I happened to have pulled up when the store was about to close. I am disabled, can barely walk and the 2 people that were working on 12/02/2024, were so helpful, did deeply care, respectful and some of THEE NICEST people I have met working for Cousins. I believe Kevin was his name and the females name, I didn't happen to get. Both of them get a 5 Star rating, as well as the store for cleanliness, and the Cheese Steak was so good.. My food was cold they gave me a half of container of fries my soup was cold when I asked to use the bathroom the server Nicole had a very bad attitude as if she didn’t wish to give me the key on top of that there was no tissue in the bathroom and no soap to pay that amount of money to deal with bad attitudes and cold food is crazy

I hate this location! They NEVER have anything available. They only have what they allow or feel like having for the day. As soon as I pulled up the drive-through, the employee said, "All fryers are closed. Only order cold food." It's only 8 and your store doesn't close until 10. Lazy workers. Smh

Shame on ownership/management. This place is perpetually understaffed. The service is terrible because the people who are there are totally overwhelmed by having more customers than they can handle. I went to this location today for a simple sandwich. Just a club, roast beef and cheddar and cheese curds. I had a free cookie coupon from the app as well. Well the lady at the window told me I could not get the free cookie and said I needed to come in. Then my sandwich wad made sloppy. The tomato is not even on the sandwich, it's sitting on the side of the sandwich in the wrapper. To spend $25 on a sloppily made sandwich and bad service just sucks. I've came to this location a few times before and I've never had such terrible experience until today. I mean it could be worse but spending money and you get bad service and sloppy food is a no go. I'll take my business somewhere else next time.

After a long day with my mom, she wanted to treat me to a sub from Cousins Hwy 100 and Silver Spring. I got a chicken cheesesteak 7 1/2 Inch and my mom a chicken cheddar bacon 7 1/2 inch sub. The young lady at the drive thru window was friendly and patient (helped me get to my Rewards acct. via my cellphone number. As soon as I dropped my mom off I drove home to eat. I was starving since neither of us had eaten breakfast or lunch. The sub bread was tough and cracked on top. The meat was dry and salty as well a void of any other flavor. I tried to eat it thinking it's not that bad- but it was. I called my mom to ask how her sub tasted. She immediately said salty. I called and was told they could give me a different bread with many apologies to make things right. I go to my moms, get her sandwich and receipt and spoke with Juan (store manager). He said its impossible that the bread is stale or old because the GM makes it fresh daily. I show him the sub and he said well we can make the same subs again but could not do a different sub/bread. Why would I want a repeat of the salty sub on stale bread we just received? I asked for our money back. We paid cash and I had the receipt. He said only a GM can approve getting our refund. I was starving and now beyond frustrated. He said sorry there's nothing I can do and walked away from the window. This was such a horrible experience. The manager said the sandwiches are pre-seasoned so they can't be too salty also. Lay-Lay, the young lady at the window was the only saving grace for this visit. She was kind, patient, and apologetic. I left still hungry without a refund to buy something from somewhere else in the area :(.
Edit: I did get the opportunity to meet that Monday with a manager named Nicole. She agreed that our visit was handled improperly and apologized by offering my mother and I coupons for free subs. We appreciate her making things right and assured me that a review of training would take place to prevent other patrons from having a bad experience like our initial one.

So I understand that you guys are short staffed but my receipt was correct the food not so much. My hot ham and cheese had no bacon. The chicken Philly wasn't on parm and had no tomatoes or cheddar cheese. The cheese steak was fine, the Philly cheese steak didn't have provolone as it was supposed to. The staff was very nice and my order was correct on paper, it just wasn't made correctly which was extremely disappointing especially when some of that stuff is an extra charge. So I paid for stuff I didn't get. Very nice and polite staff, but make sure staff is looking at tickets and making food correctly. I already waited a little bit for the food, which again no biggie I get you guys are short staffed, I wouldn't have minded waiting longer considering I spent almost $60 and only one sandwich was right.
Came back to edit my review. I had my order remade on the store, the managers were all very nice and accommodating and the food was perfect this time. I really appreciate the accountability and the effort to make things right, that's really rare nowadays. So we will definitely continue to come here for our monthly sub cravings! Thanks again guys!

Absolutely horrible. Thought I could trust this cousins, but it seems every single one has hit rock bottom. Called in a $63 order. Got to the drive thru and was told to pull around great. Total was right ok. Thats when the mistake manifested. All we got handed was 3 soda bottles and some fries...$63 and thats all you think is on the order? Seriously this company really need to step it up or they will fail! So finally after waiting at the window for 10 minutes with no communication we get told the sandwiches are getting remade....because some handed out the wrong order! HOW DO YOU HAND OUT A $63 ORDER WRONG!? That was the whole reason for calling it in! Absolutely bottom of the barrel. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!

Very pleasant experience. I made an online purchase, picked my order up through the drive through window and the cashier was such a pleasant person. It’s not often that you get great customer service at fast food restaurants but this young lady proved that it still exist. Sorry I didn’t get her name, but it was 2/24 around 5p.m.

Do not go to this Cousins. They do not honor app orders. You have to wait as if you just ordered at the drive through. Then they lie to you it is being worked on. From the time I ordered to getting the sandwichs over an hour. While I waited they ran out of bread. Very sad.

I'm not going to talk down about cousins but I ordered two subs and the person whoever made my sub that day did not make it right they forgot items I ask for an don't prepare it right so I did not eat it and my wife went and ate hers which was prepared right but come find out in the morning she told me she got sick from the sub real bad. The cashier with the extremely long nails was excellent I really appreciate her customer service and gratitude. She is amazing and really expresses Cousins Subs code of conduct. She shows amazing professionalism towards customers and treats them politely. She definitely should be a manager she is amazing. Her drive thru speed was on task and her accuracy was correct and she was pleasant. I'd definitely come back here over and over again for all my Cousin Subs desires. Although I luv this location 2day was not a gud experience. They brought the food on time as they said but when we get the food n & look we missin a whole sandwich. When we called she said oh yea it’s still here, I’ll bring it 2 u. So all this time my sandwich done sat around (mind u it’s a cheesesteak)then she get here wit the sandwich it’s wrong, no mayo & it’s cold now.(They kno they got the best mayo) I’m jus disappointed, we jus spent 35 bucks.. So I went in for my lunch break and most people have a 30 minute lunch break. Now cousin subs is literally two minutes away from my job. So I get there and I order a cheesesteak with no provolone substitute American cheese. Not only is it taking over 15 minutes to make my food they got my order wrong. What upset me the most was that not only did she call the order out for them and they acknowledged it but when they gave me the receipt, the cashier had wrote it up right so there was no way they should’ve been able to get that wrong. Of course I have to wait even longer for them to fix it and needless to say I was late coming back from lunch. It was a good thing I actually came in early so that made up for the lost time.It just kills me that this is a fast food restaurant and nothing about it was fast and it was an inconvenience to me. If I wanted to wait 30 minutes for food I would’ve went to sit down restaurant.
