Easily the most overrated establishment I have ever been too, this place has been hyped up to me and my family ever sense we moved to Silver lake about 4 months ago, after finally tying it I can confidently say this is the most overpriced, mediocre restaurant I think I have ever had the displeasure of eating from. $15 for a small tray of flavorless pasta combined with an extra $3 of overcooked and dry chicken, people only go to this place for the experience of being on the lake, if you value your money when ordering takeout or eating out in general, Please consider "The new taste of Italy" or "The packer inn" instead, Thank you.

Great view but poorly managed. It was a Saturday night and the special was prime rib and after an hour we were informed they ran out and ordered the Maui on the menu instead but it was all dried out and cold. This was before 7pm. Out of three couples there we watched are friends eat. Of course the waiter said we didn’t have pay but no apology’s or even a drink while we waited for are friends to eat. Very disappointed.

Like the location, the view of the lake, the atmosphere. The live music today, August 23 Saturday was outstanding. The food however, for the price was really weak. My husband‘s dinner of shrimp salad amount of 4 small pieces of shrimp on a few leaves of lettuce for $20. The only reason we will not be returning his dinner looked like it should’ve cost five dollars. Too bad we really liked the location. The atmosphere service was decent and the outstanding music.

During a recent trip from Illinois, we found ourselves in search of a great lunch spot and Copper Bottom Bar & Grill popped up in our search – and what a fantastic find it was! The stunning patio pictures with a clear lake view immediately captured our attention, and we knew we had to experience it for ourselves.
The reality certainly lived up to the photos. Our lunch was absolutely delicious, exceeding all expectations. More than just great food, the service was impeccable – attentive, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. Dining on the patio with that beautiful lake backdrop was truly a highlight of our day. Copper Bottom Bar & Grill proved to be 100% a great choice and a wonderful little place that made our spontaneous stop unforgettable. I would honestly make the trip again just to enjoy another meal here!

This is an amazing establishment that I love to come to!!! the day after Fourth of July. I’m hung over and my motorcycle broke down. Stopped in on 6/1 for our first time. I personally could not find anything to be unhappy about. Service was impeccable, everyone’s attitude was amazing and friendly! I wanted to be able to dine outside even though it was a little chilly in early spring. No one else was outside but the staff said go for it, and I was not disappointed in a nice Lakeview during the setting sun. Christian did a great job of service, the chicken parmesan was a little bland for my taste, but it totally delivered on having a good outside atmosphere.

We tried this place twice when it was first opened and was not impressed. We finally tried it again after a few years, and to our surprise, they figured it out. The fish fry was delicious. It was all you can eat, which is very rare these days. She had the baked and i had the beer battered cod.The salad had homemade blue cheese and creamy garlic dressing. . Me and my husband moved out to Trevor Wisconsin a year ago. Shortly after we moved, we found copper bottom. The employees that work at Copper bottom are so friendly and outgoing. We accidentally came in one evening shortly before close and they still took us and were super friendly. I can just imagine the end of the day they just wanted to go home and these two guys walk in and they still treated us with the upmost care and kindness. Their food is excellent. We usually get a large pizza. We went yesterday and ordered our usual pizza, but decided to do an Onion blossom as well. literally the best I’ve ever had, including the dipping sauce. If you haven’t been there, you have to try it. Excellent food, and excellent service.

My husband and I have been to this place several times and have always had a great meal and great service. Yesterday we both had a completely different experience. I ordered full slab of ribsand my husband had NY stip steak along with a couple of Long Island ice teas. When I got my ribs I could smell right away something was off. After tasting them I knew right away they had been freezer burnt or something tasted horrible. I told the waitress that they tasted funny and she said she would have to check with someone because I had already eaten one of the ribs. Of course I ate one or how would I know they were e bad. My husband ordered his steak rare and there was no pink on inside at all. By this time we were both upset and got no response from our waitress about the ribs and we're completely over this whole meal. Also my husband's first long island ( paid for all top shelf booze) was spot on and whe he got his second one it was a totally different drink. Our bill was almost $100 and we left there hungry and totally baffled about our experience. It's a shame that this place doesn't care a bout there customer service anymore. We will never be back.

Stopped by for Labor Day lunch. Nice patio seating with great views of Silver Lake! Iced tea was good, ordered cheese curds which were square cubes that looked alittle sparse on the large plate but, were tasty with the chipotle sauce. My Patty Melt was the saddest looking thing ever. Showcasing 5 measly pieces of grilled onions, only one corner of the American cheese was melted & meat patty looked grayish. Friend had no complaint about their ravioli, but the Caesar salad that came with it was about 8 pieces of lettuce laid flat (wilted) on the plate with the same amount of croutons strewn on top. Our waitress was pleasant, but overheard 2 others complaining about who was going to get the next table. The food & presentation need some serious attention.

I walk in as friendly as I am. Asked one of the employees a simple question. What time does the buffet close? He rudely raised his voice. And said every week you asked me this and I tell him The problem is I haven't been there in a month. I will never go back there again. I complained about his Rude service nobody cared. I get along with everyone. But him alone was ignorant to me 3 different times in the past month and a 1/2, there will not be another time. I'll go back when they fire him. Great outdoor patio on the water with both sunny and shady spots to sit. Great wait staff. Proprietor came out to say hello and check how we were enjoying ourselves. I really enjoy their fish tacos and shrimp fajitas. The fish fry was a little disappointing. I ordered broiled rather than fried. Maybe fried is better? I’ve been three times and will look forward to going again.

They charge a 4% fee for using any credit card. I always point this out first since that’s just the cost of doing business and low brow to charge. Most places don’t do this. I believe they even do this for debit cards which is super odd.

Went on a Friday night and had the AYCE fish fry. The soup was clam chowder and it was pretty good. The fish was fried cod with 3 pieces brought to start. The atmosphere was nice however we were told to "seat yourselves anywhere you'd like". All of the outdoor patio tables were all dirty and had either napkins or food remaining on the tables.

The view of the lake is very nice. If you're looking for a casual atmosphere to enjoy a nice meal is the place.

The portion sizes on the food are very small. I actually wanted to order more food after getting my main entree but didn't want to wait.

It took about 40 minutes to get our food and the waiter was gravitated to entertain a certain table the entire duration. I attempted several times to flag our waiter but she kept going back to the same table. Overall everything tastes good. The scenery or was very nice.

I'd come back again but would address the lack of attention to all other tables.

What a wonderful experience we had this past Sunday. Nice patio over looking the water. Is a sun trap with a breeze. Some tables along the building wall are in the shade. The service was very good. We had the brunch menu. Beef. Ham, omelets, sausage, bacon. Scrambled eggs, gravy, biscuits, donuts, and apple dessert. Coffee was included. Regular menu started at noon. We saw some great food being served. We are definitely going back with family and friends to enjoy again. We were lucky to enjoy the live entertainment which started around 1pm. Don't know if entertainment is on every Sunday. But I hope so.

Sunday brunch it was Great! Omelettes made to order.
Ham and prime rib cut for you
Baked cod flaked apart with fork
Fluffy scrambled eggs
Bacon and sausages crumble d chorizo
Pancakes and French toast hash browns
Fresh fruit that was ripe
Delicious eclairs and cinnamon rolls
So much food.. all cooked Great!
Service was fantastic
It was rainy morning
And the view was still Beautiful
