Christmas Mountain Village is a beautiful space with top-tier customer service. They have a text message system that allows you to text your room needs and they deliver. After that delivery, someone sends a text to confirm that your items are received..The exterior grounds are beautifully manicured with an abundance of beautiful flowers and trees.

We are owners but were visiting here for the first time. Very pleased with pool and spa (hot tub) and they have dry sauna too. Wife says the spa was “best ever”! I say it is very powerful and like a massage gun on your back.
We asked for 2 items (coffee filters and conditioner) from the resort staff and both times they delivered to our cabin in less than 5 minutes.

Getting here is a mess. It’s complicated. The rooms are decent, but need some touch up. The service is kinda bad. They take forever to bring things, and then when they do deliver things to the room, it’s not correct. I don’t enjoy the hills and all the sharp turns all over the resort.

First the good. Tiffany "customer service by text person" was phenomenal on quick and helpful responses. Checkin lady was great. And Juwon williams was very friendly , knowledgable and helpful.

The negative was Juwons supervisor rudely taking over the conversation with us. If he just partnered in with conversation would be fine. But to talk over him n take over the conversation was wrong and disrespectful to Juwon. If he wasn't the supervisor, but a co-worker it was even more wrong.

The rooms are ok. Nothing special. But you do have your own cabin not just a room.

This place would be great if it weren't infested with Asian beetles. Minor issues were the soap dispensers in the bathroom were empty, there should be more seating in the bedrooms, a counter chair was a safety hazard and almost broke. The pool was great, mini golf was nice, and the service was decent for towels and extra toilet paper.

Our cabin was connected to another unit and when we called the front dest to give a noise complaint about the other unit, we were told it's quite hours. So they couldn't knock or notify the other unit of a noise complaint. But then proceeded to knock at our unit right after.

We stayed 4 night in the log homes. We did a ski lesson on Saturday for our 3 kids. Mike was amazing, highly recommend getting your lesson from Mike. He has a wealth of experience and knowledge. Very patient and didn't make any one feel rushed.

Today, my wife & our 4 kids, her brother & his 4 kids, plus our friends and their kids. Total people that attended in our group today 8-12 kids (5-7 adults)
An experience that NO CHILD OR ADULT should ever experience!
Tubing at this resort is UNSAFE with EMPLOYEES that do not speak English are employed.
Today, my wife, Family/Friends had to help a women who tubed down the lane with no expectation that there is no one on top of the mountain or bottom, to direct other riders when they can safely take their turn.
Because of this, people out of excitement took their turn not realizing that at the bottom of the run the person is still in that lane.
My family and friends had to experience the sight of that women get completely wiped out by other rider. When her legs got taken out from underneath her, she backfilled and landed on her head, neck of which it cause a 1.5/2min seizure.
Her eyes rolled back and two people had to hold her down till she got out of it. When they yelled for help, the employees looked but no reaction as they did not understand the calm for help.
No ski patrol, ho help. My wife walked up to this women to recommend professional medical advice as that his her profession.
Our prayers go out to this women and hope she has no further complications from this incident that could have been avoided very easily with a little bit of training and minimum requirements.

When we checked in, we told the sales guy we did not want a meeting. He continued to tell me why we should. Intold him again I didn't want one and I already did one before, that we are happy with what we had. He got rude and said "you don't have to be short with me" and then continued on with why we should have a meeting. Once we got checked in, we found out that the snow tubing was also broken. The water slide at the indoor park was never open. And then after having our ESD for 5 days, we got a nasty call from the front desk saying we were being charged $300, even though we have been here before with him and offered to give the front desk the paperwork. Instead they came knocking on our door at 9pm demanding we leave. The lady was so disrespectful You have lost our business. We have been here almost every year and its never been an issue. On top of that, you're charging people $30 a day on top of all the other fees we already pay. We will go elsewhere where there is more respect - one person I can understand, but multiple people? Never again.

Dead battery in front doir lock, pool and hot tub unoperational, neighbors stole chairs off our porch and we were told there none for replacement. Pretty clean and nice area but I don’t recommend this as a vacation spot if you want to relax!! Not a good experience. The issues were all addressed but who wants to address issues all day when on vacation?? Not impressed with Bluegreen so far. This was my birthday weekend. I expected more but i’m finding substandard amenities and vacations outside of bluegreen have been flawless. I’d recommend spending my money elsewhere.

