Literally never open I don’t get the point of being in business. Online says they are open until 8 but every time I try to go they are closed. I’ve tried on multiple occasions at varying times and it’s the same story every time.

The subs have improved recently but it's irritating that I can't ever order online at this location. It always states "your order can not be prepared before close". Your hours say you're open until 8pm, it's 5pm, you can't prepare (2) 15" subs in that time??? This has happened every time I try to order pick up in the last year.

We have been patrons of the Cousins in East Troy for almost 10 years.
Sadly, the new owners have started using what some call "skinny" bread.
The typical bun size is about half as wide as what it used to be. About the same as a hot dog bun!
We thought maybe it was just the one time, but we've now found that this miniscule bun is their new standard apparently. ☹️
The main reason we like Cousins over Subway, is the bread.

If you're going to skimp on the bread, you're guaranteed to lose customers.
You lost this one!

Thankfully there are other Cousins locations to choose from.

Today I went for a double cheese steak & got the worst one I've ever had!!!! Steak was over cooked & not chopped up like normal. I had whole slices of onion not cut up and roll was hard & hard to eat. This is my only bad experience with cousins. I also want to say I didn't have any tomatoes on my sub. For the price I paid I'll never go back to the east troy cousins again. I'll take the drive to mukwonago.

The worst sub I have had from cousins got the pepperoni melt ordered it online they hadn’t even started it or noticed there was an online order placed till I arrived the fries were cold by the time I got my food and over cooked, asked for extra mayo didn’t get that. Probably the worst food thus far coming to this cousins subs. We didn't go for a long time because it was not worth the money. My wife ordered a roast beef sandwich and she got a single slice of meat. My sandwich was falling apart and the bread was stale. Do better Cousins! We aren't coming back anymore.

They changed ownership recently. I've given them a chance three times now. I love Cousins., even though it's really expensive. I'll have to go to another one. I ordered a 15 inch Pepperoni melt. The meat, Ham and Pepperoni was so overcooked, I thought it was bacon. There was also a grape sized chunk of burnt something, stuck to the bread. The new owners do Not know what they're doing. I will never be back here, with this management. Simply Terrible!

Ordered online. Got there earlier than they told me. Wanted extra mayo I don't think they put any on it. Bread was stale as all hell. When I Unwrapped my sub over half of the toppings were just laying in the wrapper not even in the sandwich. Fries were probably made at 10am this morning. Very terrible. Threw most of my food in the garbage. Same with my girlfriends meal.

The service is usually okay, but ever since this place has gotten new management, it's gone to be somewhat worse. The worst thing is that they don't speak much English, and they have accents, which makes it hard to understand them at times.

This place is usually clean though and the food is usually good for the most part. The cheese curds are always hot when I get them and crispy. So... it's not terrible, but it could use some improvement. Communication between the people that work their could be better. There's only 2 people working there right now, it seems like.

When they play the music, it's either too loud or it just randomly stops. I don't know if they're doing that, but it does get annoying after a while. Half of the time the music they play doesn't make sense.

I'll be make sure to try and update this in a few months to see if things have improved or if management will step up and do something. You know?

Good cheese curds. That's all that's good about my order I had though. The bread was over baked and very very hard, dark in color as well I have pictures I'll be posting shortly. I hope I'm contacted because i probably won't be going back to this location. Also the bread that was on the Turkey breast was cut on both ends. Probably hiding the fact the end was burned even worse.

I used to love the East Troy Cousin's location. It's really unfortunate it has gone downhill so drastically. They are now extremely skimpy with the ingredients, bread is stale, and everything is bland. Also, I am no longer ever able to order online. It always says they are not accepting orders. this location has definitely went downhill. My cheese steak was bland, chewy, and overcooked. Bread was hard like it had been sitting out, ordered a double (double meat and double cheese) didn't taste any cheese. It was blahhh. Definitely did not hit the spot like cousins usually does. Good food...Sometimes. New ownerships made it a little weird, kind of a language barrier. Weird like, "ascend to heaven" music id call it. Like some angels or something idek... The pop is watery, off flavor. Id say the inside is too empty just really uncomfortable, maybe add a tv with some sports on and change up the music??? Just a really weird environment, Christmas bows and empty command strips? They don't really tell you what they have to put on your food either you really have to ask... like ya have to interrogate id say to see what options ya have....Overall, this place fell off. I have gone to several from West Bend to New Berlin all great service this one can't even put all ingredients listed on sub, let alone proper amount more like gives u almost empty bun. Ordered to go, got home opened sub opened pathetic sub (which I have ordered at other locations with good results) called location got a kind of sucks to be u attitude, and find out no manager. Ordered a Grilled Chicken Salad. This is what I got. Chicken deli meat seared on the grill. It was disgusting, tried and could not eat it! It smelt horrible, and had the texture of dry eggs. It also cost an extra 2 dollars for them to add the chicken to my salad. So this awful salad was almost 10 dollars. Very disapointed. When I reached out to the staff. They could careless... They wouldn't help or fix my order. She was very rude. I will never return. I will continue to get salads on the go from subway. Heck a mcdonalds salad would have tasted better. Now that is really sad! Cousins needs to step there salad game up. There is nothing fresh tasting about this salad! Gross!
