I ordered 16 Lunch Box meals from the website which include a cookie and a bag of chips. after waiting almost an hour they handed me 3 bags of subs only- i asked where the cookies and chips were i was told you don't get that? Mind you this was a $152.00 Cousins order and the self proclaimed "store manager" was adamant we didn't order it that way, i explained i just did it online for our entire store here and instead of providing what was ordered continued to argue w me. really? what's it cost them fo16 cookies and bags of chips? I wonder if the Silva's are aware of why they aren't very busy compared to their competitors. I can tell you, next time out for lunch, it wont be at the Elkhorn Cousins

I always enjoy Cousins sandwiches, but my most recent experience was when ordering for a baby shower group of 50. Kevin took my order and was very helpful with all my options, requests and pricing. Maddy also made sure it would be ready for pick-up earlier than expected. The manager even called to double check that I was satisfied. They all went above and beyond to make sure it was perfect. Cousin’s Subs are so good! It starts with the best freshly baked sub rolls and then the fresh lettuce and tomatoes. Meats are lean and flavorful. My favorite is their cheesesteak. Be sure to ask for hot pepper relish for the finishing touch.

Yesterday I stopped by Cousins Subs in Elkhorn for the first time, and it was great! I ordered the 7.5" cheese steak sub, just as it comes, and it tasted amazing! I had the meal, and I also loved the fries. Friendly and fast service, too. Prices are reasonable. A great experience from beginning to end. I'll be back the next time I'm in Elkhorn!

I fill out the survey after every visit to get the free regular drink and free regular fries. I always order 2 regular fries because they are my favorite fries and I always get the 2 regular fries when I get my food and some times they are heaping and sometimes just an average amount of fries and even on occasion they will just combine the 2 regular fries to make a heaping large fries. Today, when the young lady who brought me my food I noticed there was only 1 regular fries and like maybe medium heaping. I promptly showed her my receipt and informed her that I had ordered 2 regular fries and she said that was the equivalent of 2 regular fries!?!? It definitely was not the equivalent of 2 regular fries, maybe 1 and a half at best. I do this every time I go here, usually once a week, and I have never had a problem, this young lady has taken my order numerous times and has always given me the correct order, she has combined them to make a good sized large fries, but all of a sudden today she is shorting me an item I ordered. I do not know if it was because I used the coupon code from the survey or if the owners told the employees to cut back on items. They raised the prices and stopped giving out cookies if you order a meal deal, but only if you do not use a coupon. It is not like the money for another regular fries was coming out of her pocket.

Sandwich was delicious and well-made. If I was the type to photograph my food, I would have. The fries were fresha and still sizzling, absolutely delicious. The peanut butter cookie was free with the meal. (Warning: not a regular peanut butter cookie; has peanut butter chips and Reese's pieces in it. Super sweet.)

Every time I try to order using the app or website starting at 5:15-5:30pm it says the Elkhorn location is closed or closing and you cannot order. I called once to do curbside and they said they can only do it on the app. Again today I tried at 5:20pm to order and it says the store is closing or is closed. I was very disappointed that I did not get an actual chicken breast like I did last time with my Sub in a Bowl Chicken Cheddar Deluxe. I loved that last Sub in a Bowl. We purchased a couple of steak phillys and we were very disappointed the meat was clumped together and was cold in the middle and the onions and peppers were not sauted very well and they were concentrated in one area of the sandwich. I have worked for Cousin subs before and we never put cheddar cheese on a Philly. As I look at the posters I see the company has changed the ingredients. I am sorry but cheddar or American cheese does not belong on a Philly. I was trying to inform the workers (youngins they where) but I told him I couldn't eat it like that and request them to remake it. He refused. Horrible customer service . I ended up requesting for 2 pieces of provolone cheese instead and picking the yellow cheese off. Very displeased by the service tonight.
