How about you discuss with your bartender not to fuss someone out because they take someone else's old cup and straw wrapper off the table, and add it to a pile of trash that needed to be busted on the bar? I was trying to give them a hand and I wanted to sit at that table. She tells me I could've sat anywhere but I had to sit there?? Y'all release I don't have to spend money with you when I fly out of here weekly??? Rude.

DO NOT BOTHER GOING HERE.
I had two hours available before my flight, so I decided to get breakfast. Tried ordering from the table QR by following the instructions. App said there was a problem and to contact the server. Did not see a server, so I went to the lady at the bar register. She said the server had to open the code at the table, and she would tell him to come over. Saw him deliver a couple of orders but never came by. I now had about an hour left before my flight and didn't want to chance this place getting me out on time so I got up and left. STAY AWAY

Don't go here. Was told to sit at bar to get faster service. No one helped for several minutes and when I asked they said order from the online menu. Link to online menu took me to other sites scan a different menu it finally worked. No way to order water. Bar staff very impolite and took orders from others but not me. Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich online out came and overcooked fried spicy sandwich. Don't recommend.

When you aren't open your posted hours, you get a 1 star review. Sorry, that's the rules. It's not difficult to keep Google updated with accurate hours. Even the Chili's website says this location is open until 9p. Had a flight delayed, needed something to eat. Walked up to the host stand at 8:02p and had someone walk briskly over just to literally shout at us that they were closed for the evening. Thanks for nothing.

I don’t expect gourmet service at an airport, but this location was an outright embarrassment to your brand. I waited at the hostess stand for over 15 minutes—not during a rush, not with a line—just standing there, being actively ignored by every employee who walked by. No greeting, no wait time update, no acknowledgment that I even existed. It was like trying to dine in a ghost town run by people who resent hospitality.
Tired of being invisible, I went over to the Togo counter—big mistake. The man working there didn’t say a single word. Not “hi,” not “what can I get you,” not even a grunt. He took my card and handed it back with all the warmth of a malfunctioning kiosk. Chili’s, if you’ve started hiring mannequins, just say that.
And then? I waited. Again. Forever. No updates, no food, no eye contact. Just standing in limbo while employees moved like they were underwater and completely uninterested in doing their jobs.
This wasn’t just bad service—it was anti-service. It felt like every staff member was on a personal mission to make sure no one ever comes back.
Chili’s, this is your name on the door. If this is the experience you’re okay with serving in one of the busiest public settings in the country, then you’ve completely lost the plot. Fix it.

There was a hair in my food, and they added two entrees to our bill, which seemed super sketchy! Make sure you review your bill, I think they expect you to just pay on your phone and leave. We overheard one of the waiters brag about making $700 one day, which makes me wonder if they add entrees to people’s meals and pocket the money.

My server, Luis, was awesome! Super friendly and attentive. The QR code on my table wasn't working but he was quick to take my order. Food was ok. When I finished, my dirty plate sat in front of me for 15 minutes. Trying to help clean up, I took the plate to the bar. The bartender was leaning up against the bar and yelled (& I mean YELLED) at me that I couldn't leave my plate on her bar. I stood there & waited quite a while for my waiter to take it & to pay. This restaurant wants you to order and pay on line. I did this, only to have staff chase me down the airport yelling"I didn't pay". I returned showing them my email receipt with tax and tip included. $29 for a crappy breakfast. There was an additional $4 charge on the register that wasn't on my bill. When I offered to pay this unknown charge with cash staff initially said they couldn't take cash. What a joke. Chili's: get out of the business if this is the best you can do.

We recently were in Milwaukee International Airport Thursday, August 15th waiting to return to home in Phoenix. Easy to get a table; was directed to go grab one. I ended up cleaning off the table. Under staffed. No problem. Our waitress Alberta immediately came to the table with physical menus. Great selection. Alberta was professional, courteous, and personable. She took our order right away. We had the HC ( honey) Crispers quantity four ( lots of options for more). Delicious. We were pleasantly surprised. Service was good. Could be hit or miss. Highly recommend. We were not rushed out either while waiting to depart.

It’s difficult to experience such bad customer service in an interaction that lasted less than one minute. I did not have high expectations going in… Whitley was not only on her phone, she didn’t even bother to make eye contact when I ordered a soda and a water from the to go window. She also didn’t get off her chair when and I asked if I could receive a receipt and pointed to the register where it was printed out. I typically don’t write reviews but thought I’d share. Wow.

The experience at this Chili’s was certainly horrible, we wanted to get food from the To-Go counter and had to wait 20 mins just for someone to show up at the register, after that we had to wait another 25 Minutes just to get the food, our 3 food items cost over 45$ which even for airport pricing is crazy, would not recommend.

Shocking service and attitude.
Forcing a ‘hospitality charge’ when the service is so bad is a real kick in the teeth.
Forced to use your phone to order, but the staff then argue that you haven’t ordered food until you prove it to them on your browser.
Oh, and waiting 30 minutes for 1 drink to be delivered to the table on a quiet morning is just unacceptable. Staff were surly and rude and looked overworked. Not sure how they have managed looking so overworked when the restaurant is only ⅓rd occupied.

