Closed the door 3 minutes too early and would not allow me to use the bathroom. This was completely heartless. I guess she doesn't understand how difficult it is living on the road. Also it says here you close at 10:30 so I thought I had over a half hour before they closed.
Edit : she saw me walking to the store, she was happy to close early knowing someone was walking over.

excellent place to stop. lots of open parking. multiple food choices including Arby's and cheaters as well as cold sandwiches and a lot of different choices for healthy snacks. the showers are great. super clean and amazing water pressure and only $11 which includes for quarters to start the water. truck and food grade tank wash right next door

Truck Diesel Island was a pain as a bunch of the pumps screens would not light up on the fleet card side. However, the professional driver area is nice! It has laundry, arcade with slots, a driver lounge and 3 showers ($11)! They give you a dollars worth of quarts you have to put in to start the shower water, it will run for 20 minutes, but if you need more time you can add more quarters at your own expense.

Went in for shower. Was told co worker cleaning showers. 30 mins later I walk back to showers. No one cleaning. I went back up front and when I asked about when will there be a clean shower I was told it didn’t matter cause they have no towels. After working all day the one thing I wanted was a shower and they just hang out and not do their job. Last time I come here.

Small parking, close too early and open too late to get morning coffee, food was worse than terrible.. got 3 piece dinner and they were out of biscuits.. chicken was extremely dry, potatoes wedges were hard as a rock and inedible.. bring ur own food and toilet... sad to call this a truck stop!

Small parking lot. Showers are $11 and they give you 4 quarters back. Those are used for their hot water pay box. You get 20 minutes of hot water. As if we don't get reamed enough. When truck stops have signs saying they appreciate drivers and i see this, I'm good on coming back here. I'll spend my money somewhere else.

No fluid to wash windows at fuel pumps. Went to pay for fuel and get a church's chicken sandwich and they decided not to make any that day, even though they have advertisement everywhere for them. No soda fountain because it was broken and cappuccino machine also. But we could get one free cup of coffee, only one, even though there was two of us. To be fair we only bought over two hundred gallons of fuel. Food we did buy we found ourselves 20 miles up the road sick on the side of the road. What a mistake stopping there!!!!

Walked in at 930pm friday night, everything was shut down inside except Arby's. Got Arby's and when i tried to walk back to my truck the doors were all chained shut and i had to beg to be let out. It was 940pm they were open till 10pm lmao go to the citgo in waupaun exit 144 20 miles north, open 24 hours and great store, this place won't be here much longer.

Friendly staff, helpful, and kind staff.. Shows $11 with coin operation. Washer $2, dryer $3.25. Arby's, and Chester's chicken Mon to Friday for the chicken. Cold selection of food and good selection of beers and liquor. Parking but a small lot so come early. Hours 430am to 10 pm.

Men's restroom closed for cleaning (again) and when I asked to use the employee toilet (which they've opened for Customers in the past) I was told, "No, you'll have to wait."

I drive by this location multiple times a week. Don't expect my business for a while. This never happens at the Waupun Citgo, which is 20 minutes north.

Don't stop here if you need a stall in the restroom. Both available stalls did not lock and could bounce open if someone used an adjacent stall, the one I used had a hyper sensitive flush sensor, which then lead to me (and the toilet and walls) being sprayed 4 times before I was done due to the toilet spraying out. I would say restroom use should come with a free shower and laundry to clean up after, but other reviews sound like it wouldn't be much of an improvement.

Stopped at lunchtime on a Friday. I chose the 2 piece fish meal, with loaded potatoes, carrots, bread roll and a small pasta salad. Under 10 bucks and a really good meal. Truck parking is good and clean. Overall a pretty good place to stop. The store is well stocked...large selection of doughnuts. I would happily stop here again when i'm back in the area.

I had a family member go into the BP store. No one was wearing a mask, not even the clerks. No sign on the door to wear a mask. I am disgusted at this lack of care for customers, truckdrivers, and those they come in contact with. COVID-19 precautions need to be taken seriously!

The staff makes up for the problems but they still need to fix the problems. 2 out 3 toilets in the mens room are out of order along with the urinal that has been broke for months. The sink faucets never work properly. Try to wash your hands in 5 seconds. And worst of all you have to get rid of the sewage smell when you sit on the only working toilet. The new management needs to improve this place before they raise prices.

Mrs. Deana was a doll. Extremely nice facilities! Shower was the best. Last for about 15 min then you have to deposit quarters. Not to unusual. Been to a few TS's like that. Will DEFINITELY go back next time im in the area! Nice laundry as well. $2.00 wash $2.00 dry. Cheaper than Pilot, lol

Nice place, plenty parking for trucks. Odd thing was the shower, they give you 4 quarters and you get 25mins of water. The water is instantly hot and has good pressure though, the shower room is spacious as well. Nothin bad it just took me aback compared to other stops I been too.

I paid 11$ for a shower. They gave me 4 quarters that you put in the slot and yuo have 25min limited shower. Cabin 1 didn't have water pressure at all and the water was ice cold. Bad experience with these folks, the only reason why I didn't give them 1 star is because they did refund me 11$.

An excellent place to park nice modern amenities friendly staff and a decent sized lot for a smaller truck stop. It's nothing over the top but they offer some basic fridge based groceries and a small separate gaming room and drivers lounge. I'm not sure about the showers but the store overall seems pretty modern (ie 2-3 yrs old) so I'm assuming the showers are up to participate as well. We'll worth the stop. Also if you need to unwind they do offer both booze and limited liquor options.
