This is about the fifth time in a row. Food takes over 25 minutes to get it. A bunch of young kids screwing around not very disappointed. My food has been messed up three times in a row now out of the 5 times about over it. Vary disappointed and on top of that, I spend almost 40 bucks every time I go and its the most simplest subs to make I don’t get pizza. I’m not getting anything that you have to cook. It’s already made.

When you pay 36 bucks for two subs, you expect to get something you can eat. I asked for no salt and no onions, my 15" sub was loaded with both. Thank God I don't have a major food allergy cause Cousin's Subs in Crivitz WI, makes subs the way they want to not what's ordered.

I normally like Cousins but I think the workers have to work on their attention skills and listen to customers better. I made it very clear that I didn't want my BLT with mayo and that I would like it plain with salt and pepper. I didn't get salt and pepper and they put mayo on it. It's not rocket science kids, clean those ears out!

The food here is good, the coffee is good. Unfortunately the free Wi-Fi is undependable. Was looking forward to a pizza but had to go down the street to McDonald's for their wifi and settle for a hamburger.

Note: "Connected" but "no Internet" on my phone, table, and laptop. I could have waited in line and asked someone to *try* to fix the wifi, but I was in a hurry.

Calzones were full of toppings and very flavorful. Turkey sub while good, needed more tomatoes, fresher lettuce and a little more turkey. One of the people ordered a mint shake and the person making it, came over and asked if it was minty enough which was very nice. Would go back again.

I’d give this place 6 stars if I could. The variety of food- pizza, calzones, subs, appetizers (cheese curds!), lattes, breakfast sandwiches…the personal pizza was great. The meal deal included 4 breadsticks (which I didn’t even get to eat yet), and a drink. There was also a huge selection of drink options. Bathroom was exceptionally clean, and service was quick. I’d definitely recommend going- especially if you have fussy kids. :)

I’m a flatbedder Trucker who lives in the U.P… I usually leave the house to start my work week on Sunday hauling a load south! I always loved Cousins Subs growing up in the Milwaukee suburbs! We don’t have any Cousins up in the U.P by the Marquette area so I tend to stop here to treat myself once in awhile! Always a friendly good staff! My sandwiches are always delicious! Nice well kept clean store and has plenty of room in the lot to pull my Semi in it! They have a pizza place in here also which I am tempted to try! They have a option to do a take and bake also! I might have to try it soon! Looks like they have quite the options and other goodies on the menu also! Keep up the good work and I’ll keep being a repeat customer!

I’d love to share my experience, however the same employees who watched me walk to the door and pull on it only to see that the drive through is the only thing they have going, was kind enough to shut the drive through menu off as I pull up to it. Open lights still flashing on the building. I’d be embarrassed if I owned this location.

Great place. I think the younger staff could be a little more productive since the wait was a little long. There were two helping at a customer on one side and four in the back looking right at me. We always stop at this particular store on our way home from the cabin. We call ahead every time. Due to Covid 19, their dining room was closed. Ok...waited in line for our called in order for over 15 min. They told us if we would have paid over the phone, we could have received our subs curbside...of course no one told us that when ordering. Only 3 out of 5 stars this time. Next time we will hit McDonald's to get out of town a bit quicker.

I love the Philly Steak with sauteed green peppers and onions. Very good but heads up on the meat ...more meat makes more hearty...The first one I bought was fabulous but my 2nd was a little skimpy which takes away the flavor of the sandwich.This time it was too much bread. I usely order cheese curds and they were a bit over done.I will try it again.

I love cousins subs, but the store in Crivitz is horrible. I once ordered a turkey sandwich with extra onions and when I got home and opened it, it had 4 little ringlets of onion on the whole thing. I don't go to that place anymore and I never will. I drive the extra 35 miles and go to cousins in Marinette. They make my sandwich the way I like it.
