ate here with my family during a road trip and for price the food is pretty good. Dinner on a Friday night was $15.98 per head for buffet. The options and slightly limited, however all was yummy. Warm food is kept warm, cold food is cold, there is ice cream and desert option, different kinds of rice and meat to choose from. The soups were a hit for my parents, they loved it. None of the food was too salty, and we were served/sat immediately with drink orders taken. Atmosphere is a bit quiet besides noise of kitchen, and other guests, but very calm non-hectic place to have a nice dinner, affordable dinner. We will be leaving here happy and full

This is one of my favorite buffet place in Tomah, Wis. I have been coming here for past 7 years. Im here on my annual trip for Cranberry Festival and this is a must for me and my sister. Fresh and tasty food ! Love the light dessert here as well. The owner is a sweetheart. Next time I will post pictures of the food.

China buffet, like most eat out places is getting a little expensive, but this place is worth it.
The attentiveness of the staff is second to none. My glass was still half full of water and they came to ask if I wanted it topped off.
I especially enjoy the egg drop soup and general tso chicken comes in a very close second.
I had my fill of delicious vegetables, cucumbers and broccoli All served in their own sauce which was delectable...*chefs kiss.

I had the egg rolls with sweet and sour sauce and also some noodle dishes which were also completely satisfying.... There were these thin white noodles, and then some thick noodles with some kind of brown sauce and vegetables.... Just a little soy sauce and I found myself overeating.

Hi generally don't tip at buffets because the help pays no attention to you except for cleaning up your empty plates.... This place, as I said before the servers were attentive so I tipped 25% tonight. It was an enjoyable experience not only from the servers but the food was phenomenal.

The food is okay. The service was great, the ladies were very friendly and quick with drink refills.
The egg drop soup was good, but the crunchies for it were stale which in-turn gave the soup a stale flavor. The chicken broccoli was good and the broccoli was cooked perfectly. The mei-fun and lo-mein were really good. Fried rice was subpar and lacked flavor but a bit of salt made it better. The General was overcooked a bit and hard on the teeth. Their orange cake was really good and probably my favorite part of the whole experience. Jello was jello-ing and delicious.
We went for lunch and had a great time. They then started putting out more items which included fried shrimp and other crab dishes. We thought it was just them putting out variety as they clearly state on their sign outside that they have 50 options to choose from. Little did we know, the fried shrimp was a “dinner” item and we were then told we needed to pay for dinner as well on top of what we paid for lunch. No one told us about dinner items being put out nor were there signs. The waitress just grabbed our ticket and said she was going to charge us for dinner too.
Safety tip: the fried shrimp are fried with shell-on so those with small children please be aware of this as it is a possible choking hazard. Overall, it is an okay place to stop at but there are other options available in the area.

I went there for there Christmas Day buffet. I was not disappointed. I was met by my server right away. She sat me down with a drink. And away I went. They had every option I was looking for and more. I had plenty of good things to eat. The server was always clearing the plates. She was always refilling my drink. In her down time. She was sweeping the floors and wiping down tables. It seems very clean. The server and staff were very friendly. I would highly recommend eating here. Everything was very good. It was a Christmas Day experience.

We gave this place a second chance, but it backfires on us. They tried hiding uncleaned (poop) shrimp under the batter. 🤮. And the beef teriyaki tasted anything but beef.

I almost didn't come here because it had a 3.8 rating, but I'm glad I did. This place should be rated higher than that. For the price I feel like the food is great, exactly what I expected for a Chinese buffet! It has all the classics (general Tao's, pepper chicken, etc), salad bar, seafood. I tried a pretty wide variety of things and thought the flavor and quality was really good. They also had large scoopable ice cream (chocolate, strawberry, cookies and cream, and mint chip) which were also fairly high quality as well. The service was super fast (even at prime dinner time) and everyone was friendly! This place deserves a higher rating, around 4.5! :)

We have been eating here for many years now and have always thought the food has been very good. Always a nice selection and the staff are always polite. However we stopped in today for lunch and was not impressed with many of the selections - something seemed off. One dish in particular was the chicken and mushrooms. There was very little chicken and the sauce apppeared to be a oily, watery base instead of the usual savory sauce previously served. Also the steamed fish had a very dry exterior that was difficult to cut as compared to the previous moist flavorful fish served on our last visit about a month ago. We'll try again in the near future and hopefully it will have improved.
