Went here for a little dinner while in Green Bay. We didn’t want the bar seating, so there is a side room with some tables. Nice and quiet for us, perfect. Was visited by a couple different super friendly servers, we came at shift change I think. All were more than willing to get drinks and help out with questions. Got a pretzel and beer cheese and ordered a flight of their limited beers. The pretzel is huge, and so delicious. The beer cheese definitely isn’t out a can either. Had a nice beer flavor with a little funk, not like one we’ve had before. The beers were all good, and I would say they were all the rated abv, if not more. So I just stuck with the flight, so I wasn’t wasted. Order a WoodFord pizza, which was cooked to perfection. Have had a lot of half done/raw woodfire pizza, this is not one. Crust was a perfect brown, done underneath to the middle, cheese and meat cooked nicely, not a haeavy sauce either, nice fresh tomato flavor. I’d eat that pizza twice a week if I lived there. Outstanding brewery experience. Server was a A+ as well.

Great place. Good atmosphere, had the Thai Brussel sprouts for an appetizer, delicious. For mains we had the Truffle Shuffle burger and the Thailandia wood fired pizza. The burger was actually cooked to medium rare, and was amazing, highly recommended. If you like garlic I strongly recommend the Thailandia pizza, a great combination of garlic cloves and sweet chili sauce compliments the scallions, chicken and snow peas on the pizza.

I was craving a burger and this place did not disappoint. This was absolutely delicious and large servings as well. I had the Truffle Shuffle burger and already want more.
The only issue we had was we started with the bruschetta appetizer, which was amazing but the menu doesn't tell you it comes with Pico De Gallo mix and my husband doesn't like onions. The menu calls it bruschetta mix which we are used to just being a tomato and basil mix so it didn't mention onions. But he scraped it off and managed to eat some.

All in all, amazing and we have already agreed to go back more often.

This was our first time here, We sat at the bar and Nick was our bartender and server. He was awesome and explained the cocktails and food to us. We had the Brussel sprouts and bruschetta as appetizers and both were excellent, Nick even got me some extra sriracha sauce to give my Brussels a little more kick. But the best was the burgers we both like medium rare and they nailed it to perfection I had the bacon bleu and my wife had the Dousman street, and let me tell you they were excellent and so flavorful that there was no need for any additional condiments (ketchup,mustard) which they don’t even bring out cause why you surely don’t need them. One of the best dinners we’ve had. And thank you Nick for being awesome

She gave great recommendations. The cheese curds and pub pretzel were great appetizers. The Bloody Mary aioli for the cheese curds was unique, but great flavor. First time going, and I will be back! I came in on a Wednesday night with some girlfriends. The farmers market was going on, so we had to pay to park. But we were then given a voucher to use in the restaurant. Unfortunately, because they did not have mint, they were not able to make me a mojito. I ordered a mule instead, which was delicious! Towards the end of my meal, our waitress (who was super attentive and friendly) brought me a mojito! They had run over to the farmers market, gotten mint, and made me the drink. I was shocked at the level of customer service which is rare! Not to mention my burger and fries were delicious. They do not cook with seed oils. For all these reasons I will absolutely make a point to be back.

The location is near downtown GB and a block from the Fox river. So there are many places you can walk to from here including other breweries. We love coming here for the brews. They always seem to have new styles of brews along with their regular beers. We got a pear and prosciutto wood fire oven pizza that was really good. Maybe a little extra crispy for my taste, but not a big deal. The staff was super attentive and friendly. They also have a shaded dog friendly patio that we enjoy during summer months. My wife and I went here for a Valentines Day dinner, after many years of having no time for ourselves. Everything was great until the server, Stacy, began hollering at other workers to get more help. We allowed her to put off our order to get back on track but when she finally reappeared at our table she gave off a very truce and frustrated demeanor.
After waiting a half hour for our entrees I politely asked if they were coming, to which the server Stacy replied "Well you know, we cook everything fresh and this isn't McDonald's. "
My wife and I have eaten all over this country in our 60+ years, and never have I been spoken to with such insolence.
She later calmed down when I asked for the bill and told her we were leaving, by saying she was joking but she obviously wasn't at the time.
I told her nicely that I thought she was overworked and very short staffed, however it will never excuse this experience.

My wife and I have been going here since they opened. I have posted how happy we have been with service and quality. We haven't been back to visit in a short while, 3 months or so.
