Ordered a pepperoni melt and a bag of frys.said ill be there in 10min got there in 15min.they were waiting for the frys to be done.got my order and left.sandwich was cold and my frys where so small like the crumbs from the empty fry bag.i called the next day to complain and she said the manager ill put you on a guest list for a free meal .so at the end of the i called and said im on the guest listfor a free meal

Had the best double cheese steak I have ever had. Servers were friendly and helpful. Manager was sweet! We were in town dealing with a lot. Had to use the laundromat next door twice for hours so ate here many times!! Very nice clean place! We dined in and took out for lunch and dinner.

I am not one to post reviews as I know the effect they can have on a business however I can’t ignore the horrible service of this location anymore. We pre-order using the app 99% of the time where everything is very easy to follow for customizing orders but I truly don’t think they look at any specifics. They just make the standard sandwich that is ordered. This time was no different, my sub had the wrong cheese, my wife’s sub had oil and vinegar selected and neither were added, she also requested tomatoes that were not on the sub. My daughter’s meatball was correct and my son’s kid meal was missing the cookie, fries, and juice box so he just got an over priced ham and cheese sub.

Every time we order fries, I make a note to have them well done but they are always undercooked and soggy. And I will agree with another review that the portions are never consistent. We have ordered two large fries and there are barely enough to make one large fries.

The amount of times I have just ordered a half club with double meat and cheese and only receive a normal club is unbelievable. All subs I am over paying for something and not receiving what was ordered.

Again I don’t think they train any of the kids that work there about attention to detail. I really hope the owner can make some changes or I foresee my family choosing a different location from now on.

The food is the only decent part of this store, the employees are always uncoordinated and a lot of the time downright rude, the food takes forever to get out, and they can’t even get my order right half the time, I ordered two double cheese steaks and an Italian special and got one double cheese steak and one Italian special, and the employee working the counter gave no receipt so I couldn’t get the second double cheese steak even though I payed for both.

Love that this place is now corporate. The entire place is just managed better and cleaner! We have ordered several times using the apps and all the food has been prepared the way it was entered in the app. The soups and fries have been hot and fresh each time we have ordered. This past weekend, they were busy but drive thru line moved quickly. If you don't want to wait a few minutes than go to a normal "fast food" place, food is made to order like Culver's not sure why people are complaining! Wonderful staff and management. Thanks for remodeling and making it even better. We haven't go sick from this location since it was remodeled and corporate took it over. The last management ran it to the ground, the place was so dirty.

Food takes forever to get here. I understand they are short-staffed, but the situation was made even worse now that they opened the drive-thru. I came 10 minutes AFTER my online pickup order was supposed to be ready (it was ready; I could see my order sitting there waiting for me), had to wait 7 minutes to be helped and then had to wait another 10 minutes for my food (that was all ready except cookies and a cup of macaroni and cheese-not sure what took so long). Sandwiches were soggy and gross by the time we got them. I am disappointed to have spent $30.

Tired of explaining what I don’t want on my sandwich and it’s on there anyway.
Tired of spending my hard earned money to feed my family and something gets left off my order. Tired of “come back and we’ll make your sandwich correctly” or “come back and we’ll give you the sandwich for your kid we forgot to make and put in the bag” or we’ll give you a free sub isn’t gonna cut this time. I added a tip onto my bill this time before the cashier snapped at me for asking for something on the side 3 times. Guess what was not in the bag? What I wanted for my sandwich. Always decent food but if you order online expect to be treated poorly. When you order online it gives you an expected time for pickup and it says "just go to the pickup window and ask for your online order". I did that and the woman cooking the food tells the person at the register to help the guy standing in line instead of just grabbing my order and handing it to me. This has happened multiple times and this is the only Cousins which does this, that I know of. Mediocre to poor customer service.

I called to get an order to carry out and was put on hold so I
decided to head over. I was still on hold when I walked and said "you can hang up with the call that's on hold and showed that I was still holding". She just laughed and hung up the phone. I only live 4 mi minutes away from the store. My club only had 1 slice of tomato and my fries were cold and hard. Eddie was great however Amy is another story. RUDE is the best way to describe her. UPDATE: Was planning to do subs for lunch today but I will go to the Pewaukee location! I posted a this complaint over a week and a half ago, was contacted (by the owner I'm assuming), asked for my contact information so "they could make things right" and never heard anything. Seems as thought they just hoped I'd go away. HORRIBLE way to run a business!

Let me start by saying, my family and I LOVE cousins! This location is so convenient to our house and we have visited many times since moving here a year ago. Unfortunately, like others have said, they have a knack for getting our order wrong or forgetting something! I have had to go back for things on numerous occasions after picking up our order at the pick up window (another reason this location is so convenient). Even after the many times I've been disappointed I gave them another chance. I put in a order for three 20 piece party boxes (an expensive order!) over the phone and was told they "need a credit card to hold the order". I completely understood as, like I said, this was an expensive order. I went to pick it up, credit card and coupons in hand but was told that my order was already paid for and there was no way I could use the $15 in coupons I had! Needless to say I have run out of patience with this location and will go out of my way to spend my money elsewhere!

Another place I used to frequent as Ive been a Hartland resident since 1995. Food is decent but the quality has declined some and prices have gone up. Current ownership seems to care less about the customers based on behavior I have personally observed. The kids behind the counter have good hustle and are friendly. Moreso than the owners.
