Julianne M cannot listen to instructions face-to-face. End of her shift and she phoned it in. Whole chicken cheddar deluxe, no onions. That turned into a half order, had to re-order and told her "same thing, chicken cheddar deluxe no onions". She didn't listen. It's 2PM and face-to-face, it's not difficult stuff.

Will not be returning. There's other Cousins Sub locations that haven't screwed up like this.

I was warmly greeted by a friendly young lady named Hailey. She not only took our order but made our food also. Our cheesesteak subs were absolutely delicious!!! The best I've had in a long time. Three stars because they make the order right when they are open...key words being, when they are open. I feel like the evening hours change between 8pm and 9pm without warning which makes it super inconvenient when trying to grab food after a later engagement or a late day working. What once would be open is no longer. Even if it's seasonal, post the hour change somewhere. Ive never had such inconsistency with other locations, but unfortunately this is/was the convenient one. Looks like it's a break from this location again until they sporadically open again until 9pm. Doubt I'll actively check tho. Not worth it.

Theives. They take your money, and give you no food or cold food (which was intended to be served hot). In lieu of offering and following through to better more close to ten poor experiences, including food quality issues, excuses are offered, and refusal of service.

Excuses provide no nourishment.

I recommend, not ordering delivery or pickup from this location. Ordering in is slow, and the personnel are unprofessional and immature. Be weary, choose to order food elsewhere.

Cousins corporate has yet to respond to the issues I have personally had with this location.

Great cousins location. I have probably eaten there 500 times the past 3-4 years while on my lunch break. Seems like every time I go for my lunch sub combo they are extremely busy. Lobby jam packed. I see people getting uneasy and mad like it's the employees fault they are busy. How can you expect your sandwich in 2 mins when there is 10 orders ahead of you in which you saw when you walked in and they have fries and the grill going. We as people take our instant gratification for granted sometimes. These people are mostly underpaid and under constant stress and anxiety and like most restaurants these people don't even get actual breaks. Imagine if we didn't have grab on the go food around. Only food we could make at our houses. Everyone would regret the mainstream view on food service workers. Again great location, although I am very sad my favorite bubbly cashier doesn't work there anymore.

I love getting a customized veggie sub and jalapeno chips. My food has always been delicious and my service has always been very very good.

Update, About Two Years Later (May 2021) - I still come here often, and it is still one of my favourite places to eat. Still fast and excellent service always for me. I add black olives and mushrooms to my veggie, and they put a lot on there for me (that makes my meatless subs “fuller”). They offer to sauté the mushrooms and onions for me and I appreciate that so much.

I ordered my food online which is very easy. The food was ready when i got there but when i got home one of subs didn’t have mayo on it which is supposed to be on the sandwich automatically on it. Other than that the food tasted good. The thing that really bothered me is we noted that the cashier wore a mask but the person putting the food together did not. We wont be revisiting this restaurant due to the lack of masks state law at this time.

I love Cousins in Muskego. I frequent this location and feel that the quality of the subs and the service is better than other locations I’ve stopped in at. There are quite a few long time employees that really know what they are doing and it shows!

I especially appreciate that they have gone the extra mile during the pandemic, to keep the food coming and to keep guests safe.

Owner doesnt care to put the proper amount of employees on. Sometimes i go there at peak dinner time and theres 2 ppl on. What if one of them has to go to the bathroom? My daughter used to work there and it took her 4 weeks to get her first check. Said the managers were good and fun to work with but that the owner was unbearable. She now works at mcdonalds and makes 2$ more an hour and is never overworked.

too many times my hot sandwiches were cold, many times called to place a order but at 8:15 the grill was “broken”. I’ve never been more dissatisfied with the customer service as well as the higher up to the owner. Unprofessional, dirty, rude.

I’m upset that I had to even give them that one star to leave a review. I went in last night around 7 or so and it looked very unprofessional and poorly ran. The manager had poorly died purple hair and she was just rude. I think I heard one of her coworkers call her ally? A simple smile while ordering would’ve been appreciated but they all just looked unhappy to be there and not welcoming at all. My fries were not fresh and I had asked for no tomatoes on my sandwich but they put them on anyways. I called to complain but whoever answered the phone hung up on me when I told them the problem I had!! This location is so close to my home so it’s convenient for me but I will have no problem driving a little further to subway to ensure my food will be made correctly and fresh. I would not recommend this location to anyone :(

I have been to a number of Cousins restaurants and this is one of the worst if not the worst. I ordered a double cheese steak and watched in dismay as the person nuked it in a microwave. It was the worst sandwich I ever had from these guys. I never went back and never will.

I ordered three chicken cheese steaks with double chicken and extra everything, they were very dry and I noticed no mayo. I called Muskego store 1146, and the manager explained it was my fault because i didn't read the menu I then asked for another person to speak with and young woman stated corporate just changed the Chicken cheese steak now to not come with mayo and it was noted on the menu. I explained subs were very dry and why didn't cashier explain mayo not included. The call was ended with no customer satisfaction from the call and very dissatisfied with my chicken cheese steaks. I never had this issue at any other Sub restaurant and I will not go back.

Over my sandwich, over the lettuce & tomatoes and over the wrapping paper. It really should be mandatory for women to either wear a hair net or wear their hair up in a bun.

So gross. Husband and I ordered a veggie sub with light mayo and mustard to go. Left to eat on-the-go. It was so soaked in mayo, it couldn't be removed because it was so sales into the bread, congesting the natural nooks and crannies of the vegetables. I put in an honest effort to deal with it, but it was really just a mayo log.
Went back and got a new one, no mayo this time, but it was still a mess. Glob of mustard on one end. Bushel of lettuce on the other end.
