The food was good. The service started out good but went downhill shortly after we got our food. The server checked back one time. After dinner my sister and I had planned on getting an after dinner drink. We changed our mind when the server never came back by. We had to get her attention to get go containers for our food. They weren't busy. I may be wrong but I feel some of this could be avoided if people weren't forced to use the pay at the table machine. If servers still had to deliver the check, and take the payment then maybe they would be more attentive to the wants or needs of the customer.

My wife and I came Into eat, not to end up in some losers camera gallery. Host had her phone set up, recording everyone who walked in, without consent. I noticed the female manager going up to the host several times, yet never once told her to get off the phone, or stop recording strangers, completely ridiculous. A joke of a restaurant, with a joke manager, and a joke staff. The floor was dirty, and the food was mediocre and greasy. Seems like the place has gone downhill since last time we came in.

Went to Chillis on pub crawl, right away couldn't help but notice the host was not only on her phone, but recording me and my family, for a tiktok, from what my daughter told me. It's a workplace, be professional??? Don't record people's children and family's?? The food was fine, my burger was a little overdone, but the mozz sticks were good. And our server was polite, but seriously I'm mind blown you allow your host to use work as her own hangout. We did the triple dipper app with all 3 kinds of fried mozz. The normal, nashville, and the honey Chipotle. My favorite was the nashville ones, not super spicy and the cheese balances it out.

I ordered the rib combo pick 3.
The sides were mac and cheese and fries.
The fries were great, the mac and cheese was ok. My meat choices were: The jalapeno Cheddar sausage was good, the crispy chicken was good. The ribs were the star though. Cooked just right with a nice sweet bbq sauce.

Went out to eat with my family earlier this week, the staff were all extremely friendly, and the food was amazing! It was our first time trying Chillis, and I can honestly say it was an amazing experience. we were seated by an Asian girl, who was extremely sweet and kept our youngest toddler entertained while we ate. Our server, a long blonde haired guy, was amazing, super fast, and was really quick to refill our drinks when needed. he was also very patient with our young kids. overall the best dining experience I have had in a while, its nice to see places were staff actually enjoy their jobs. 10/10

This was our first time visiting this Chili's restaurant. Our food and beverages were great, but our waitress, Gina, did a phenomenal job accommodating us.

What business sends their servers home early on Mother’s Day and leaves the open sign on to simply refuse service to people walking in? My family and friends came here for Mother’s Day at 8:50pm, around 1hr before the closing time (10:00pm). There were about 20 of us, 5 were kids. Upon entering, the host quickly glanced at the few of us who first entered (me, 2 toddlers, and my adult son) and without greeting us she asked if it’s for 4. I responded we had about 20. She hesitated, and with an annoyed look told us they did not have space for us. The place was about 1/3 full, and almost one whole side was empty. I replied we did not have to sit together but if we can sit in the same area that would be great, pointing to all the tables in the empty side. She said they could not do that. Confused, I asked if we were being denied service. She stated that because they sent their servers home for the night, the few servers they had left were now only serving the current customers. This didn’t make sense based on our initial encounter of her asking if it’s for 4 while she was grabbing menus. So small groups totaling 20 is ok but one group totaling 20 is not ok? There was still 1hr til closing, plus it's Mother's Day. I asked if they are closed even though their sign shows open til 10pm, and she said “yes, we are closed”. There was no apology. It was an unprofessional, and upsetting experience, and one we will and have shared to all our friends, family and co-workers. Avoid Oshkosh Chilis no matter what time, day, or event. Sad that this was a place we all have frequented and was pleased with their customer service, but is now one we will never go to again.

We came in on a Sunday right before 9pm to celebrate a late Mother’s Day with 15 adults add 5 kids, because we had a busy day. The front person told us we cannot serve you. We said we can be separated but she said they sent some of the staff home. Not my problem, your hours are open until 10pm. I work every day taking care of people and making sure they are satisfied. We stopped on a very quiet evening, maybe 4 other tables besides us that had customers. Our waitress was nice enough but screwed up my order, when I told her that wasn't what I ordered I was told I could get what I ordered but it would be another 15 minute wait. The rest of my family all had their food. So by the time I would have gotten my food, my family would have been done and waiting for me to eat. I tried what was given to me (the wrong order) and it wasn't something I cared for. I asked for that plate to be taken away, no one at our table would eat it. By this time the manager came over to check on things. It was then that we discovered my daughter's burger was still very pink and under cooked inside and I asked to have that burger cooked as we had asked for well done. So now she hasn't eaten, I haven't eaten and I was offered a free desert. No thanks I wanted an actual meal! My daughter got her burger back cooked the way she wanted it, and I had my meal comped. I went home hungry. But why such a huge issue when there was almost no one in there? 15 minutes to cook some chicken? There were too many excuses to just let it go. We received a $25 Chilis gift card for Christmas 2023. Tried to use it tonight 7/24/24 and was told the card declined. We never used this card until tonight. Manager basically said too bad, call the number on the back of the card. We called the number on the back of the card and you can check your balance and activity only. Again, we never used the card, we were gifted the card for Christmas 7 months ago. I guess Chilis mainly the Oshkosh one would rather not comp $25 on a $100 bill but would rather their guests leave extremely disappointed and to the point that this one experience will have us never coming back, and we will be sure to tell our friends and family to NEVER patronize this restaurant. We have been to Chili's a hand full of times at this location. I come back for the chips and salsa. Everything I have ordered as my main meal has always been mediocre. My husband has never been so we decided to go. We got seated promptly. Sat at our table for 15 minutes while 6 different servers kept walking past our table. Shortly after 15 minutes, we left. This is not the first time our service has been below average at this location. There were 5 other families and one group of maybe 8 people in there so by all means they weren't busy, especially for the number of workers just standing around talking with eachother. Unfortunately this dinner experience was another let down. We probably won't be returning.

The service was slow and neglectful. It wasn’t busy at all. Our server, a tall woman with a pixie hair cut was friendly but i felt ignored throughout by her. All the dipping sauces and dressings were watery. I sent my salad back as the watery ranch ruined it. When you dip a mozzarella stick, or a southwestern egg roll into its dipping sauce it shouldn’t run off and drip like water. It should cling to it. We told the manager. She made no apologies and stated that their Ranch is watery. I’m sorry? Since when? I’ve eaten at chillis for 40 years. Never have I run into this. Also, since when is the word watery associated with any dressing or dipping Sauce? She also said that many customers have complained about it. Really?! Well Fix it then?! Unacceptable. Won’t go back.

I'm pretty sure they building is new, and if it's not, it's really nice for being older. The food was better than the rest of the chili's I've been to. our waitress was a sweetheart (Stephanie, I think?)