So it’s 12/28/2023 2:18 pm .. our bartender has an attitude.. tells me the strawberry lemonade is NOT refill able.. until we start looking up if it’s owned by the airport of if it’s a chilis store.. then says oh yeah I can refill it.. the food is over cooked.. my husbands bloody Mary was so spicy he had to choke it down.. It took us over an 20 minutes to get drinks. It took over an hour to get food. The server didn’t show up until about 20 minutes after we ordered our food which we had to do via the app which didn’t work correctly. My fajitas were almost cold, came with no guacamole. We almost were late to get in line for our place for our Southwest flight. This place needs new management who wasn’t even present. As an airport restaurant you’d expect not just prompter service you’d expect someone present to ensure that’s the case.

I was quite disappointed with the To Go window service! This was my first time in Wisconsin and I was traveling for business. I was informed they don't accept cash, so I said I'll be right back, just making a transfer. When I returned, I was ignored for a while and then asked if I had everything handled. When my order was ready, it was motioned for someone else to give me my food. I noticed other customers received their meals in a bag, but my box was was just pushed over to me. I asked for a bag and the response not very friendly! Next time I'll just head to Starbucks or one of the other restaurants where I feel welcomed.

Just finished a gas station quality premade club sandwich here. The nicest thing I can say is at least I won't die of starvation after the meal. Service wasn't great, tables were dirty, and the food sucks. To see a hospitality fee on my bill when they are running a small, premade menu of mediocre food really puts a bow on the whole experience. Try your luck at Cousins down the hall if you really want a sandwich.

Dine in at 5 pm. The only food they were serving was the sandwiches. The bread was super cold and it seemed like they just took it out from the packaging or refrigerator. The potatoes chips that was serve along side with the sandwiches, was soggy. Disappointed. The bloody Mary was not worth it. My total was $31. On top of that the waitress continue to bug me to have the tab close when I just got my food and was still eating. She came around 3 x. There was barely any other customers there. I definitely didn't enjoy my food at all. I still tip her but wish service and food was better.

This bartender should be fired. My friend and I sat at the empty bar and did not order alcohol which noticeable angered the bartender. He was extremely rude and annoyed with us. After ordering our first non alcoholic drink, he asked us to leave restaurant. This was the most ridiculous, uncomfortable restaurant experience I have ever had. Also, their kitchen was closed and weren’t serving any food. I hope that this review is brought to the owners attention.

I was here on Sunday evening when they were closing at six o'clock. I had to witness a nasty exchange between a customer and the male bartender. The customer was being rude, but had a very legit complaint, asking for a refund for an item that was only served right at six as the place was closing. The bartender IMMEDIATELY responded by threatening to call the police. Not trying to apologize or offer to refund the item. Just that complaining to him meant he was going to call the police. This was entirely unnecessary and only caused the situation to escalate further, and even got several more customers adding to the noisy fray, either in support or against the bartender. Bad customer service from the bartender. On the other hand, the server at my table was great.

Sat at bar for breakfast. Everything was going fine until we were served our food and totally ignored by bartender. While we know one should not interrupt a server while engaged in a transaction, we had to to get some attention to get salt and pepper etc. Bartender promptly came over and scolded us for interruptingredients him. He kept on about it telling other customers how rude it was and eventually tried to make it a racist issue, which clearly we were not. To get back at us, he took at least 15 min to run our credit card while totally ignoring us. Finally told him to let me know when it was ok to ask for a water. Never experienced anything like this. Would never eat there again. The guy should be fired immediately.

Your public information is incorrect. You closed during prime time dinner hours. I arrived at 630 and the place was shut down. There are hundreds of people in the terminal and would have provided operational money easily as every person in the terminal was complaining there was absolutely no food available. The convenience store carried the dinner menu for the entire terminal. What is wrong with this picture?! This puts a bad rap on Chilis and Milwaukee. Amazing to accomplish both things at once. 0 stars. Don’t come here if your looking to eat dinner. They won’t be open.

I would love to give more starts, but since you are closed 3 hours early, it’s difficult to do so. There are over 200 people here without a place to eat or drink waiting for at least 1-2 hrs for their planes. Absolutely ridiculous.

Food was good, but the reason for 5 stars was our server Luis. He is awesome!
We were seated & seemingly forgotten by our waitress. Luis noticed us & took over. It was very busy but he handled everything like a champ. We observed him working extremely hard taking care of his customers as well as covering for the other incompetent servers.
Had it not been for Luis this review would have probably been a 1 star complaint.
Kudos to Luis! He should be running that restaurant. He certainly is an asset to Chili's Too MKE!!

My go-to in Terminal C! Haven't been here since COVID hit, but been going for a few years now. Food typically comes out in 10 -15 mins. Just your basic Chili's that does the trick to pass the time while at the bar. Which by the way if it's peak hours, the bar will be full of course.

I grew up in Milwaukee and when I visit I have on my list of “must haves” is a brandy old fashioned. So before my plane left I stopped at Chilies as it was near my gate. You can’t imagine my surprise when I asked for the drink and I was told they didn’t have any bitters. I was shocked. Can’t make a brandy old fashioned in Milwaukee? Tsk tsk.

Arrived at 4pm and told they were closed. I understand COVID changes, but if your going to change your hours, post it. Additionally, if your not going to put a closed sign up stating that your closed a little more professionalism would be greatly appreciated instead of being ignored.
I only give 4 stars for the bartender being extremely understanding and giving drinks to go.

Worst service ever. Waiter left during service and ended up with someone different that didn't bring out half of our food and then told us they were out of potato soup as they brought us the couple of orders that were right. Never come here! Oh yea also sat here for an hour and a half and never got asked for a refill on drinks. :(
