My partner has never been to Chili's before, and I have not been in at least a decade. While we did come about a hour before close, the staff were still very generous and the food came out perfect. Prices are matched perfectly for the quality of the food.

Went for lunch today. My daughter ordered chicken strips and fries . The husband had a burger and I had steak and shrimp with broccoli and asparagus. My daughter’s food was good. Hubby was upset he ordered the “ just bacon burger “ assuming there would be a lot of bacon on it and nothing else. There was 2 slices of bacon on it and tons of other toppings. That’s not really such a big deal , but then he got grossed out as we all did because there is an obvious fly problem. The flies were landing all on us and all on our food. I understand it’s that time of year but this was extreme. If there’s that many flies in the dining area the kitchen must be swarming. I ordered my steak rare and it came medium well. The asparagus was also teeny tiny thin , like a lollipop stick and it was burnt. Our servers took her time asking us if our food was ok. By the time she came by everyone wanted to leave because they were grossed out by all the flies landing on us and our food. I asked if there was an extra charge for the asparagus and she said no and asked what was wrong with it. I told her it was burnt , which I shouldn’t have had to do it was crispy black at the ends. She goes to get manager , manager comes to table asks what’s wrong I ask for fly swatter because flies were out of control then I told her about the asparagus and she offered to remake it I said no because we were all finished and grossed out and didn’t want to be there any more. Our server didn’t apologize once , the manager didn’t apologize once. I wasn’t trying to get anything for free , but if you’re paying $100 for lunch you should at least be able to enjoy it. At the very least I would have tried for some type of customer recovery and offered at least an apology. Do better

We had Gavin as a server and he was awesome. Super quick and accutate service with a good vibe. He was on top of drink refills and always asked if we needed anything... and actually brought it after! Came there on Tuesday. It was fantastic. Came back in on a Thursday with a group of ladies and students from the university and our service was absolutely horrible. Our We just had a attitude and was dismissive to almost everyone at the table. In addition, they have the audacity to charge me triple price for an extra shot in my drink. After pulling up the receipt from two days ago, stating this is what I was charged, the manager came over couldn’t look me in the eye and started rambling off about different drinks are in different drinks. Are that which had nothing to do with what I was asking for the complaint.

Prices should be set prices and managers and staff should not be making prices of drinks or shots or anything on the spot. This is absolutely ridiculous that they tried to charge me eight dollars for a shot of alcohol.

During the tornado warning yesterday, the Chili's staff didn't hesitate at all to keep everyone and their family's safe. As soon as the tornado sirens went off, safety was priority number 1, and they nailed it. The food was great and luckily there wasn't any damage from the storm. We can't wait to come back and enjoy more margaritas and fajitas!

If you’re ever in a tornado warning seeking shelter, don’t waste your time looking for help here. We were traveling in a tornado warning, stopped to get out of the storm and dinner. They locked the doors and wouldn’t let anyone in because of the tornado warning. Thank God for ihop! They welcomed us and the food was great there!

Waiter never gave his name, lost our order didn't bring our waters as we had asked for them when he asked for our drink order. Told us the manager would be over to speak with us about our lost order. The manager did a walk by asking in passing how our food was no stop at the table or reference to the lost order. Finally got our food an appetizer but the server brought no plates until he saw us eating by then we were using the napkins. He only refilled our water because I asked. The waiter came to the table twice once to see if we needed anything a second time to say he'd take my card if we were done. I had to ask to see the bill. The manager experience after was the worst. The manager never acknowledged or apologized for the faults of his staff. He did however snatch the bill off the table and crumple it up saying he would get rid of our bill. I stated I would pay for the food because we ate. Second horrible experience at Chili's in a year. DONT EAT THERE UNLESS YOU DONT CARE HOW YOU ARE TREATED!!!!!

I ordered take out. I don't do this often because more than half the time I will be disappointed with the food. Once again I was disappointed. Our meals were cold. Everything cold. Within a few minutes of picking up the food we began eating so it's not from traveling to and from the restaurant we can blame the food being cold on. This happened last time too. I can't really rate the service or atmosphere of the place because I only picked up our food. My dogs did love the food though. They were happy with the meals.

Food sitting out on countertop when I arrived to pick up. No-one was @ the desk to make sure I received my order & that it was correct as in the past. I've only been here twice. The first time was a month ago and it took a long time for my smashburger to arrive. The manager was very understanding about my dissatisfaction and provided me with gift cards to come back. Today I had the surf and turf with ribeye. The ribeye was prepared medium rare as I requested. However the steak was very tough and full of gristle and fat. The shrimp were very good however rather cold. All in all, I enjoyed the meal. I’m going to be honest here. Last nights food was not great. The salmon was dry, the chips were over cooked, and the molten lava cake was also dry. The most disappointing to me was the salmon being dry. For $20 I expect a good quality piece of salmon. Service was a little bit slow at first as we got appetizers and soups before our drinks even came. So a little unorganized it seemed. But I’ve been coming to Chilis for many years now and I will say I was surprised at the lack of quality in the foods I mentioned. Will probably never get the salmon there again which is unfortunate.

