The young hostess did an excellent job as well as it was very crowded Saturday evening around 6:30 p.m. She was very pleasant and kept a smile on her face, and the older gentleman checking on her was just as pleasant. First time eating there and I would eat there again based on the customer service alone. But the food was good as well. I don't know about the other nights but that night I could tell everyone was working together as a team. Excellent job to all and keep up the good work...we appreciate you!

Well, this place looks and feels like a Chili's. They managed to cook a medium rare steak like any other Chili's. But if you'll look at my attached picture, that's the cup of soup we got. Three of those. Maybe we should've been glad, because that made it easier to eat without spoons. And if you want a plain burger for your picky eaters, tough luck. We received a burger with 'nothing on it' that still had mustard and pickles. Even down to sodas, everything was going wrong. My table had two dr peppers, a coke, and a diet coke. Could the waitress tell us which was which? No, as she, "doesn't drink soda." Not to mention, the waiter, though his lax manner was friendly, couldn't be bothered to get any more chips or salsa when asked until we were leaving. The chips and salsa to go are what has kept this review at two stars.

I ordered the lunch special of soup and double burger with fries. Soup was good and fast. I sat at the empty bar and got my drink and soup fast. After 15 minutes I ask about my burger and he said they are working on it. More then 3/4 of the tables were empty. After 10 minutes I asked again and he said he was waiting on fries. After 8 more minutes I asked again. He gave me a cold to the touch burger and hot fries. I asked for the manager and told him what happened. He was sorry and I said I am leaving. He charged me $3.17. I know it is hard to get help, but it was not busy. I watched people get their after me get their food first. I will try it again, but it has to be better.

Horrible customer service. They treat individuals with anxiety or any health issues with unkindness. It's already an extremely long wait while tables more than six were available. But was told the section is being served by a waitress in training... I'm confused because it's the experience you want to have, but anyway, the young girls were really rude and the manager had to be asked for and still we waited... So the “to go” person gave my order to the wrong dasher because they didn’t double check the name. They blamed DoorDash and refused to remake the order. Then they left me on hold when I asked to speak to the manager. DoorDash kept sending drivers and all they had to do was remake the damn pasta. It really wasn’t rocket science. But that’s why they work at chilis and I just pay people to brin me orders when I want them. Incompetence and ignorance do not mesh well.

I hate leaving bad reviews but this experience was honestly the worst I’ve ever had at a restaurant, we waited for an hour despite being told the wait was only 15 minutes, when we finally got inside it took us 15 minutes to even just get our drinks, our food was cold by the time we got it and we saw our waitress maybe three times the whole night, it was impossible to get refills on anything. Came here with my family and witnessed firsthand how the new general manager is dog-walking these poor, hardworking young people. I been coming here for the last two weeks with my wife and a few of my children. Came to pick up my door dash order a minute after they closed. The food order was sitting on the to go shelf. The doors work locked so I knocked on both entrances saying I simply was to grab that order and the security guard screamed at me through the window. I don’t think she was listened at all. I was along side a child who left to get something from their parents car and was trying to return to their family also being denied entry while still dining there. This level of inhospitablality at a restaurant is just diabolical. I had to come back and take a picture of the store closed as door dashes corporate policy so I needed a picture of her since every table was full and looked like they were open. I think she called the cops on me for coming back and snapping a picture. She looked like her red face was about to explode. I went to pick up another order down the street next and when I drove chili’s 10 mins later by 3 cops cars were leaving the parking lot. I also eat here regularly but will not be coming back after how rudely I was treated as an independent contractor they hired through a 3rd party just trying to transport one of their customers orders. My guess is the security guard was hungry and trying to get free food. I ate dinner here earlier in the week on Tuesday night… food is always good but service is usually terrible. My drink from the bar never came (just a can of seltzer) server no where to be found, asked for my drink 3 different times after the food came from multiple employees. Drink finally came half way into my meal and was never comped. No wonder they can’t keep staff other than highschool kids.

I've eaten here a couple of times, but never ate in person, came here with my sister and ordered a triple dipper, with the chipotle chicken crispers, nashville hot mozz and then the sliders, we sat at the bar where this bigger black lady with braids in pigtails served us. She was mostly professional, using endearing terms like "honey, sweetie" etc. So when I pulled a hair out of one of the chicken crispers, she was understanding and willing to accomodate accordingly, however when I pulled ANOTHER HAIR out of the hot mozz, she got upset and said "that's literally YOUR HAIR, nobody else in the kitchen has pink hair" (mind you the chipotle sauce was on the hair, coloring it weird.) I get outside of Chilis and park in the parking spot next to the door, place my order online, and they say I will get a message when my order is ready, mind you I am waiting in front of the store and can see everyone. I get the message at 8:01PM that my order is ready and immediately get out of my car, there is no one else near the front door or inside waiting, and then I come inside and I ask for my order, and they tell me somebody came for it already, which is absurd because there was 15 seconds between the message and me entering the building and somehow my order is gone before it was even ready. I use to go there every weekend with my wife and kid. It usednto be a good place, good servers. Now its very unprofessional, dirty silverwear. The server never checked up on us if we needed anything else, the one who did was the food runner. Coming from a former bartender and server in the food industry, very poor service. Asked for medium rare steak and got overcooked for my wife and my food. I GOT ONLY 5 pcs of broccoli and my kids broccoli was raw and not even cooked. I used to like this place but it just went down. They just hired anybody now. A big Disappointment.

I just spent $50 on a meal with them. I was never given my mashed potatoes or broccoli. The manager refuses to make it right and is blaming Uber eats. Horrible service. They didn't put any silverware or napkins or anything in the bag.

