Horrible food ice cold. 4 people running the register and the window waited 15 minutes our food was cold we sat there waiting for them to check out the person in the truck behind us pulled into the parking lot and went in. Cousins is my favorite restaurant, so of course I had to stop driving through Kewaskum. This location blows the others out of the water in all aspects! Fresh, soft bread, cleanliness was phenomenal, customer service on point and more up to date than some other local locations. I'm actually sad this one is way out of my way 😔 !

We used Keith and Cousins last fall with his sub trailer for my daughters baby shower. Keith was fantastic. Food was great, showed up on time all set to go. Stayed a bit later than promised. Love that they hire younger kids. Found out the young man's name who I've seen there (starts with a Z.. don't want to put it out there) he's always moving and so pleasent. We need more kids learning about working for what they want! But I will say the service is always way above par of other cousins, subs are always the best. When the drive-thru isn't available for ordering there should be a sign stating so. We spent over 20 minutes in line only to be told that it was for pickup. I then went inside and placed my order for yet again another 20 minutes for a take out. We got home, opened up our packages to see that the roast beef and cheddar was on the wrong bread, and the onions on mine were frozen. Not good for the price you pay.

Great food! This location has been getting better at the accuracy of their orders compared to when I first started going here. The crew members are not very friendly and neither is the manager. Service is constantly slow. Four or five people in the backand it took about 20 minutes for us to get our subs amongst the four other people there. Also all there they did mess up another customers order pretty good. It was good so three stars it is. I would recommend the manager work with the staff a bit more on the customer service. Greeting customers as they walk in. Making sure the manager on duty is directing the staff. And definitely speed for orders that are take out.

Cousins isn't always the Cousins you expect when you walk in. This location has fries etc that some other locations do not. The drive thru option at the Kewaskum Cousins Subs is one of many reasons that I choose to drive 5 miles north of my location. I do have a Cousins Subs 2 miles away in town. The next reason is the quality. The pickup order is always made on the time given at time of order. With that being said they do a great job on making sure the order is correct. Getting back to the quality. Subs are made to exact order and each individual subs have their distinct taste. I highly recommend the Turkey and tuna along with, cheese steak subs. All made to orginal recipe. They also offer fries and soups plus individual bags of chips.

It's a Cousins Subs! Just what you'd expect. It's good when your in a hurry. I believe other reviewers that complain about the help are over critical. Franchise restaurants like these usually employ younger people that haven't had jobs before and don't stay long(perhaps a year). Problems are bound to happen every once in awhile cut them some slack. Training/ find good help can be challenging. Overall I usually have a great experience here.
