Went there when my husband over shot the drive in to another restaurant to turn around, decided to stay, been many,many years since we had been there. Was so pleasantly surprised on how wonderful the food was, how excellent Jason the server was, which is rare these days and just overall a wonderful, dinner. Will make this a place that we will go to more often! Prices are comparable to other restaurants that have half the service.

We came in a large group of 10 from our Kwik Trip training. Everyone was super accommodating with our last minute group request and was able to get us in within 45 minutes of my phone call. Our server Nick was also PHENOMENAL. He was very personable and accommodating. He was able to keep up with all of our needs and questions with us being first time eaters. If you happen to come by with him as your server, you are in for an absolute treat! There was a lady that helped carry trays out that was also lovely, unfortunately I did not catch her name, but she was wearing a gorgeous blouse. Being new to this area I DEFINITELY would recommend stopping. P.S. the Italian nachos are to DIE for, but maybe plan to share with someone.

This was the first time here and my last time. I thought this place was a fine dining establishment. The food is very low quality. I ordered the shrimp linguine and the shrimp was salad shrimp the size of a quarter and the asparagus that was in the dish was the ends only and the smallest asparagus I've ever seen in my life. It looked like green spaghetti. The sauce was very bland. My boyfriend ordered the sirlion steak cooked medium and it came out rare. He said the steak had no flavor. The dressing on the house salad had a sour taste. He didn't eat it. The stuffed mushrooms were ok but nothing like the ones I make. Our bill for 2 people was $78 plus a $20 tip. We will never eat here again. Over priced garbage. Next time we will go to Olive Garden and pay half the price for better quality food.

Great place if you want a relaxing experience and great food. I wanted to get away from Sparta and have some Italian food. Upon arrival, my party was greeted by an awesome hostess who seated us immediately. Once we were seated, the best waitress I had in a while took our order. Kyra was great, very attentive, but not too attentive, if that makes sense. We were able to enjoy our meal, which was also fresh and hot. We do not have to worry about or ask for ANYTHING. When were the friend for dinner. Our server was outstanding and very helpful. I started out with a glass of Pinot grigio which was good but not special. Then I ordered an appetizer of toasted ravioli. The server said it was breaded. I never heard of breaded toasted ravioli only ravioli that was toasted in a skillet. It was okay but the sauce for it was fantastic! Got the house salad which was very good and then the manicotti and had it spicy with some additional red pepper flakes. Huge serving! And flavor was very good. Got a glass of the Josh Cabernet that had a little bit of tannin and balanced sweet. My friend got the ravioli that he wasn't too impressed with. I will definitely return.

Ciatti's is not what I would call a fancy place but it's very nice. It's "take your prom date to dinner fancy" but your dad can still wear his shorts and golfing polo without causing a ruckus.

I'm grateful the food here is very good because they're really the only Italian option around unless you want Olive garden or fazoli's.

From start to finish, our dinner at Ciatti’s was genuinely outstanding. The moment we sat down, we knew we were in for something special—largely thanks to our server, Katie, who was amazing. She was warm, incredibly attentive, and truly went above and beyond to make sure our whole table was happy. Not only did she check in frequently (without being overbearing), but she also happily accommodated all of our requests—including swapping the meats in our entrees for seafood without hesitation. That level of flexibility and service is rare.

We started with the fried ravioli, which was crispy, flavorful, and the perfect start to the meal. For entrees, our group ordered the mostaccioli, fettuccine, capellini, and cashew-crusted salmon—all customized with seafood, and every dish hit the mark. The pasta was rich and comforting, and the salmon was cooked to perfection.

Dessert was a strong finish—don’t skip it. The raspberry white chocolate cheesecake was indulgent and smooth, while the tiramisu was classic and well-balanced.