Horrible horrible customer service. I ordered the triple dipper, took a bite into my honey chipotle crisper, and the meat tasted undone and rubbery. This is my second bad experience with this Miller Parkway location. I called the manager to complain, she told me they were having problems with the chicken. Ummm. Why are you serving it then? Never spend money with them again.

Honestly highly upset with tonight’s service

after ordering an appetizer/drinks and our food

i ended up packing my family up and leaving

we got nothing but our drinks asked for straws from 3 different people and got nothing

appetizer took well over 30 minutes and we never even got it because WE LEFT

the server clearly didn’t even wanna be there and it was evident that the restaurant wasn’t equipped to take on the amount of guests they had in there ……nonetheless my children/husband and i left hungry and highly upset and since there aren’t many sit down restaurants near us we jst went home and popped in some pizzas !

They are going to tell you 15 min wait, next thing you’re hitting a high score on a game on your phone still waiting.
Waited over a hour after being told it would be a 15 min wait, staff just sits around drinking soda well more then half the restaurant open and empty. Might just be a manager problem

Soon as I walked in one of the workers stared into my soul and didn’t seem like a friendly gesture, and didn’t greet us. Tried to dine in, was told 15 minutes wait, was cool til we waited 45 minutes and then was told not sure how long anymore because they were short on cooks, And it wasn’t even busy.

I like Chili’s, but I was very turned off when the hostess/waiter began to clean up around me while I was eating. I waited for a bit before I was About to complain just to see if he knows that this is a bad idea to clean the booth in front of me while I’m eating it does not appear to him that it was a bad idea ! So after waiting to see if he knew he was doing something wrong, I addressed him and told him he was bothering me by cleaning and sweeping right in front of me. That was very rude and disrespectful. I did not come to a restaurant to watch people clean, literately cleaning not wiping the table but cleaning, that is not why I came out to eat ! Wait until the restaurant closes before you start removing booth down and sweeping while people are eating that behavior my experience I did not even want to tip after that, but I did anyway small amount a message to clean up after people are gone home and your business is closed to the community that is when it is appropriate to be sweeping When the business is closed

Decided to do a quick date night and wanted something better than fast food but not that fancy either so we decided to try Chili's and wow did it beat my expectations!

It was prime time dinner hour around 6pm. The restaurant has many customers but still had ample seating. The menu has many options and something for everyone! Including the kiddos!

We started with an order of wings and they were brought out within 5 mins. The meat was juicy and flavorful. The sauce had the perfect amount of zing. The ranch dip was mid.

We ordered an appetizer sampler plate and a rack of ribs for our entree. It included 2 mozz sticks that were very large and had a long, satisfying cheese pull. The southwestern eggrolls were crispy with a flavorful inside. There were also 2 mini burgers that you could tell were cooked to order
The meat had a bit of crisp on the ends and it was really a decent burger that could hold its weight compared to some fast food places.

The ribs were cooked to perfection falling off the bone! I could not believe this from Chili's. The meat was tender and the sauce was great! There was also a cob of street corn that was very good. It came with 3 chicken tenders which I had the next day and they reheated well and didn't have any funky bits. The fries were good.

The atmosphere was good. It was a little crowded and noisy but it is a family friendly place so I cannot hold that against them. Our waitress was totally attentive and polite, refilling out drinks without being asked. I was so pleasantly surprised by Chili's I am definitely going to go back.

I walked in on Friday night hoping to sit down & enjoy my food. It was about 10:20 I would say & we walked in a server told me and my partner that we could not dine in because they would have to rush our service due to them closing at 11 mind you it’s not even 10:30 yet. So I’m like whatever we ordered our food to go then a few minutes later a group of 3 walks in and were seated by another waitress after ours told us we couldn’t sit down. So I brought the situation up to him and he said he would talk to his manager (which is one who sat them)about it. He came back and said he didn’t know his why his manager did that because now the other sever would have to stay past 11 and he also didn’t know why the sever took their table because he’s not staying past 11 so the other server shouldn’t have took their table either. He then told us we could have a table to dine in if we wanted after we caught him lying because he simply wanted to go home early. I’m a server myself so I know you’re supposed take all tables until right before you close he was lazy and didn’t want to take us because he wanted to get off as soon as the restaurant closed. Was highly disappointed in the service due to not being able to dine in properly then proceeded to watch another party get sat after we were told we couldn’t. I also wanted to order a drink at the bar and could not because the bar closed about an hour early.Would not recommend this location to anyone I don’t remember the servers name because he didn’t tell us but he was a taller skinny black man with glasses and lots of facial hair look around 30-40.

I missed most of veterans day, so I show up in the vestibule and just wait. Plenty of life and energy in my visual- staff as well just none that bothers to assist me and another woman who awaits her called in order but things swiftly change.....
I was seated, thanked for my service, and given wonderful treatment 👏🏽 😀. I was assisted and conversed with by Z, who had a wonderful energy and smile as she made her rounds. Changed my whole outlook! And the food was delish as well!

Very busy for a Sunday evening, took into consideration still kept line moving one went extra mile above and beyond when a customer didn't get or left something he went running out after them to let know, then they came back. That young man was working hard and kept up all the way. I don't know his name has exceptional customer service skills I appreciate.

Vibe is Turning into an Applebee's. Had to seat myself at the bar as the host skipped us & sat who he wanted as if we were invisible. It was not packed but enough to keep them busy. Food was good. My bartender & server were very good though. 👍 They're the reason I will return.

This is the first time I have visited chili's since my husband passed four years ago. It was our go to place. This experience was great. I love the changes that they made to their menu. The lunch menu was awesome and the food didn't disappoint.
