The minus one star is for the app. It is a PAIN to use gift cards on the app if you don't have the exact amount needed to cover your order. Splitting the payment is so complicated its not worth it. I like using the app because I have a big family so its easier to get everyone's order done that way and have it ready ahead of time. I could call it in but I do wish they would make the payment portion of the app easier to navigate. Otherwise the food is always delicious and the customer service is top notch. They have the best cheese curds and the fries are actually pretty good.

I had ordered a couple of sandwiches to go and when I had gotten home, I realized that the sandwiches weren’t made correctly. I called the store to see if there was a way to get them remade and spoke to the GM, Nikki, who ABOVE and BEYOND in order to make sure we got the sandwiches we had ordered. She made two of the best subs we’ve ever ordered from this location. I greatly appreciated her time and effort and I just wanted to give her the recognition she deserves, as food/customer service can be severely lacking in that. Nikki, you rock!!

DO NOT!! I wish I could post the picture of my sandwiches. You'd think when you get a veggie sub that they wouldn't be so stingy with the toppings. My sandwich was so thin that when you look at it from the side, you can't even see the veggies. It looked like the bread without anything in it. I'm very upset that I spent $47 PLUS TIPPED and received this kind of service. Totally unacceptable. I'll have to stick with Subway.

We love Cousins but are not loving the massive bill the comes with sub sandwiches. Kids always ask to go but when you are spending $40+ on two subs (with drink and chips) that's crazy!
Food and customer service is always great and a clean atmosphere.

Revised....Has anyone else noticed about 40% (if not more) of your sub is just bread?! Next to no meat or other toppings on the sub.... I know and understand cost of goods have gone up but so has pricing and now we get half what we got before for double the price seems wrong.

I ordered a 15” sub and a cookie to-go but instead received 2 cookies and a 7.5” sub which didn’t have all that I wanted on it. As I called the store to see if I was overcharged for a 15” having only received a 7.5” the guy on the phone suggested that I could come back to the store for the other half but I’d still have to pay for it. Love this sub place over many others but can't give it 5 stars due to the sloppiness of the sandwiches. I'm pretty simple with turkey but you have to open the sandwich and rearrange before eating it. I've had piles of onions in one area, I've had about a pinky length worth of my sub without any meat on it, just the condiments. Tried to spice it up with jalapeños and one time I bit in and it was a pile of jalapeños. Other times u may only have 4 on there. Consistency would be nice but still enjoy the taste.
