We've been coming to the Waukesha location for a few months now and the servers are always very pleasant and attentive. The food is always very good and the restraunt is always clean. The one thing that has really impressed us is how the manager not only manages but leads his team. He pitches in where needed and always seems to encourage and praise his team. The food deal was good. Our server was polite and attentive. The pay at your table station was messy.
We asked in the begining if our 2 couples could have seperate checks and the waiter said it's NO PROBLEM because we can do it through the pay system.
It wasn't working, waiter said he'd ask the manager if he could.
The bill he brought was wrong. It was not the "deal" we ordered and it was stressful resolving it.
There is a real opportunity for training, and our experience would have been so much better.

It was a “chili” experience. Walked in waited a couple minutes for a host who seemed to be the manager. He couldn’t finish the job of seating us so he handed it off to the host. The host was the most pleasant/friendly. We waited 10 minutes to walk out. Bartenders were standing around, the dining section was full you could tell the waiter needed help but no one helped him. The manager was no where to be found after he passed off the host to us. There was no team within the workers. We have 2 boys, 2 and 5 years old. Needless to say it's always a challenge to get out of the house, no less get through dinner at a restaurant. Going to Chilli's has become one of our go to restaurants. Great family atmosphere, and food at reasonable prices. This time, our waitress Brooke was fantastic. I never write reviews but just had to after tonight. We had been to this location a couple times in the past and were so turned off by the old management.

We took our young family tonight on a whim and had excellent service. Our server and others were on top of their games. The manager, Miguel, was friendly and checking with everyone that they were satisfied and even arranged a “surprise” for our toddler if she behaved well and ate all her dinner. I was pleasantly surprised by this visit. The dry rub ribs were really good, the chicken crispers were juicy,and the street corn was delicious.
Service was great, from the host and server, right up to the manager who was making the rounds checking with the tables.
Definitely going back. This visit was better in all aspects from my previous visits over the last 20+ years. With a possible exception to the chicken crispers, I really liked the originals!

My server William was awesome. The reason for the 3 star review was for the house margaritas. The first drink was filled with ice to the top. $8.00 for a glass of ice and limited margarita is unacceptable. I asked for less ice for the second drink. The drink came with ice overhanging the top of the glass. I suspect the bartender was offended by my request so it was more like here take that. I mentioned this to my waiter so he returned with a different drink that had no ice or salt and tasted like sweet and sour mix only. Because of this experience I will NEVER order a margarita from Chilis again

I was really excited to eat at chili's because I have never eaten there before in my life.
I immediately told the waitress that I'm gluten-free and I am allergic and cannot have gluten because I have Celiac disease.
I looked up the gluten-free menu online. I noticed that the Santa Fe burger was on the gluten-free menu. I got the Santa Fe burger without the bun.
Our waitress asked me if I wanted fries I said sure. The food came out very fast.
Everything was delicious. Too delicious. The fries suspiciously tasted way too good though. (Which is a red flag when you have celiac disease because gluten-free food tastes like cardboard. Lol)
The fries felt like and tasted like they were baked in an oven but 2 hours later I immediately started having fatique out if nowhere, severe abdominal cramps and right now I am in the fetal position on my bed after I've already gone to the bathroom 3 separate times experiencing fatigue, severe abdominal cramps and constantly going to the bathroom every time I lay down to rest in pain for 5 minutes.
Gluten allergies are very severe for certain people and they need to be taken seriously. This is going to mess up my whole work week. When a person with celiac disease is exposed to gluten it doesn't just cause abdominal cramps or diarrhea or vomiting or fatigue or migraine headaches or skin rashes there are certain people that when they are exposed to gluten it actually causes schizophrenic symptoms like anxiety or depression, or hallucinations. Which can lead to a mental health crisis. I really wish that someone would have told me that the fries were cross contaminated with whatever they were cross contaminated with or if they were made in a fryer so I could have avoided them
I was very vocal about my gluten allergy. *Gluten allergies should be treated like any other allergy not just shrugged off as "no big deal" because if this would have been treated like peanut allergy, there is a possibility I could be dead.*
I do not recommend eating the fries if you are someone that has Celiac disease do not eat the fries. They are most likely fried in a fryer with other bread items. 🚫
I was really looking forward to giving a 5 star review because my overall experience there was great until I got home and realized that I had been gluten-ed 2 hours later.
So I'm sorry that I even have to put this review out there but I need to warn other people that have Celiac disease to not eat the fries. Because I wouldn't wish what I'm experiencing right now on my own worst enemy. 😔💯💔

We haven't been here in a couple of years because our last experience was not too par. Tonight, we were so impressed! We walked in, and it was so clean. The team members were very friendly. Our server Lex greeted our table in a timely manner and in a gracious manner. Our Presidente margaritas were brought to the table quickly. Lex's provided wonderful service and asked questions to make sure she was clear on our requests and the order was correct. She always had a smile on her face every time she checked on our table. We noticed how clean the bathrooms were and noticed the team members sweeping and wiping down the seats in booths. Very detailed. Our food runner, Jack, was also polite and gracious and announced each dish. Very professional and impressive. Our food was delicious. We ordered the house BBQ wings and chicken quesadilla, and our dishes were tasty and warm. We asked for the manager on duty. We wanted to share with Miguel our experience. He, too, was gracious. We had a nice chat. We ended our night with the cheesecake, full bellies, and a wonderful experience. We will be back!

