spicy. It’s a real belly filler. I could’ve easily shared this dish (but it will be lunch tmrw.) My wife’s sirloin surf & turf was great tasting. A perfect medium! A wonderful blend of seasonings, texture and flavor. I got to eat what she couldn’t finish.
So, first time at Chili’s for quite a long time, and very pleased. Warning: all the food is so good, you find you’ll eat too much before your brain realizes you’re full….Heehee.

The service was mediocre. They had no clean silverwear and had to bring plastic forks. I ordered southwest egg rolls and found a weird clear gel like substance inside the wrapper and no one who worked there seemed to know what it was....

Nice service when I had my last meal here before they closed I had burger slices and a soda chip I went by the sign was off the chairs were up it breaks my to see closed since we been there I don’t know why it closed since it was packed when we came

Food was good. Told the waitress I wanted pie after my meal. We ate our food, put the extra in boxes And thought we was waiting for pie, so we sat there. And sat there. Eventually used the game console to see our bill. The pie wasn't on our bill, so we got up to leave cause we were tired of waiting. And the other staff didn't handle that very well either. Otherwise, she was ok.

Because this was a carry out order. Give the atmosphere a two only because of the other issues they had. The taste of the food was fine, but it could have been much better if it had been warm!

It told me when it would be ready, and it gave me a range of a 5 minute span. The earliest of the range was approximately 18 minutes from a time?I placed my order. I left within 5 minutes of place in the order. It's a ten minute ride away, and I'd rather wait for my food than I have it.Waiting for me when it's something that's hot. So I got into my car and again. This was about five minutes after they place the order.Only to receive a text message that the order was completed. That didn't make me happy, because I felt that it was going to be not as hot as it could be. So I get there around the midpoint of the time range that I was given. I went inside and first of all nobody ever greeted me. I stood there for a few minutes before I realized that my order was on the takeout show for they have. I don't usually eat it chilly. So I didn't know that they had that there, but what was more disturbing is that the food was lukewarm. It wasn't even sitting somewhere where it could be kept warm.It was just sitting on that shelf in the bags, just cooling itself off! When I got back to my car, I did taste one of the items and it was warm. It was not hot. It was warm. By the time I got home everything was cold.! That was so frustrating because I spent a lot of money on this order and to get it cold and for them not to have the common sense or practice of keeping hot food orders in some kind of area where it will stay warm is just not even smart customer service!
The other issue I had was the fact that this was a to go order, and there was not a napkin to be found in my bag! What is that about! I'm sure you have already factored in the costs of napkins and silverware, and to the cost of my order altogether, but I do not benefit from even getting a single napkin, which I think is atrocious.
I don't go to Chili's often. In fact, the last time I was there, I believe it was during the pandemic, because I remember we were still wearing masks and I did curb side service.
They probably won't see me there again. This experience waa so disappointing because I was really hungry and I really like to enjoy my food when I eat it!

Waited so long for a server to come over that we didn't even get a chance to order - left after nearly half an hour of waiting while sitting in the direct line of sight (and frequently making eye contact with) the hosts and manager. There were also LOTS of empty tables and it was not that busy

Worst service ever experienced at a Chili 🌶️ restaurant on 10-26-2024 at 4pm placed a order for online pickup , upon arriving to the restaurant and waiting at the pickup area I waited for over 25 minutes before someone was capable of getting my order to help me after being ignored by several different members of staff was finally able to get help from a wonderful employee named Savanna who was very apologetic and great she got my order and also got me a manager who I spoke with on location who kinda shrugged and apologized, I wasted nearly 40 minutes at this location for a pickup order very frustrated will likely never return to this specific location despite loving chilis and my order was also ice cold when I opened it 5 minutes after I left the restaurant over $20 wasted

Very clean lots of tables so there was no wait despite it being busy. Our food came out very fast and it was good. The mozzarella sticks were massive. I'm always a big fan of the molten lava cake.

Haven't been here in ages, so I decided to check it out. We went on a Friday night, and it was BUSY! They didn't seem to have a dedicated hostess/host, so there was some confusion around whose turn it was to be seated next, but our wait was less than 5 minutes, so it was fine. Our waitress was waiting on too many tables, so the service was a little slow, but not actually too bad. Generally, we enjoyed all our food, and honestly I will probably go back to try out more of the menu.

Had a ribeye and a sirloin steak for each of us. They were both cooked to perfection, the corn on the cob, was awesome, along with the loaded mashed potatoes . The waitress was really nice, bringing whatever we
needed, and checked often to make sure we were completely satisfied. I will definitely be back!!!

I'm really not a fan of Chili's, but today was ok. Bar tender was a great host as she made our drinks and kept engaging in conversation the right way. Our food was right on time, fresh and hot. We had an awesome waitress with a great smile and attitude. Now that's how you get a big tip. Not gonna lie. I will be back whenever I'm in Madison Wisconsin. I will recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great time with friends and family.
