I ordered the full rack of ribs and had asked for honey chipotle and the server told me that they don’t do that anymore so I just got regular barbecue sauce. Ribs came to me completely dry with no barbecue sauce on but they gave me the sauce on the side. Wouldn’t let me order honey chipotle ribs but gave me my bbq sauce on the side anyways so…. make it make sense??? So then I COULD’VE ordered honey chipotle if you were just gonna give me sauce on the side; why tell me that I couldn’t? SOOOO WEIRD and annoying! 😡😒

This my second time ordering from this location and not being happy with the food. Unfortunately, I received food that was lukewarm, the chicken was stringy and not freshly prepared. It tasted like old grease and my mozzarella was fried with no crunch. I like Chili’s, but this location appears to have staff that doesn’t take pride in what they put out to customers. I will say this is my second experience with Chili’s providing lackluster service, the last time they got my order wrong and it was door dash. $45 down the drain, I’m unsure if I will go back to be disappointed for a 3rd time.

First time trying Chili’s today and It was the worst experience and restaurant i’ve ever been to. Waitress was terrible worst one i’ve experienced. Felt like we were being rushed. Only gave us one straw and I waited to see if someone would come by us to ask for another straw, no one came so I walked over to the bar since I saw straws there. Food all tasted like frozen food you can buy at the store. My fiancé’s steak looked disgusting it was so fatty, the shrimp that came with it was so bland I’ve had frozen shrimp meals better than that, the broccoli that came with it was completely cold. I’m never eating at Chili’s again or recommending it to anyone, not worth $77.

In 2013, I went to Chili's with my husband. I ordered chicken quesadillas. I specifically told them that I was allergic to bacon and anything pork. They then proceeded to give me quesadillas with bacon inside. Recently I once again with some of my friends and order the same thing chicken quesadillas and stated no bacon or pork. What happened? The same thing as last time they put bacon inside of my thing when I specifically told her not to. This is a serious thing that has happened to me twice and shouldn't happen.

I facilitate a takeout order here for my office for lunch about once a month. The food is always good, the orders are well labeled and it's a decent value. The last few times I've gone, I have had to wait for my order to be completed even though it's after the requested pickup time, and we order over an hour in advance. They made 6 of us wait more than an hour for a table. It wasn't packed at all. They could have put 2 tables together. My cousin had to send his steak back 3 times. That was after they switched his and my aunt's surf and turf. Terrible service and a waiter walking by me with a look that I'm in his way as we waited for a table. Tonight my aunt went in there to pick up food. You have to tip somebody if you don't use cash. Why would you tip someone when you pick up your own food? Not going here again.

Usually this joint is my kids go to for any restaurant. But yesterday was wild. We ordered chips n salsa. Had a triple appetizer egg rolls woth mozzarella sticks and sliders that was good and hot.
When it came to the main courses our food was cold and took longer bcuz somebody " took the steak" quote what the manager said off the plate which pushed the rest of the food to come out cold. We actually ended up getting ours to go bcuz it wasnt up to par. The kids mac n cheese and oranges were good but the pizza and the enchilda soup and mex bowl were cold. Chips and salsa are a staple we order when we stop at Chili's. These chips were very greasy and it was a pile of broken bits. Server advised the scoop breaks all the chips up...maybe something to fix.

Restaurant was not super clean and service was very slow.

I don't tend to post negative reviews because we can all have a bad night, but this was the second time we visited and had similar experiences. We hope they improve as it's an easy stop when traveling that way.

That was wishful thinking in my part because after 30 minutes I called and was told my order was ready and that I should’ve received a text. I never received a text. I came inside and the young gentleman was bagging up the chips and salsa I ordered and he told me that there was an employee with the same name as mine and that was why I didn’t get the text.

The chips and salsa were good but not worth the wait. I don’t think I will come back even though the food was good. It’s not worth the time sitting in the parking lot.

I am always disappointed when I go here. I honestly dont know why i keep going back. The last time I got food i did a pick up and the food was cold and the lady had an attitude when my husband told her she forgot something. We ended up here as google told us is it was a wing place, well we walked in and it was not but we still decided to stay. We both ordered the 3 for me option. Everything was amazing! The host was up at the door, with a welcoming smile and ready to seat us. She even got us signed up for the Chilis rewards and we got free chips and salsa! I had the smash burger from the 3 for me and it tasted very similar to a Big Mac from McDonald’s but it was so much better! I got fries and a bowl of soup along with it. Asked for white queso but got skillet queso. Asked for no pico on my quesadillas but got pico. Ice cream on the lava cake must have been freezer burnt because it had literal ice in it. Was not happy that they had a surgery infomercial playing the entire meal, not something I want to watch while I eat. However - everything was still delicious. Server was attentive and kind. The waiting was for a least an hour,and all the time the we were there I was facing the door and I notice people waiting by the door and the young attendance doesn't even look at them like ignoring them. Then when they finally got their attention they decided to leave until the second party ask why was the hold up she just said they didn't have enough staff.I didn't believe that at all also there was a hole section of seats next to us and I thought why they don't open that area but like she said short on staff.This is why some chain restaurants loose their stores bad management 🤔 nothing else and bad employees.
