It's pretty cool that Google is so nice to delete your negative reviews. The way I see it, I got screwed out of two free subs. The app is a scam. Double points on Thursdays. I fell for this garbage. The more you buy, the more you get screwed. I have been a loyal customer since 1982. That ended because of the app scam. Feel free to have Google delete this review too. I'll repost again and again.

This was awesome,nice cashier, Loretta, and a real good job by the cute young grill cook, we both ordered the chipotle cheese steak and they were really good!! The only change I would make is a little bit less a bit too much but now I know, be careful how you are with jalapeno peppers, these were medium heat I believe and she didn't skimp, a very hearty Sandy, real nice job grill queen, you did real proper, will be back, thanks to a nice group of employees that day, 9/7/24! Some of the better subs in the area, with fantastic fried cheese curds. Avoid this location during the lunch rush: the crew is good but the sandwich prep is slow and the counter area gets chaotic. Cousins still has good food, but rapidly increasing prices have decreased the value.

Apparently this is the only cousins where they grill up your sandwich and wait till they package it before they cook the fries. So you wait extra long to get your items. This is why I usually drive past this location to go to a different one.

Update this is the worst location around. According to the owners comment below, they are working on problem. I went back there tonight, they didn't make my subs correctly and I called just to get attitude from manager. Claim want to fix problem but don't want to learn what is wrong. Afterthey remake the messed up subs, will be going across street to Jimmy John's where they know what they are doing.

This is one of the recently remodeled Cousins and it's nice. The cheese steaks aren't quite as decedent as they were twenty years ago (and the fries in the combo are stingy) but really: it's quite filling and no one needs that much food for lunch anyway. They have a multi-drink machine but keep it pretty clean. Sandwiches are made to order and take a while but it's an expected wait. Bathrooms are OK until the wastebasket overflows (should probably just get a bigger container for lunch crowd). Table seating is clean and there are multiple places for up to four to sit in chairs (which is getting rare in remodels which often expect you to sit alone at a barstool). All in all, a pleasant surprise of a Cousins: I'll probably come back here a few times a year.

Food apparently came up for pickup and was Givin to another party that was waiting for cheese nuggets for the rest of their order. The other customer said this does not look like my order. A girl with purple hair looked andcsaid, yes that is yours. 5 min later the customer returned and said to counter this was not his order, girl was untesponsive. Customer asked if it was mine or another parties. I said, that sounds like mine. I asked the girl if it was mine, she did not even look in the bag, just said...yeah that's yours and went back to making sandwiches. No apology, no offer to remake the now cold fries or opening sandwiches. Very disappointing. On a positive the sandwiches themselves tasted good. The fries were a little light and a bit cold...maybe other customer try ed them . Not sure I want to think about it.

I have gone to this cousins multiple times a month and it has progressively gotten worse and worse quality. The past few times I've ordered a meatball sub and that's all I've gotten just meatballs. I ordered a Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich. It arrived and was covered in Marinara Sauce. I thought that was strange and killed the taste of the cheese steak. They insisted that that's how a Philly Cheese Steak is supposed to be served. The manager came out and in a loud voice said that she heard the server tell me it would have the marinara sauce. I didn't know how to respond to an obvious lie. She never mentioned the sauce (I ordered from the board which doesn't list marinara (in fairness the printed menu does)). The manager then carried on further until (no doubt thinking herself 'Joan of Arc') dramatically offered me a new sandwich. I got the new sandwich. I found a hair in it on the second bite and perhaps coincidentally have a stomach ache now 12 hours later prompting this review.