The presentation was full of lies about the ownership as we knew many details. Cozy, peaceful, and relaxing; that is how we are going to describe our one week stay in the Timbers. We did enjoy snowboarding and skiing and thankfully the weather permits us to experience those things. Staffs in the equipment rental are very understanding, and helpful. Our friend had a small accident and the first-aid responders are fast, and extremely kind to the point that what happened became so light for everyone. We enjoyed some clubhouse activities too like the ping-pong and the air hockey. Overall, it was a really nice place and experience, and it really did felt like home away from home.

The golf course continues to improve and is in the best shape it has ever been. The greens are the best in the area. I can only hope that Bluegreen hang onto Greg, the superintendent and Jacob, Pro Shop manager. What they and their team have done is incredible. Keep it up guys!

The cottage we stayed in was nice and clean. The staff is very friendly. Overall, my kids had a great time. However, the indoor pool needs repairs and updating. The slide has been "out of order" since the last time we were here 2 years ago. My swim suit looked like I swam in bleach after I was in the hot tub. Staff was very concerned and friendly when taking my complaint, but were unable to do anything to compensate me because "levels were normal" that day. However, the hot tub was drained and marked out of order the day after my complaint was made. The pond also looks scummy and paddle boats were unavailable to use. This definitely isn't the worst place you could stay, but facilities are in need of maintenance and updating. Additional dining options and a larger convenience store would be nice too.

To sum it all up: Frustrating. Came here for snow tubing with my partner and friend. We waited a half hour to purchase tickets. That was fine. Waited another hour for the tubing session to start. That was fine. What really bothered me was once our session started the line for the lift was very long so we instead walked up to the top. For some reason only two of the lanes were open, making the line to go down the hill extremely long and slow moving. It was to the point where I only was able to go down the hill twice in an hour. Luckily for us I think enough people got so frustrated and left that the line finally died down and we were able to get a few more runs in. Overall, we made the best of it and had fun but I felt like it wasn’t worth the cost, hassle and time. Spend your money/ time doing something worth it.

We took our daughter here seven years old to learn how to ski. I was disappointed that they had took away the bunny hill to make more money and put tubing there. Once again looking for ways to make more money. I really wish my daughter had been able to try out a bunny hill before she went on the chairlift good thing she’s is very brave because she was able to do the chairlift after only a few slides down the mini hill next to the chalet. None of the chairs outside were shoveled off or tables. The stairs going up to the restaurant were not shoveled and icey big safety no no. I guess these people don’t care about getting sued. We will not be back.

Horrible. Ordered 4 lift tickets for snowboarding and needed rental kits. Got the tickets 2 months in advance and when I arrived with my siblings we were told to wait for rentals. No big deal. Waited 2 hours and decided to tell the staff I wanted my money back. I wasn't mad about waiting. What I'm mad about is I told them I wanted my money back and they said they would call me. No call back. No email. I called their customer service and the lady I spoke to was rude. They didn't have a manager on that day and they said they would call me. Still nothing. Waited in line for over an hour and a half just to sign in and get ski equipment. Many of the staff not very informative or seeming to really care. Stayed at Mt.Olympus to get free ski lift only they did not give us correct passes. So not this places fault but thankfully our cashier let us know we could get the passes and come back the next day to get a refund for what we over paid. While the other cashier never mentioned this to our other group and they knew nothing of a refund after they explained about passes too. Hills are short and not that great. We went for about 3 hours and that was enough for our group. We will NOT be returning back here.

It took over 2 hours to get equipment while there were employees just standing around the area. They were not friendly at all. One employee was outright rude. This is a beautiful resort about 3 miles outside of the Dells. Its in a serene country setting surrounded by rolling hills. The golf course is beautiful. In the winter there is tubing and skiing. If you're a BlueGreen Member the lift tickets are inexpensive. If you like, you can drive into town to enjoy the sightseeing tours or take part in the action offered on the parkway like the water parks and ziplining.

Stay away from the ski slopes. The one lift is staffed by uninterested, distant, and mostly non-english speaking kids. Super long lines to pay, no ski poles, no shoe lockers. Do yourself a favor and travel the 20 minutes to Cascade for quality lifts and nice staff.
