I'll never go back to any cousins in this area. Horrible customer service, unaccommodating, and unprofessional. On silver spring they tell me they have no bread, then went to cousins on Appleton and before I could place an order the guy on the intercom says I'm going to have to find somewhere to park and wait. This place is no longer worth my time

I just purchased a large greasy fry. And chicken chipotle steak. I ask them can I exchange my food for steak. I don’t understand why it say steak. They told me no because they don’t do refund. I don’t see how when their fries are super greasy. When I pulled up to the window after paying. All I hear is auguring. I will be contacting corporate about my experience.

Having eaten Cousins Cheese Steak subs for decades, the meat is not nearly as flavorful as it used to be at one time.
In fact, this sandwich is now very bland and lacking much flavor of any kind.
Also, it was a bit greasy.
A friend who also ordered a cheese steak said that about the only flavor he could taste much was the salt that he'd added to it.
The meat and cheese doesn't taste good like it used to.

Went inside, was planning to order a sub after I used the restroom, they said I’m not aloud to use the restroom until after I ordered. Then the employees laughed like it was some sort of twisted joke. Luckily it wasn’t an emergency so I went to a different place to eat, but absolutely terrible. The lady who’s said that to me had blue hair. Just to snitch on her. On July 8th, 4:05 pm ish.

So I ordered online and received my order only to find that nothing was labeled, special instructions had been ignored and one sub was completely incorrect. 3 subs 1 turkey (white meat) and 2 ham (pink meat) I asked for extra mayo and grilled onions on the turkey and 1 ham and for the other ham no onions and no tomatoes. Again nothing labeled and instructions ignored and we received 3 ham subs. I guess I'm to blame for giving them them another chance as this happened once before within the last couple months. We are the adults working in these places because these kids can't read with comprehension nor listen when told verbally. I see businesses are going out of business. So today I have someone without lunch because a worker couldn't read with understanding or follow directions. Ridiculous!

FEE is absolutely wonderful at what she does. Is she really knows how to make customers happy and leave with a smile on their face. I had the privilege of FEE taking my order. My oder was not right today. I don't understand because my order was on the ticket. I was standing in line for 15 minutes before someone asked another staff person to take my order. My ticket time was 2:09pm. I did not leave the store until 2:37pm. I was the only customer in the lobby. You shouldn't have to open your food in the lobby to make sure your order is right. I called to talk to the Manager. I was on hold for a long time. I called 4 times. The Manager was no help at all. Someone responds like they care but they don't care about the customers. No one has contacted me since this post months ago

On Wednesday 4/12/2023 around 9PM, my husband went to the drive thru, there were just 2 employees working at this time. When I tell you this team of 2 did an amazing job. We had ordered 5 1/2 subs with fries and they got the order correct and was nice. My husband was not in a hurry so he let her know that there was no rush. We had tried calling to place the order but they were not taking call ins after 9. These 2 deserve a paid day off. With all that was going on they still delivered great customer service...Thank you and our food was good!

Waited 30 minutes in line just to be told that they are closing 30 minutes early due to being short staffed. The crew member by the window must of thought it was funny because he/she was laughing and there were three other staff members in the lobby just having a great ol conversation while people’s time were being wasted in line. At a certain point you can not exit the drive through. This occurred 1/20/22 at 9:30pm. My time is valuable and I understand being short staffed during this time, but communication goes a long way.

We tried the sub in a bowl. Did not like it. Instead of just putting the ingredients in a bowl they changed the lettuce and didn't put mayo on it. Instead they gave us dressing. It changed the whole taste. I will NOT try that again. Going back to the unwich.

Placed an online order at 8:03pm to be ready by 8:23pm. Got to the store at 8:20. Waited...waited...waited..9:05pm still no food. Guy at the window printed my receipt handed it to me and said my fries would be ready in 2 minutes. Five minutes later he comes to the window to ask when did I place the order cause they can't find it. He then told me to come in because I was "holding up their line." Then told me that he couldn't make my order. I was confused by this comment as I had already paid for the food. Why can't you make an order that was already paid for? Requested a refund he told me I had to come in to get it. Finally another worker asked what the problem was. Explained the situation and she told me to pull up and my food would be out in 5 minutes. I finally got my food 15 minutes later. I thought the online ordering was supposed to be more convenient, NOT!! An hour and a half to get my order and the customer service was horrible!