Been here at the Waukesha Sunset Dr. location many times and the previous management was a deal breaker, we recently started going back on occasion and it’s under new management and appears to be team rather than a grumpy insensitive manager speaking down to the employees, today we went there prior to going to Target directly behind the restaurant. Upon entering everything seemed to be the normal for the last two visits, it wasn’t long until our server Kevin greeted us for drinks. Kevin returned very promptly with drinks and asked if we were ready to order or ready for an appetizer, we placed our orders and very soon we had our chips and salsa and the drinks were going down fast. Once again Kevin to the rescue and was back getting us refills on drinks and making sure we were always full of liquid refreshment along with the replenishment of chips and salsa.

Not long after the meal arrived, and Kevin again running for more drink refills. I must admit that when we do go out to eat we are regularly having the wait staff running consistently for drink refills as we are all soda lovers and love to gulp it down. However this appeared to be no challenge for Kevin along with routinely returning with a smile and what else can I do attitude, in todays world of restaurants short on help and constant turn over for employment this type of attitude and customer dedication is a rare find. Chili’s will always be Chili’s but the people employed at the facility can make the visit spectacular and we witnessed nothing short of that today. We will be going back soon and we will be looking for Kevin to hopefully still be there and serve us again. Great job Kevin and hopefully all appreciate your hard work.

We went last weekend, on Saturday, the 18th and I do believe our server's name was Emilee. She was so awesome! Kept checking on us, our drinks never got empty, she was so informative about the menu and we just really enjoyed having her as our server. We went right around noon so we was expecting it to be a little busy but we got seated right away. Definitely would recommend this location. We will be back for sure!

Been to other Chilis restaurants. First time at this location.

Got greeted and seated right away. And everyone was smiling!

Got terrific service the entire time. Got our waters, our server gave us help and time to place our orders. Quickly got our chips and salsa. And was especially personable. Thanks Kevin!

My friend got the Quesadilla Explosion Salad. Im watching my calories and got the Salad with Chicken. Both were good portions, fresh ingredients, and good flavors.

Which brings me to my only complaint (about Chilis in general). Not a lot of choices if you're someone looking for lower calorie (and flavorful) choices. I always ask for my dressings and sauces on the side. Just wish they had the healthier options. Perhaps just several more different fresh vegetable salads.

My husband and I went here this afternoon after church and had a wonderful experience. We were seated in less than five minutes, and our server, Casey, was amazing—very attentive and friendly. After ordering, we had our food at our table in about ten minutes, which, being pregnant, I greatly appreciated.

The food was absolutely delicious, and I don’t know why I haven’t been before! I got the Chicken Crispers with fries and a side of mac and cheese. The chicken came with a choice of dipping sauces, and the buffalo was amazing. The mac and cheese was also very good and was not the boxed Kraft variety. Honestly, I could have ordered a whole bowl of the mac and cheese and been perfectly happy—it was so good!

I also appreciate how clean the restaurant was; I didn’t see a single crumb on the floor. I will definitely be going back!

I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and got a grilled one, The server never came back so I tried to eat it and and it was very terrible. The guacamole that was on it, I tasted rancid. The soup was so salty that I had to pour some of my water in it to dilute it.

Just popped in for a quick dinner after the movies, our guy Casey was phenomenal, he go to chilis often so we usually know what we want right away, he was prepared and our food took less than 15 mins after sit down, with drinks coming in about 5-6 mins before that. With that said my wife and I weren’t as happy as typical. Most of the employees here bust their ass and it’s easy to be seen, clean tables, seating area etc. all nice and friendly, however management needs a word spoken to them, I believe they wore the blue shirts? Anyway they didn’t hardly leave the front host desk and if they did it was to step closer to the bar and watch the game. I enjoy football as much as the next guy, but find another spot to stand instead directly next to a table of customers. I enjoy the atmosphere here but not the cheering, pay attention to your employees not the game. Our server did plenty of table touches, and boss came through immediately after while my mouth was still full then proceeded to cheer after leaving. Not the vibe. Please focus more on your jobs and your peoples rather than whose winning

I really don't have any feedback, good or bad. I only gave 3 stars for our experience though, because we waited about 10 minutes for someone to seat us, but I had to seek someone for help. Word for the wise, they have 2 doors you can enter. Neither one indicates it's the main entrance. Apparel we went in through the carryout door. There was a hostess stand right inside this door, so there was no way to know it wasn't the "main" door.

Our server was attentive, maybe too much. But he was the most clean appearing person. When i eat out, I worry about my food being handled by people who don't care about their own appearance. If they don't care and how they present themselves, i worry about them also not caring about how my food is presented, worse yet, prepared.

Placed a take-out order online. Chili’s provides a pickup window and a text message setup to let you know when to come in and grab your food - sounds great.

1. Food was finally ready 35 minutes after the pick up window. If they are busy they should just allow themselves more time - they choose the time.

2. Food was cold, two orders were incorrect, and one item was missing. I shouldn’t have to unpack everything in the store to make sure items aren’t missing or incorrect.

We used to eat here often, but it is tough with how frequently it is a let down, especially when it’s more expensive than its ever been.

Love the variety of food on the menu. Maybe it was an off evening but they seemed very short staffed and our server was totally overwhelmed with a full bar section of tables by himself. Took forever to get our food after our chips and salsa appetizer. Impossible to get drink refills and sauces or a check so we paid via the kiosk so we could go. I felt sorry for our server and not once did I see a manager.

Food is quite good. But one person getting fajitas and a soda shouldnt be a $35 meal. I didnt realize the price had gone up so much. It is too much! I am eating at home more often as things have become nutty. Honestly, I always came specifically for fajitas, now it is cost prohibitive and I likely wont be coming back.
