🤨😡I’ll never eat at another cousins sub restaurant again! The fries were salty and tiny! My sub was supposed to be a whole sub but it was a half sub they offered to make me another sub but as long as it took to make the first one, I declined. The fries were so tiny I had to pour them in my mouth. And the person who took my order said that’s how they come but clearly I saw some that feel out of a customer bag that spilled out on the counter and they were long. I showed the order taker and he said the craziest thing 🤨😡 at this point I didn’t want to make a scene I just said I wasted my money because also the sub was mostly bread and hard bread at that🤨😡

"I have to give a huge shout-out to Pat, the new manager at the Cousins Subs on 76th and Good Hope. The difference in the store is incredible. The staff is friendly, the service is fast, and the sandwiches are always made perfectly. Pat has really turned the place around and it's a pleasure to visit. It's great to see a manager who truly leads by example and creates such a positive atmosphere."

Put in an online order for pick up since this location was close to the soccer fields we were playing on. Scheduled the pick for an hour ahead while we waited to leave the hotel. Being from out of town, I found this location difficult to get to. My order was ready when I arrived at my scheduled pick-up time. The subs were good, and my wife liked the chili. We would try a Cousins Subs location again if we come across one.

I like this place except for 1 thing. They don't prioritize online orders. The app says 20 minutes until your order is ready but they don't start your order until you get there and then you have to wait for all the people who might be in front of you. Kinda frustrating but the food is always good.

This place is terribly mismanaged. Picked up order and when I got back to my office I discovered it wasn’t what I’d ordered and it was cold. This location is the worst Cousins I’ve eaten at and I will not be coming here again. Subway is right around the corner.

Cousins is local favorite can't find subs like this anywhere else food is always consistently good and I return regularly only thing I complain about is how expensive it is but I know getting good food made to order is going to cost me so I pay for it! I'll be back I didn't give the atmosphere five stars because it's just not a location where customers come in and sit everyone seems to use the drive-thru or grab and go, that's possibly because of Covid though so I get it.

Did an online order for pick up. Waited over 10 minutes for someone to speak to me. It was a young lady acting like she did not see me in the pick up line and kept trying to ring up people instead of asking me did I need help. Instead helped her friends with they order instead of my pick up. I also overheard a team member ask another team member for help with a party box order. The other team member replied I dont know ask your box instead of trying to help. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I will never place an order at this cousins again.

I went to pick my order up and they ran out of onions, veggies tasted sour, and the bread was crumbling. My fries were soggy and it took her 57 minutes to make a 15in, 6in and fries that I ordered online to avoid the wait. When I asked her for a receipt, she dug in the garbage and didn’t wash her hands before returning to the register🤮

I placed an pickup order online through the cousins subs website and they took my money but never made my food and when I showed up and asked for a refund I was told to call corporate to get my food or refund since your manager couldn’t do it themselves I have proof that they took my money as well. I ordered online 30 minutes ahead of time, so I wouldn’t have to wait when I went to pick up my food. When I got there they didn’t even start the order, so I still had to wait. Then they were out of chocolate chips cookies, so I paid extra to have a soup instead, but then they were out of spoons and I had to be refunded for the price difference and take peanut butter cookies. Then when I left I checked my bag and I didn’t even have the correct number of cookies and had to go back to get the correct amount and then they were not good at all anyways. By the time of doing all of that my fries were old and soggy too. Overall just poor customer service and all of the workers had attitudes. Do not recommend this location to anyone. If you can just go to the brown deer location. Way better service over there.

