Cashier was rude and couldn’t explain why they didn’t accept coupons. Club sandwich was okay, cheesesteak was horrible compared to other locations. I agree with a previous post that the meat seems microwaved and horribly seasoned. I’ve had food from the other restaurants at this stop with similar experiences, avoid it altogether if you can.

Tracy took my order, she was rude, inconsiderate, abrupt, and unhelpful. The food was made relatively quickly which was nice. The person that made my sandwiches called my number set them on the counter and walked away, no acknowledgment no conversation not even a simple enjoy your subs or have a great day. Went to another location the week before and got the cheesesteak. It was really great and one of the best cheesesteaks I’ve had in a while. However this location did not have a stovetop and cooked the steak in the microwave. The cheese was cold and the steak made me feel sick. Maybe the cold cuts here are decent but I wouldn’t recommend

Love this gas station/food court. I typically get Rocky’s since I work next to a cousins. Got the double cheesesteak sub as my usual order. Watched the meat get microwaved which was strange. At my more frequent location I see it grilled. Sub was half warm, cheese not melted, and was half as good as normal.

I ordered 2 pepperoni melts-1 which was double meat/cheese. The server was Devin H. he must have been new. As he needed help on the register. Our order was the only 1 there to be made. He was having difficulty making the subs and asked the manager for help. The manager was working the grill for A & W. And I heard her say to him, "figure it out and I do not have time for this". He really needed the support of his manager and she did not give it. We asked for our money back, and she told him that we had to wait. When we finally got our refund. we went down the road to Hardees. I felt sorry for this guy as he was put down by the manager and had no real training. I understand the lack of help right know but the manager really needs some training. We are frequent customers and really enjoy cousin subs over anything else. Please look into this shop.

P.S. They responded and I had already sent a message to the corporate office. In their response they send you to the corporate site. And corporate does not respond to your email. So again another corporation that does not care about the customers only their money. And they wonder why they lose customers. Save your money and find a ma and pa restaurant that you can enjoy your food.

Visited a Cousins for the first time in many years, I’m usually a Jimmy John’s or Subway guy. The food was good, I’ll definitely try Cousins again for that reason. However the service from Tracy the “manager” was unacceptable. She approached the register to take our order seeming very inconvenienced. She appeared sad or upset and made the entire simple ordering process feel somewhat uncomfortable. We could also hear her barking orders at her employees from across the restaurant a few times. I get that people have bad days so I’m hoping maybe she was just over it and doesn’t treat all the customers this way.

I always stop in on our drive through the area, now I'm thinking no more. The female manager is always short and seems overwhelmed. First thing she always says is it's going to be 7 minutes. Remind you there's no one in line and I didn't notice drive thru with a big line either. This is the third time in a row, so I'm done. Owner needs to have a talk with her.

Absolutely disgusting beyond words!! My family and I stop at this location at least 10 times a month, sometimes more, with my partner working in Lodi. Usually when the workers don’t listen and ruin my order I would normally overlook it and let it go because the sandwich is normally eaten once It’s brought home (so about an hour after it’s made due to me living an hour away). However this time I refuse to overlook it because the sandwich is ruined to the point to where it had to be thrown away and it ended up being a complete waste of money because the workers didn’t listen to a simple request. I asked my partner to pick me up a sandwich on his was home from work and I would eat it later in the night because I needed to finish running errands and get our sick newborn settled down so I probably wouldn’t have time to eat it until later. He ordered the double steak with no tomatoes and no onions at my request because it would make the bread incredibly soggy many hours later. Well the workers didn’t listen yet again and put both on it. The sandwich was so nasty after a few hours of being made and it shouldn’t have been if my simple requests would have been followed by the workers. I went to eat the sandwich (right before writing this review. Would have called the store and spoke to a manager, but the store closed a couple hours ago) and when I pulled it out of the wrapper the bottom half of the bread was so soggy that it was absolutely disgusting because of the tomato’s that were put on it after being told no tomatoes. I tried saving it by ripping the soggy parts off so we weren’t wasting money, but there was no way of saving it. It also had onion on it which they were told no onion as well. The moment I opened the wrapping I knew the workers ruined the order yet again when I seen the meat that was supposed to be in the sandwich not properly on the bread. It was more in the wrapper then on the bread. When I opened the bread I seen the very things that was requested not to be on there. I was so upset over the whole situation and not being able to save the ruined sandwich that I threw away the sandwich right into the garbage. This is the first time in my life that I’ve ever had to do that. I’m not a person who complains or gets upset easily, but non listening workers and multiple ruined Orders have made me so upset to the point to where I felt the need to share this experience to make other future customers know they need to be aware of this location. I’ve worked in a sub shop for years before upgrading to a better job and I honestly can’t understand why these workers struggle so much with doing a simple task. Making a sandwich really isn’t difficult or matter how busy the store is. It’s not a stressful job, it’s a very easy job. I did it myself for 6 years all while managing the store I had at that time. I usually try to be understanding, but I refuse to let it go this time. This is terrible customer service and management needs to fix this issue with their staff.

Worst Cousin’s sub I’ve ever had. Ordered the chicken bacon cheddar and came cold with lunch meat chicken instead of the usual hot diced chicken breast. Also had mayo on the sandwich even though this sandwich does not come with mayo. Lastly, I asked for italian seasoning and was asked if I wanted that on the side or on the sandwich. I asked if the girl meant the italian seasoning and she laughed and said sorry of course on the sandwich. I ended up getting no italian seasoning and instead got italian dressing on the side. Not up to par with other Cousin’s locations and this should be advertised before customers pay full price for sub par quality.

Slowest and rudest service ever. Been waiting 17 minutes to get my order. No line but just plain bad service. Girl working stood there doing absolutely nothing for about 14 minutes before begining to make my sub. Manager was snotty about taking my number.
Last time I went I had a hir in my sub. The time before that they charged me for two 7" subs instead of the 15" I ordered, charged me for the extra meat then forgot to put it on.
Very disappointing. Every other Cousins I have been to was excellent

This place was absolutely frightening. The lady at the cash register was so flustered when we walked in I almost walked out. I worked at a Cousin's in my life and this place was slow, not kept up to standards and the service was not good. I even saw a customer walk up and ask what number one of the orders on the counter was and the cash register attendant yelled "I HAVE NO IDEA!" I will never be back to that location and Cousin's is my favorite sub shop!

have gone to this place twice now and had very very slow service both times. Today I waited 30 minutes for 10 mini corn dogs which were then served to me slightly warm and without the sauce I asked for. It was not busy. There is no excuse for this type of service. Stopped here based on reviews on our way home from the Dells. Reviews were right on. Great place. Clean and nicely decorated. Cheese curds from A&W were awesome as were our Cousins subs! Only complaint was not toilet paper in stall and A&W milkshake was more like a cup of ice cream than a milkshake.

Drove here only because I've never ate at this location, also because it was only about 5 minutes closer yo my home. I love Cousins Subs. I usually get cheese curds with my meal, aparently this location doesn't serve cheese curds or fries; they told me I had to get them from the A&W that was also there. I would have totally been fine with that if the line at A&W wasn't 30 feet long. So I skipped it and I was disapointed. Long story short, add the regular menu here and I will come back.
