Mostly clean dining area. Many of the tables needed to be wiped down. I usually get a turkey sandwich but this time I chose the pastrami and it tasted like it was almost entirely made of salt. The fries were very salty also but it could have been the residual salt from the cold cuts.

Spent 40 dollars, order a sub for my wife and myself. They were out of ingredients for the special Italian sub so my wife ordered something different. I order bacon and cheddar chicken sandwich, no cheese and a half inch strip of chicken. On the us side a lot of veggies to cover for no chicken or cheese. Really disappointed again for what was spent on the subs. Lots of choices in Grafton for subs, this probably will not be anywhere near go to again. The man that took my order, was VERY NICE, with a heartwarming smile.🙂 He missed that I wanted a double meat sub, that I noticed after reading my receipt. I let him know, and he was ON IT, to make sure my order was what I wanted. He is a middle aged,"Black/African-American" man. Also, when he informed the sandwich makers of his mistake, they did not complain. Service was super slow. Called in an order for two simple subs, which the employee on the phone noted they are busy and would be 20 mins, understood. Arrived to the store with 5 people waiting for their orders in the lobby, but no one in line to order. It ended being another 30 min wait for my two subs. A lady in the lobby said she had 1 sub and was waiting for close to an hour.

Not sure what was going on that day...while I could see they were busy with some large call ins...they did a very poor job of making sure other and smaller orders that should take less than a minute to make (used to work at a cousins) were being made. They seemed staff adequately as there appeared to be 6 workers at my arrival.

During all this one employee appeared to have taken a break and the register person probably should have helped make subs...since they were just standing around waiting to take orders that no one was in line for. To make things worse, there was about 1 or 2 walk ins during my wait for my phone order, which one of these did receive their order before mine. Which makes me think one employee was assigned to make the call-ins...which not sure what they were doing.

Very frustrating as someone that generally very patience and know the stress of working during busy times. Id decided to give the review 2 stars vs 1, cause the food was good and the employees were nice. However, the overall experience was not good. Someone that loves Cousins, likely wont order from that location again

I like Cousins food, the location is convenient, and online ordering is a plus. Unfortunately, the service at this location is exceedingly slow. Additionally, my last 2 subs here have been damp - like the preparer dragged the sub across the cutting board, soaking up whatever veggie and meat juice was on it. On balance my experience here has been consistently disappointing. Once our kitchen renovation is finished, I doubt we'll be back.

My daughter received a Cousins coupon from her school, Kennedy Elementary, in Grafton. This coupon was for a free 5 inch sub and was rewarded for reading. Brought her in to redeem it and was told the owner refuses to accept the coupon. Have now heard from other parents that said the same thing.
