Chinatown is not only cost effective, they have excellent customer service, speedy and courteous delivery service, the food is fresh and made to order. Chinatown is absolutely delicious and worth it! I ordered food for the first and last time from this restaurant. The food was horrible. I ordered a large order of shrimp fried rice, order of egg foo yung and egg rolls. The rice was flavorless and had a stale, strange taste. The egg foo yung was large, flavorless and wasn't good. The egg roll was flavorless, greasy and not good. We threw it in the trash. Don't waste your time or money ordering from this restaurant. If I could, I wouldn't give them any stars.

I spend a great deal of time placing an order online. I took the time to add everyone's name to their order. I even got a text message to confirm my order. When we got there, they couldn't find our order. There was no name on any orders. I ordered vegetable egg foo yung. The gravy was in a separate container. It did not look or smell right. I do not eat meat, and this smelled like it was made with pork juice. I ended up eating it without gravy. I ordered fried dumplings, they were streamed. We will never go back there again. We spend over $120 on this order and it was definitely not worth it.

Ordered chicken wings and jumbo shrimp fried rice.the chicken was dark and tasted like old cooking oil.the fried rice was Old and they threw shrimp in the rice.the shrimp had no saute they were just plain look like they threw them in right out the bag. Went here Saturday night after 6pm. We were the only ones dining in but alot of people were coming in and out for take out. People here are super friendly. Nice dining atmosphere. General tso chicken here is delicious as well as the crab rangoon. Will definitely come back!

I made the above review a couple of years ago!! I recently came back here because Yayas has been not being good lately and dried out food. I’ve been eating back here for a month now and today will be my 4th time going!! The beef fried rice and orange chicken are my favorite. Egg rolls are good as well. Only thing I wish were better were the crab Rangoon but I’m just happy I found a place in the Milwaukee area that has a saucy orange chicken. A lot of the surrounding areas make it with barely any sauce!

Chinese food is my absolute favorite and I love to try all different Chinese restaurants especially in many different states. Out of the over 50+ Chinese restaurants I’ve tried, this has to be the WORST Chinese food I’ve ever had. The lo mein was a very dark brown color and had a strange gasoline-like smell and was inedible. The bbq pork tasted weird and had a chewy texture. The egg rolls were very dark (not burnt) and tasted strange as well. The seafood had a foul smell. Im assuming the oil hasn’t been changed. Everything we tasted, we couldn’t continue eating because it either tasted weird or just plain disgusting. I’m so disappointed since the previous reviews were good. Our food looked nothing like the food on the reviews. Assuming quality has gone down. 70 dollars wasted.

I use to Love the food at Chinatown but today it was awful. The veggie egg rolls, chicken wings had a bad taste to it. The egg rolls was soggy and smashed and the vegetables inside it taste so old. The chicken wings had a funny taste we threw them out even my 12 yr old didn’t like them. The shrimp and broccoli was ok at first then it start tasting old and the broccoli was too soft. Will never ever order there again.

They have the best egg rolls I have ever had. The service is wonderful and I over all enjoy the food. The only item I don't really care for is the chicken can't really explain why I think in comparing them to some I have had from another place and I enjoy theirs more, but the rice is so good and I really can't say enough about their egg rolls me and my children love them so much. My youngest are two yrs old twins and when I say they won't even let them cool off before they eat them, because they are so good. I have to order like ten whenever we eat here , because we all love them so much. Please if you get the chance to eat here have the egg rolls doesn't matter what kind you order they are all wonderful so very flavorful. You can taste all the ingredients in them with each but. 10 out of 10 with the egg rolls.

Nastiest Chinese food I’ve tasted in years the chicken came in big pieces so I threw them out thinking I didn’t want to eat them and didn’t have to since the special combo usually comes with 2 pieces of the nasty rat meat nd then the little sweet and sour chicken is what I got nd they gave me a big thing of sour sauce I’m thinking it was chicken in there but after I threw the chicken out I realized that was the sweet nd sour chicken nd the sour sauce taste like dog when I poured it on my rice

My friend ordered Sesame Chicken and I chose Sweet & Sour Chicken. In addition, we ordered some Chicken Egg Rolls. There were some things that were quite dissatisfying.

The sweet and sour sauce comes first... Basically, it was a veggie soup. It's quite watered down and, to be honest, just horrible. It didn't taste like any other sweet and sour sauce I'd ever tried in a Chinese restaurant before. Then there's the issue with the chicken, which wasn't sliced into small enough pieces to dip in the sauce... They were the size of whole chicken breasts that had to be cut into pieces. I forced a lot of it down because I paid a pretty penny for it, but I couldn't finish it. It was so terrible.

My friend said the Sesame Chicken also wasn't great. And let's just say he didn't phrase it in those exact words.

As for the egg rolls... They tasted off, almost like old medicine I used to have as a kid. Wouldn't recommend those.

However, some positives...

I will say the fortune cookies were good. Those are hard to mess up.

The owners and restaurant staff were very polite and accommodating throughout the whole ordering and pick-up process. I wish them the best of luck with their business.
