They got away with mushrooms! Big minus in my book when I can go to other sub shops and get them. They raised their prices and now receive less. Since New owners who own most of the cousins near here, prices have gone up, food quality and portions down. Consumers should receive what we pay for.

Thank you for the response by owner. To give this 5 star I would hope for the mobile order to be ready by the time selected in the mobile order. Not good when I wasn’t the only one and I was ignored too long. Time was lost on my side.

This location has by far the worst expeditor and organization. I had a mobile order set at 6 pm. That crew at the pickup was horrible. I counted 3-4 mobile orders not done. Mine, my brother and others. If I could give negative 1 or more I would. I waited more than 25 mins for something that takes 10-15 mins. Crew not ready backed up. Just unbelievable. Not going to this location again.

Love cousins subs and the workers there are amazing but when I come in to get a sandwich on a 90 degree day and the inside is just as hot as outside it’s not fun. Most sandwich shops are very cool inside. I don’t know if the ac is just broken or what but I didn’t want to even eat inside much more those poor workers. You know what you're getting food-wise as this is a normal Cousins Subs chain, but the food is good.

Staff are great and waits are not long. I've been surprised on numerous occasions with how fast my sub is ready. Staff are also quick to take your order and modify it however you wish and are friendly.

This location has been my favorite for years but in our most recent visit (2 weeks ago) the inside of the restaurant needs a major maintenance job... chipped paint, Knicks in the wall, the TV is now gone and there's a tacky hole, the floor needs a good scrub, the women's restroom was not very clean this time. We went here for lunch and ordered our food, we were told the ice machine was broken so no ice for sodas, the food was good but the look and feel of the atmosphere made us feel as if they're closing this location. Hope they freshen things up.

Call in to place a pick up order. The guy didn't know how to have me pay over the phone at first, got it figured out, no big deal. Then 15 minutes later showed up for my order. Said it was still going to be a "while". Another 10 minutes goes by they then ask me if I've been helped!!?? At that moment they find my ticket and tell me it has not even been made yet...... what an absolute waste of 45 minutes. Almost no one in the store during this fiasco. Just when you think it doesn't get any worse than that. Get home to find they left everything on the subs. What's the point of asking to keep toppings off?

Literally avoiding this place at all costs in the future. Manager won't take calls.

This one is pretty competent. We go to a variety of cousins and go about once a week pending on where the coupons are valid since we live in between a bunch. This one consistently gets the order correct, are polite and efficient. Cousins most always produces a solid, tasty product and has the best fries and mayo!

I have been coming to this branch of cousins for many years and have never had an issue. Today though, I am beyond disappointed! I ordered a couple meals online and when I asked about the drinks, I was told I ordered wrong. As I tried to explain, the guy behind the counter just kept smiling and when I said I'd never order online again he said "that's ok" then continue to talk about me to the other girls behind the counter. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

A great cousins and a great location, with a very friendly staff who seem to be very experienced in their craft of forming sandwiches. They were quick and efficient, and made sandwiches that were well put together well proportioned and cooked appropriately and well done. None of the meat was undercooked and all of the produce seemed fresh and appropriately prepared. The prices were Fair and the combos were Fair and last but not least they had several TVs and tables that were clean MTV's that you could watch while you were waiting for your food to be done. It's now become one of my favorite cousins to attend.

I’ve gone here plenty of times and they were for the most point but this time was bad. Went and got two subs15inch subs , first they gave us only gave us one 7.5 sub and then 15inches. Which whatever we all make mistakes and then it turns out it wasn’t even a sub that we ordered so they swapped it out for the 15inch sub that we ordered, and they still ended up messing up one of our sub. Otherwise it’s usually good service. Maybe someone was just training? Seems like the staff is very confused on the orders.

Went to cousins today and ordered a Philly steak with extra mushrooms, onions and peppers. Got home opened it up and my steak meat wasn't chopped up, it was two or three pieces of flat meat stuck together slopped in the middle of the sub. No extra nothing. As long as it took I thought my food would be prepared right. I had to rip apart my steak meat. I will not be returning.

Haven't had Cousins in years and now I recall why. Got a meatball sub and just wasn't thrilled with the meatballs. Small, not very flavorful and seemed like lower tier meat - denser and chewier, seemingly made from a paste rather than ground meat.

I'm honestly not the one to complain but I've been having continuous problems with my orders from this branch!😡 my past three orders have been short an order of fries and my sub literally had steak on only one half of the sub and barely any steak on it, and tastes horrible!!! I definitely recommend a different branch or a different restaurant because they just lost this loyal customer that use to order 3 to 4 times a week! Sorry cousins but you are no longer family 🤕

We have come here plenty of times before. Usually without an issue. The staff is friendly and usually do a good job with our orders. Tonight was the first time that I can remember we had a problem. My wife and I ordered a whole ham and cheese, no tomato, no onion, just mayo, lettuce and herbs. We also ordered a half chicken cheddar deluxe with no tomato or onion. We took the subs home and when we went to eat our subs we looked and the lettuce on both subs was brown. We were both disgusted and I decided to return both subs. I drove back to cousins and when I got back I informed them that I would like to have new subs made since the lettuce was brown on our subs and have our money refunded because I felt that this was unacceptable. The assistant manager came over, I wish I had gotten her name, and said without hesitation that is no problem and she was sorry for the inconvenience. She also informed me that it would take a little bit to remake the subs and refunded my money and offered me a drink. I would give the assistant manager at least four stars because she handled it so well. The subs that they remade us were perfect. The employees may have screwed up tonight but the assistant manager and the other employee who helped her righted their wrong and kept me a customer.

Third Strike -- I'm done!

Cousins in general has gone downhill over the past few years. The food is good but overpriced. 11 bucks for a 15" Ham & Cheese sub? 15 Bucks for a philly?! Insane!

I went to this location for the third time in the past few months and once again had a horrible experience. I ordered a whole Meatball combo and sat down. 15 minutes went by and I thought I heard someone say they were out of meatballs. The guy with a fairly large order in front of me got his order and left. Another 10 or so minutes go by and one of the guys behind the counter asks what I ordered. I said Meatball and everyone had a look of disgust. "We're out of meatballs" was all I heard. I opted for a philly instead since I had been waiting almost 30 minutes before anyone said anything!

How do you run out of meatballs at 5 in the afternoon?! The place is staffed by younger folks, most of whom have 0 Customer service. One last walked past and went "Sorry again" as she ran past -- I barely heard her.

Not impressed at all, especially considering how expensive everything has become and how slow the service is. I'll stick with Subway from now on OR the Waterford Cousins that usually has a 2-3 minute turnaround when you place an order.

This place is horrible -- there are better locations around! This place needs a manager on call in the afternoons -- if one is present, its time for a new one as orders are consistently wrong.

Cousins is my favorite local sub restaurant because I prefer their deli meat and bread over competitors. Also, great customer service! I recently purchased party subs from the Franklin location. Afterwards, they mailed me a handwritten thank you card and a couple coupons towards a future purchase!

Decent subs. I've come to prefer them to Subway. They usually have some limited-time special sub that is worth trying if you like variety.

The place is usually fairly clean - but sometimes the tables aren't wiped down as much as I'd like.
