I called corporate, because they don't listen to the customer, they refused to do what I ask when I won something there, I contacted corporate they return the call said they would let the store know we can give you the 15inch not separate as 2 bought, They do not understand or want to listen to the customer here in mukwonago, corporate never got back to them the same day. The owner of this store lacks customer service by not providing service. The owner also disrespect people who put food and money into his pocket, oh atleast 10,000 dollars a year. I grew up on cousins living in Milwaukee WI. Moved to the Mukwonago area & so happy they have a store there. I order the party packs for the holidays with my children & grandchildren. Being disabled I can't cook like I used to. I did order an extra doz cookies so no fighting about them...lol🤣 The staff has always been friendly, professional & helpful. This is a well run store. I got there at the beginning of a lunch rush on a Saturday during Maxwell Street Days and the crew were doing a great job. Not showing any stress at all. Really well organized. My only frustration is while they have a drive up window, there doesn't seem to be an ordering point which leads me to assume it's for pre-order pickup. Considering the location of this store I can understand the challenges of a drive thru but was still hoping for one. I was kinda gross from work so I didn't really want to go inside to place this order but once I was in there, they took care of me real well.

Drive-thru and counter times are ridiculous. They also don't make online orders until you've arrived - if you're lucky. Otherwise you have to remind them to start making your subs after you've stood there for 15 minutes (after you placed the order on-line 60 minutes ago and you showed up exactly on time or a couple minutes after). I've been to this establishment over 25 times and I am finally done patronizing them. Advice to management: Don't accept online orders. Don't have a grab and go cart if you don't use it. Remove you're drive-thru since it typically takes 20 minutes to get to the window then another 10 minutes to get your food (despite ordering online and arriving on time). Have somebody working in the establishment that is older than 17 years old with zero work or management experience.

I called and ordered one party box of 20. We talked about it and I wanted 10 turkey five ham and five Italian when I went to pick them up. They had four party boxes and said that that’s how I ordered it. I did not order four party boxes. It’s so upsetting that someone cannot take an order correctly over the phone. This Cousins has a very new and clean feel to it. When we ordered our food the staff was so very nice. Our subs came and were all nice and fluffy bread, not crushed like some other sub places. Visited with my kids and their half size subs were plenty large even for my middle schooler who can eat way more food than me. Definitely will be back here for more subs.

I can’t say enough great things about Cousins Subs! I recently placed a catering order for my daughter’s swim party, assuming it would be delivered, only to realize that I was supposed to arrange for DoorDash. With a dozen kids to supervise, I was in a total bind. Enter Derek, the amazing manager at Cousins. He completely saved the day by personally delivering the order himself, even though it wasn’t their responsibility! Worst Cousins ever. There is no entrance to the drive thru. They have an exit, but no entrance.... ??? At the window, she handed me a laminated paper menu with no pricing. My husband came to pickup a sandwich and the shift manager that was on was the most unprofessional person. He was screaming and hollering at all the employees and even at a manager that came into help. I am sorry but this man should be fired!! I’ve been to this location many times and always try to give the benefit of the doubt. Every time I go they either get my mobile order incorrect or I go to pick up my mobile order at the time it is scheduled to be ready and have to wait 30 + minutes longer while new customers come in order in the store and get their food first. This past time I waited at the drive up window with people avoiding eye contact for 20 minutes after I told them what I was there for. I called only to have them grab the food from the counter and it was completely cold.

Hi, I’d like to share my extremely bad experience with this particular cousins. I called and ordered in 4 subs. One I specialized with no onions and it came with onions on it… not bad I can take them off. The the second mistake could have been deadly. My daughter is VERY allergic to egg so I overwhelming told them the importance of no mayo on the sub. When I picked up the order both the recipe and on the sub paper itself said no mayo. I proceeded to give this sandwich to my daughter who thankfully looked in the inside and immediately had tears because she couldn’t eat it. There was mayo on the sub. This could have been a really bad mistake and I think it’s important that cousins works on this so this doesn’t repeat itself and a different outcome occurs.

Ordered subs for lunch with ice cream shakes for the kids. They gave me two cups with what looked like milk in them. I said I don't think so. I have liked this cousins more than my local one in Caledonia Everytime I order I receive a sandwich that ISNT thrown together by a bunch of non caring human beings. Here, I've always received a sandwich in pristine condition and the staff is very nice.
My order was wrong however, I was given a few free sandwich coupons...which I really do appreciate. I would've shared a pic, but just like all the other times, I'm too hungry. Last time we went here it was meh...but hey everyone has a bad day. Tonight one sandwich was good - one was like it was run over by a truck - after they forgot to add some of the meat. It wasn't a staffing issues as three people were working. There were only two customers that were waiting. Took longer because they had to remake one dine-in customers sandwich after it was made wrong. So sad as we always were happy with the consistency of the food. Not so much anymore. Time to find a new place.

If I could rate them a zero star I would. Everytime I order food from this place, I get terrible customer service and my order is never correct.
My order from today, 02/19/2022, taken by Carrie T, was exceptionally terrible. She was very rude and it was noticeable that she did not want to take our order. My order concluded of one 15 inch sub, one 7 1/2 inch sub, two cups of mac 'n cheese (because they did not have bowls,) fries, and one large soda. I asked to have tomatoes on half of the 15 inch sub and was told that was not an option. I could either have tomatoes on the whole sub or not have any tomatoes. She literally could have just told the people making the sub for that order number to only put them on half. Otherwise, after the ticket printed out, wrote on the ticket to put them on only half the sub.
For the 7 1/2 inch sub, we ordered it with no tomatoes and by absolutely no surprise, we got tomatoes on it!
The mac 'n cheese was at best, okay. We never even got our fries. The only thing that was not messed up with our order was the fountain drink, since that was the only thing they did not have to prepare for us.
To make things even "better," two people received their orders before us, even though we ordered BEFORE them.
I definitely do not recommend this Cousin Subs.
