We had a very nice lunch. The taco chips and salsa are delicious. We ordered the Smash burger and seasoned fries that were yummy.
The staff was very friendly and checked in several times to make sure that our lunch was good and if we need anything else.
We’ll definitely be back to Chili’s.

Came in with my boyfriend. Our waitress Diane was absolutely outstanding, she was so personable, made sure we had what we needed the whole time we were there. Didn’t treat us like we were JUST customers, joked around with us a bit but really worked hard. Noticed how much the managers were working really hard too, this is not always something I usually see. Food was really good too! Thanks Diane!!

Very nice. I sat at the bar and had lunch by myself. Everything was good...except...I think they don't take cash. I had cash on the bar, but was handed a device to pay by credit card. I am curious to know if cash is an option. I did not have time to wait and find out. Obviously it is not encouraged.

My kids and I dined in on busy Saturday evening, the restaurant was packed. We were greeted with smiles and the door opened for us by a host, then seated immediately. Food didn't take long to come, but there was a little mistake with our appetizer. The staff comped the apps without question to makes things right. The service was impressive, we will be back again!

had a pick up and received a text stating the time frame of pick up. i was suppose to get a text and never got one. went in and sat at the bar to wait. almost 20 minutes passed by and no text. out of the 3 waitresses at the bar no even one asked me if i wanted a drink. i had to go at the pick up desk and ask after waiting for so long. very disappointing. it was also slow maybe 4 desk had customers.

I’ve never been to Chili’s. I’m 75 years old. I took my sons there and their families for a birthday celebration so there was only eight of us. I never had such a fun wonderful time at a restaurant. I’m very picky. I’m a chef and I do all kinds of meals up to 500 people Sometimes for weddings. I sat there and this waiter came right up to me while I was waiting for everybody he was there every I would say five minutes asking if everything was OK what else we needed and then like three people waited on us and it must’ve been a manager that came over and said how is everything. It was absolutely wonderful. The food was so good. My boys who are 34 loved it even the kids loved their food. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate the excellent friendly service. It was so excellent because a lot of restaurants the waitresses or waiters are so rude and unfriendly. These people were amazing. I just can’t tell you or thank you enough for the wonderful evening. We had you have an excellent place and excellent staff and I really appreciate this. I would go on and on, but I better not. Your food was amazing. I get to Enjoy my leftovers tonight while I watch a Christmas movie thank you thank you thank you I will return

Ordered take out in person. Was told it would be about 15 min. I came back 20 min later just to wait in their take out area for another 25 min as they had lost part of my order. Restaurant was only about 25% of capacity so not really sure how a simple take out order gets lost when the kitchen and take out counter are attached. There were several other take out orders during this same time that were botched or not filled at all. Very poor service and no manager to be seen.

We went during a not-busy time. We had a great server who was very attentive. It's a great place to go and relax. The margaritas of the month are great!
Witches Brew of October is nummy. So go and have an awesome Margarita some good food and meet the staff. Especially Christine and Christa, they always greet you with a smile even when they are super busy.
The other wait staff are very nice also.
I recommend this place. And you get to watch all the sports games as well.

I've been here 4 times in the last 3 weeks.
Nothing to complain about the food or service, food is good with enough choices and the waiters always keep an eye on your needs.
Tonight something took the wrong turn, I choose the offer "3 for 10.99" but the final price was 3 for 15.99 (chips, lemonade, smash burger and fries: as promoted on your menu 3 for 10.99). It's not the price, but the idea of being tricked is really annoying, do we have to require the menù every time we pay to ensure we are not overcharged?

Stopped into this Chilis location on a Tuesday evening to meet up with a friend and the place was pretty empty. Our server was very friendly and made us feel extremely welcomed. The server was very fast and we never had to wait for refills or long for any other requests we had. One extra nice things was that we stayed after we paid to chat for a while and they did not rush us out which I appreciated greatly.

Food was cold. Employees were more interested in talking to each other than acknowledging me and another guest picking up curbside. We both had to go inside to get our food.

It’s Chili’s — it holds a special place in my heart. With this visit, we came in an hour and fifteen before closing. We felt guilty for cutting it close but we just got out of a movie and were super hungry. We weren’t treated any different and we were served swiftly and politely. Was seated and waited 40 minutes without acknowledgment from the wait staff, while several other tables were seated after and helped immediately. Saw several staff members gathered and visibly talking about/gesturing to us without anyone coming over, eventually decided to leave and told the host that we hadn’t been helped. I'd give 5 stars for service, but the service industry lacks the ability to socialize. I miss the days of playful and interactive servers. Now it's just tell me your order and on to the next guest.