GENUINELY the worst place to eat if you are a person of color. I understand that dinner time gets busy, as my friends and I have been in the food industry, but there is NO reason and excuse that our table full of POC should be ”waited” at the table and NOT GET SERVED. We followed the rules of waiting 15 minutes for a table and came when they texted us. When they sat us down, they never came back to check on us and get us our order. we waited about 40 mins TO ALMOST AN HOUR without any waiter to check on us AT ALL. It was obvious we were getting blatantly ignored. there were almost 4 waiters that made eye contact and came near our vicinity and saw that we were ready to order, but didn’t say anything. We didn’t even get a glass of water. Along with this, they were serving customers that came in AFTER WE WERE SAT DOWN. NOT ONLY THAT, the White customers that were already in there were openly racist, stating the n-word twice right behind us - EVEN STATING “we shouldn’t be saying this but oh well.” Is this what your corporation stands for? When we chose to leave for our safety, the same customers POINTED and laughed at us. EVEN after all of that, we chose to leave in silence and without trouble. BUT, as we left, everyone was looking at us weirdly and BEEN looking at us since we came in and sat down. Genuinely the worst sit down restaurant experience we’ve had.

We frequent chilis often and it's honestly my favorite place to eat. Tonight me, my girlfriend and her 5 year old went here for dinner. The table behind us were using very profound language and smoking vapes inside the restaurant. I asked my server if this was allowed and she said absolutely not and they actually made a waitress cry today with how rude they were. I talked to the manager about this and he said he had no idea this was happening. He brought his general manager over and told me the same thing. I witnessed all of this happening yet no one knew about it supposedly. The general manager (who already took care of my bill because he knew what was going on) apologized and said that he can't control adult conversation. Valid. But you can't control the smoking in your restaurant? Or the fact they made your co workers cry? And not to mention this table had little children that were witnessing this as well. I said I would like to pay my bill and it was not necessary to have them pay for it. They then told me they were going to contact the police. Excuse me? Did I do something wrong here? Unreal. Won't be back to this restaurant which we all loved.

When we first got to chilis, we got seated and we then waited for 20 mins without being greeted but then a server came over and greeted us, then they started to bring our food out, but they forgot my chicken bacon ranch quesadilla so they decided to pay for mine and my girlfriends chicken bacon ranch quesadillas which was SUPER nice of them to do because that is 30 dollars for the two in itself, so I left a very generous tip of my total being 31.59 I left a 20 dollar tip for them being sorry and being very compassionate about the situation :) amazing service. Also seemed like they were understaffed on servers so I understand why it took so long to be greeted but will be visiting again in the near future

Me and two of my friends went here recently and the food was quite good. We all agreed that the fries we had were the best we have had from any restaurant. I had the Old Timer with Cheese and it was quite good, the patty was seasoned well and had a slight crunch, the tomatoe and lettuce was fresh, and the fries were crispy. It was an over good experience for $60.

Started out good service was friendly appetizers took a little bit then the food came out i had ordered the steak fajitas and it was cold not luke warm but cold wife ordered the chicken pasta and to see if was going to be remade i hid a noodle under the rice explained to the waitress about the temperature she told me she would have them remake and get it out quickly after our party of 5 got done eating my food finally came out by the manager he sat the plate in front of me and walked away no apologies no compensating the bill after that service turned rude waitress didn't stop to check on our empty drinks i had to get up and go to the bar and to top the cake wife's noodle was still under the rice so they just microwaved to reheat so no explanation on why it took 15 mins to get back to the table. So we attempted a second try appetizers came out same time as food the server actually told us I'll put your food under a heat warmer till your ready, that sounds like McDonald's this was the last straw you had 2 times to get it right and failed miserably Wendy's is right next door and do a better job.

Noah was our server and he was great! Very attentive and he brought our drink refills often. The food was really good too. It had been a while since we ate there. My favorite thing on their menu is the 3 for me. I get this every time because I feel like it is very reasonably priced for the amount of food that you get. I ended up adding the cheesecake for an additional $4. My daughter got the shrimp fajitas. We hadn't eaten much during the day, so we were hungry! I just really love this place! It has perfectly cooked burgers, perfectly cooked buns, and perfect cook fries. I have been to different chillies around wisconsin, and this is as good as the last one. Whenever I go to chillies I know that I'm going to get quality food, made by people that care about my satisfaction. The waiters are always super nice, and always making sure we are very content and happy with our food. When I was there I ordered a bacon cheese burger and it was soooo good! I could tell that they were really trying to cook my burger to perfection.

We received a gift certificate so we thought we would give it a try. Ordered egg rolls as an appetizer, that was good. Ordered 2 fajita meals paid an extra 4$ for one sauge that was editable. Beans that came with the meal was ok, only thing we took home in a box. The shrimp, steak and chicken tasted horrible and had a paste like texture that we did not consume more than a bite. The amount of food we left at the table was sickening and was never questioned about the experience. Will not return, should have just keep driving home and made a bologna sandwich.

I normally come here alot there's this one waitress who just seems like she doesn't like black people or jus has an attitude came one time i seen her asking customers how everything was accept me then today i came she did it again had some Hispanics sitting in front of me and she asked them was everything ok and walked right past me gave me a coke that wasn't filled to the top and moves very slow takes a long time to come back so u can place your order and that's why I would never tip her wears a hat with hair in pony tail manager needs to have a talk with her she needs to be fired not friendly to everyone well at least a black face!
