After a long week everyone was tired so we as a family wanted to eat out at cousins before entering the restaurant I redeemed my points to receive a free 20-piece party box I walked in with my daughter then I started to order the three other sandwiches but then when I mentioned I had a code for the free 20-piece box the cashier looked back at a tall gentleman in the back making sandwiches and yell out 20-piece box he’s yells back there’s no bread I was amazed it being 4pm in the afternoon on a Friday I asked is there bread for the sandwiches she’s like yea but not the box I was so upset because I lost my points and my time waiting in line… I ended up going to your competitor Jimmy John’s though I payed more and received what I was looking for I left happy..
I would have wanted while fresh bread was baked but that was never an answer

Go to Charley's instead! Unfortunately, Charley's in Milwaukee is not open on Sunday, so I went to Cousin's and ordered the Wisconsin Cheese steak. Hardly any meat on the sub and bland taste. Would have got probably triple the meat at Charley's for the same price! Cheesy broccoli soup was bland as well, but better than the sub. Employees were nice and store was clean, but it's just not a good value for the money!

I ordered on Grubhub, a chicken Philly on multigrain. I received a steak Philly on Italian. We called the store to ask about the order and the manager read back the order, as we ordered it. We did ask if they were out of chicken or multigrain and the manager stuttered and said no, they weren’t sold out. The steak was so dry, I was hungry so I did eat it but I had to smother the sub in ranch… I did give 2 stars because our other sub, an Italian was made as it should be but I’m just disappointed.

Orders have been wrong a number of times, usually stuff like the wrong cheese or not adding extras. Don't bother asking for stuff on the side, they often don't do it. Final straw was the most recent sub I got was only tomato and onion ends/heels. The store was empty, so that felt like revenge for not tipping on the order. Tried to call to complain and a manager isn't available. Only pluses are the store is clean and most of the staff are friendly.
Edit: To the owner, I have no interest in returning to this location after all the issues. The chance to make this right was when I ordered my food, not after I left a bad review.

Ordered a cheese steak. Ask for green peppers and a medium fry. Well the portion of veggies was so small why bother. Also the order taker was not listening. Horrible service. We had placed an order for two sandwiches on 5/13/2022 at 7pm, we were told it would be around 20 minutes... We arrived 25 minutes later and neither the fries nor the second sandwich were made. There were literally 4 people working and not a single one of them looked like they cared to get to it. They all just stood around talking. This isn't the first time this has happened either. The employees just stand around and talk and have no haste or quickness to get anything done. My fiance called to complain about his order being wrong. I told them more than twice on the phone for a tuna MELT and they just made a regular sandwich. then one of the two girls working who had answered the phone just started to laugh it off and AGAIN show that they had no care about the customer or even their own respect. Its honestly a shame because the foods good... But to be brutally honest, your employees are just garbage!! PERIOD

Ordered online and showed up exactly when they said it'll be done. Told the guy at the counter about my order and gave him my name. He handed me my receipt and then fumbled around. My sandwich had been done already but he never told me until I came to the counter 20 minutes later. I told them I wanted another one and they looked at me crazy. "It's been under the warmer". The only Cousins I go to! The staff is always friendly, even when they have those customers that aren't.. needless to say they have awesome customer service. There was one time my sub wasn't right and they fixed it immediately. The store is always clean and it's always fresh. This spot might be the worst at managing ones time. I normally order my sub online. Although please learn from me. Just go in an order because they don't start the online orders until you come in. Management is no where to be seen. I don't even get my subs at Lunch so I don't not understand how it takes so long! Be aware if you are a time crunch do not come anywhere near this place even when you order your sub online and come in when the online app says. You will for sure be late for anything. Terrible service. Crazy wait times, overcharged, coupons basically a scam. Their new floats are 5$ for 1 scoop of ice cream and whatever soda they have in the fridge and u basically make it yourself, and they dont mention that till they hand it to u. All teenagers with seemingly no supervision. Told em i was in a hurry, there was only 1 other person in the store and they still took like 10-15 mins. And 1 of em wasnt even doin anything and i asked him to refund my overcharge if he wasnt busy because i was in a hurry, and he basically refused, said the guy finishin my order would do it and walked away. With 3 employees and only 2 custies, youd think they could get it right or fix it efficiently, but instead 1 refused , 1 couldnt do it on his own and the 2 of them basically leave and the, had me leave feelin still overcharged, unsatisfied wirh my order, late to where i was going, and i wouldnt even know who to complain to since it seems like its just them kids there. Plus they took such a long time to do all this that i didnt wanna even think about how long it would take to go any further seeing as how slow they were and that i was already crazy late. Im usually not a complainer with this kind of stuff, nor do i usually write negative reviews, but it popped up on my phone asking me how i liked it, and i was still pretty irritated .
Last thing the floats are advertised in like 3 spots without the price or much details, then the prices are in the like bottom corner on the otherside. I just figured either itd just be a couple dollars or be more worth it if it was more, but i was sadly mistaken... pretty ridculous price for like 1$ worth of soda and ice cream that u make yourself.

Normally I stick with the basic subs at Cousins, but Monday I decided to go for a Hot Ham and Cheddar Deluxe at this location. Bad move. Besides being an eye-watering $9.50 w/tax, it was terrible! The photo says it all and it's nothing like the image of the sub in the ad hanging on the wall and in the ads. Doubt if I'll be back, certainly not for a hot sub (and drop the extra charge for pretzel roll already, I never see anyone ordering them).

I can't figure it out, why do I visit 1 cousins on port washington rd and get charged 10.50 for a combo and the visit this one on South 27th street. And pay 11.65 for the exact same combo? Not to mention the rude service at both and the lettuce that taste like it was treated with a chemical .not that this is anything new, I guess that's how much you guy's really pay attention to your stores. I ordered food through cousins website and got a confirmation email from cousins. I called after my food was 30 minutes late. The employee told me that they don't deliver and door dash never picked it up, but I could come get it.... I didn't order through door dash, so I didn't know that cousin's doesn't deliver. I asked why they didn't contact me or door dash after my food didn't get picked up and she told me to call door dash. I asked to speak to a manager and she tells me that the manager will tell me the same thing she did. She puts me on hold, and then tells me that there is no manager working. I asked how to get my money back for the order and she tells me to call the owner, Tom. Regardless, where the order went wrong, the lack of customer service was the biggest issue.

Called in order adead of tme. Order not done even after the 15min time frame given that order would be done.
