I've been a regular at this location for years. In all that time, I've had a mess up on my order like once (I said no cheese, but they put it on; so I just picked it off). The food quality is good and consistent, the cheese curds are really good, mobile ordering is easy/fast (plus it has rewards and deals), and the people here are friendly. Joey is the best!

Great visit today! The staff is phenomenal, and the food was delicious. My daughter especially loved the Mac/Cheese that was recommended by the girl who waited on us. Cousin subs is another local, great ‘sub stop’ in the Fox Valley area, amongst all the other competitors. I think they have a great sub, and what’s unique to Cousins, is they offer a variety of other sides besides chips, like cheese curds, shakes, fries, ect. They are somewhat pricier of the competition. Overall, this is another. The only downside to Cousins subs in Appleton, is that their two locations are kind of hidden in strip malls, which slightly hinders their visibility.

I normally don't leave reviews, in fact this is my first one. However, I just felt so compelled to express my frustration. The food is good as always, I frequent this Cousins location often. My frustration lies in the must have for food related businesses... food safety. There was none of that vital skill displayed in a particular associate. I feel bad and hate to call out names, however, I feel like this needs to be addressed. After cashiering, touching several handles, maybe even after handling money, she touched my food, particularly cheese curds out of the fryer with her bare hands. She didn't even bother to put gloves on. In times like these, especially going through a pandemic, the last thing you want to see as a customer is touching the food you'll be eating with bare hands. Cousins, please do better at teaching and practicing good food safety habits. Your customers trust you to be handling food properly. I will be back, but I hope this is fixed. Thank you!

I visited with my 3 kids yesterday evening and I cannot imagine we were easy guests. I wish I remembered the names of the staff so I could give them proper recognition. The staff was incredibly helpful, friendly, and accommodating. The food was prepared quickly and it was delicious. I’m not sure if it’s standard for dine-in, but our trays were delivered to our table, which was a huge help. I’m sure they were rejoicing when we left, but I am more than grateful for the service I received.

This is a great spot for a sub sandwich. Their Philly is awesome. The cheese curds are really good here. They have fries and a grill here which makes this place really nice. I think one of my favorite things is they have Spreckers root beer.

Joey the manager keeps this place running smooth. Kudos to him and his crew. My wife and I brought our baby son in here to relax and eat and it was a very positive experience.

UPDATE: There is a new owner that definitely knows how to run a business. My husband comes here a lot during his lunch hour and talks with the owner. He convinced me to go back for lunch one day and I was happily surprised. We ordered quickly, our food came out quickly, the staff was very friendly, and our meal was satisfactory.

When they're open, my experience is usually good: good food, good service, etc. But the problem is that they're not always open during their hours of operation! I've wasted so much gas driving here during lunch hours to find that they're closed due to being short staffed. Can't make money if you don't open!