I can't say enough good things about this restaurant! We started with bruchetta. We both really liked it. I limited myself to one piece because I needed to be sure I had room for the rest of the food. I also ate 1/2 of a bread stick. Those were also quite good. The salads were bigger with more toppings than expected. I am definitely a salad person. I was very pleased with the mix of lettuces they used. For my main course, I had the seafood pasta dish. It was so good. I mean like: I can't remember the last time I had such an excellent, perfectly cooked meal. My husband commented on the richness. I wouldn't want to eat it every day but I can't wait to have it again! The serving size of our meals was quite generous. We both brought home 1/2 of our entree. Oh! I also had a martini that was really good as well. I wish I could remember what was in it! I think it was crown, peach, and raspberry. It was perfect with my meal. As I said, I can't wait to go again!!!

So I rarely take the time to review but in this case I am so shocked by all the positively. The restaurant itself is very pleasant and the service was terrific but it was somewhat dead at 7:00 pm on a Sunday. The music was so loud and when we asked the bartender in the empty bar if she could lower it she said it is pre-set so she can’t even though people complain. The food was really sub par. The house salad was tasteless and the bread sticks were hard and salty. Speaking of salt, the meatballs were so salty I could barely eat them. The Caesar was anemic and the chicken Marsala was white from all the cream and just so so. Would have preferred Olive Garden. Sorry

My wife and I stopped here for lunch on a Saturday, early afternoon when the restaurant had a half dozen tables in use.

The service was absolutely horrible.

Server was a middle aged woman, dark hair, glasses and definitely needs to find a new line of work.

Best of luck and I am sure that our business and the business that I would generate will not affect your bottom line.

My children and I went for lunch and thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere the staff was very friendly and inviting. Or waitress didn't tend to our table till 25 min of us waiting with out water our drink order. The only reason I chose to stay was because of her kind nature and sweet apology for the wait.

I had the lunch spaghetti with meat balls and was slightly confused if the sauce was homemade or from can . When I tried one of the meat balls I instantly knew it was low quality meat. Almost had the consistency of frozen meatballs people use in appetizers. The flavor was still lacking in regards to a Italian meat ball

We requested bread and oil before our food but no cheese was presented for the oil or bread.

My children asked for plain noodles with Parmesan and when their dishes arrived they were naked noodle and waited have us cheese on top but no cheese left on the table.

Seafood Cannelloni had a big glob of bread crumbs in it. When I asked if it was supposed to be in there, I was told it was imitation crab meat. It was about a quarter cup of soggy bread crumbs! Very poor service. Waitress was clueless. She brought the wrong food out to two of the children. Both plates were brought back. One of the plates returned was still wrong and had to be brought back again. By tike the children got their food everyone else at the table of 10 had eaten their food. One of the people at the table expressed how the children's food should be taken off the bill. She said she'd speak to the manager. (Manager never came to the table at all to address the situation, she stood at the bar talking) When everyone was done the waitress brought the bills. It was not split the way she was asked to do it. The messed up food was still on the bill. We then asked for the manager to come to the table. 10 minutes later the manager shows up. She explains that she didn't take the food off of the bills because shrimp is too expensive. She said she just took an appetizer off the bills(they split the apps between all tickets even though we specified who had what🤦‍♀️ also added more marinara than we ordered) Manager didn't apologize until she came out 20 minutes after they went to adjust our bills(the bills we all had to adjust on our own. Not during this fiasco. We had to write what each of us had on the back of our reciepts) There is more to the list of things that went wrong with the service but I'm pretty sure I've said enough already. Not the way I had hoped to spend my sister's birthday dinner.

Watch the servers my bill was about 8.50 and I paid with a 20 dollar bill. The server never came back with my changes. And when i got my changes the server only gave me 8.50 back. This person help themself to a tip which I did not offer nor the restaurant. This restaurant how I see it is hiring thiefs. Were offered seating in the bar, but that was first-come, and many of the people waiting in the lobby were super aggressive about taking seats the second they might open; we didn't feel like fighting for our dinner. Finally got seated, service was slow to arrive and a little strange. The food was quite good. This place is obviously popular but I wasn't impressed with its approach to service, especially for the price point and apparent market positioning.

Great place Great food and 10* for the server's. Spent over $100 for my wife and I.. But we had the stakes "COOKED PERFECT" With all the toppings and some drinks.."adult drinks" well worth the price

Some of the best Italian in the area. The lasagna was perfect. Fettuccini with Chicken is great as well. Excellent service. Love the atmosphere.