This is the worst location I’ve ever gone to. I placed an order yesterday evening when getting off work, picked it up, only to make it home to find out it wasn’t prepared the way it should have been. I didn’t get upset, I called, was placed on hold for 20 minutes, finally a manager took my call and was very rude at first but calmed down. I’m guessing because she could tell I wasn’t calling to give her a hard time or be disrespectful just to inform her that my order was incorrect and I would like a refund. I told her I would bring the food I had received back but not until the next day because I was already home. She said no need. Just come in, I’m putting your name “in the book” and they will remake your order. I thanked her, call ended. I return today to get my replacement order, no “book with names” exist. And was given so much bad attitude. Why? How??? They messed my order up! And the replacement I received was obviously thrown together because the wrapper didn’t even cover the entire sandwich! So I was handed a bag with a half wrapped sandwich, open end sticking out, but I just took it and left and only to get home to find out they still didn’t make the damn thing right! 🤣 definitely won’t be returning. I’m taking it as a loss and learning this uncalled for lesson.

Went to the one on North 76th got 2 ham and cheese 2 turkey subs with a coupon spend $27 the ham and cheese subs were super dry 3 pieces of shaved turkey on the turkey I think the only thing that keeps this place in business is the bread one sub from suburbia has more meat than two-and-a-half of cousins just not a good value for the money

Ordered catering for an event. After first calling that morning to say the iverns went down and ask if they could deliver late, they FORGOT to deliver my order. When I called to check on it, manager admitted that she forgot. While they weee polite, they offered no concession for being late and causing our event to fall behind schedule.

Placed an order online via the app at 6:46 pm Sunday evening.. system took my money and told me pick up time was 7:02pm .. arrived at 7:00pm the store was closed, store is scheduled to close at 8 pm.. no one coming to the door.. so I’m out of $30 and can’t talk to anyone until the next day to speak about my refund.. This is usually my go to place but lately they have been slacking on the cleanliness and getting the orders correct you may get the right sub but you may be missing toppings or wrong bread or not get items. Not sure what had happened in the last 6 months but that is when I started to notice the biggest changes but I have also noticed that some of the people are new. Hopefully they get it together or I will have to find a different one to go to

I refuse to let this go as I am still sick from the experience I had this past Wednesday. My family and I are frequent visitors of this location and never had any major issues until 12/14. On this particular day, I ordered a veggie sub, 3 large fries, and a regular cheese curd. While eating my sub, I tasted what was later discovered to be tuna. I spit it out and looked at the other side of my sub and saw tuna stuck on the outside of the bread and some mixed within the mayo on the sub. I ran to the bathroom while throwing up. I have a fish allergy and am a vegetarian. I am absolutely disgusted and extremely upset. When I addressed the issue with who I assumed was the manager, She was not apologetic or sympathetic. She just flat out asked me what I had on my sub to make a new one, I refused. I feel you should ensure that there is no cross contamination going forward. I know we are all struggling to find quality workers, but this is truly unacceptable.

I could not believe the Service that I received today. The server Deshawnda, was rude and unprofessional. After my number was called, my fries were cold as we're the customer before me. I asked for fresh fries and the server told me my number was called previously and that's why my fries were cold. This was untrue because I was standing at the counter. She then told me I would have to wait for fresh fries and she made me wait 15 minutes and threw the fries in my bag a walked away. Appear to have a nucleus of organized people making subs here. However it was not extremely busy when I visited, it was past 6p.m. Since I worked in a restaurant from age 16 to 20 years as a young man: I can appreciate young people who can prepare food quickly and do it well. The group I witnessed at this Cousins Sub, for the most part, were all on the same page and I could envision them doing a great job together when the going got tough.

I always come to this cousins and I was so surprised how they treated me the manger was young and rude. She watched a employee make my sub wrong and sloppy. I told her my sub was not made correctly and it was very sloppy and she responses this is how you make the sub. So I just took the sub home and when I got home the bread was so HARD. So I took the sub back up there they took it out my hand and gave me my money back and now they no longer have to worry about my service dude to the rudeness.

I went to Cousin's on 76th Good Hope tonight. The manager told me because I have a PORK allergy. That she couldn't make my sandwich. She said she doesn't have time to clean the grill and wipe down the board. You supposed to keep it clean and change gloves period. I had to go to Culver's. I had a cousins coupon so going to Culver's cost me more money. U go there all the time and never had this problem. All black people don't eat pork. It's sad that I couldn't get the service I deserved.
