Normally the service and food are good. But on this visit I pulled in the drive thru at 9:05pm on July 29 and waited a few minutes for an employee to answer to take my order, no one did and I had to drive off. Posted hours say there’re open to 10pm and the Open sign was on in the window. Very disappointed in the service this night.

I was super hungry. I ordered two sandwiches, two Mac and cheese, a large cheese curds, and a bowl of broccoli cheese soup. Now my stomach hurts from too much food. Called in ahead and after attempting to place an order and get confirmation on where they were located I was hung up on...called back reordered my food just to pick it up and it was wrong. Truly believe the order was purposely wrong because I complained about being hung up on. Soon as I called back they knew who I was and knew part of my order already. Won't be ordering from them again, terrible customer service and spent over $16 for one sandwich that was wrong.

It is one of the best and most consistent locations. Bread, lettuce, and tomatoes are always nice and fresh. I don't know if they are just more heavy-handed with the seasonings or what, but the subs tend to be more flavorful here than at some of the other locations.

New Berlin, Wisconsin, Cousins subs

Ordered a Philly cheesesteak for my husband and I had a chicken cheddar bacon., ordered 2 15 1/2 inch whole subs., my cheddar bacon had absolutely no taste to it once so ever., very very bland, and my husband’s Philly cheesesteak lacked the right kind of cheese to really give it the flavor it needed. After paying $39 for two whole subs I was very disappointed and Will never go back there again., very very expensive and the subs tasted awful. The price you pay versus the quality of the food that you get is not even worth it! Cousins used to be my favorite, but not anymore. And it used to taste a lot better than it does now!!

I worked at cousins for 4 years when i was a teenager so ive been to almost every cousins location. No where compares to this location. Ive been here probably 20 times. I stopped eating at cousins years ago unfortunately. I live in the lake country area and the cousins subs by me is below average. My parents wanted subs yesterday evening and they said this is their favorite location.

I ordered a meatball sub and a cheesesteak sub for my husband. I ordered the cold veggie.

To my surprise, my husband had two subs that were not only fresh and delicious, but fully loaded. My cold veggie had fresh veggies on it.

The customer service at this location is outstanding. The gentleman who was working the register last night was super cool and friendly.

When I am in the area, I will definitely return. The best location I know of.

I wasn’t able to order when I tried several times to,….all it said was oops something went wrong….!! the app or store didn’t let the customers know they weren’t taking orders on line..

Grabbed a lunch sub. Quick and attentive staff behind counter. Professional and courteous to say the least. $12 for a 7.5" sub + drink + small bag of chips seems on the high end to me. The classic sub from the menu was okay. I was dazzled or won over by its taste. I guess I was expecting more flavor in the sandwich. Not horribly dissatisfied, but not really seeing a good reason to return either.

We got there at 7 pm on a Saturday and went thru the drive thru. The person at the window was very friendly and did apologize a few times because of the long wait (that really wasn't a problem as you need to wait everywhere these days!).
The problem was that I spend $40 on 4 subs and when we got home home 2 of them were completely wrong. One of the whole turkey subs had nothing on it but the meat!!! And the half pepperoni melt had all sorts of stuff on it that shouldn't have been. So I waited 30 minutes and got home and 2 of the subs were awful!!
I was not packing up them back up and driving 25 minutes back to the store. Have to say that I will NOT ever be going back to this place.

Not great service. Just about every time I go back to the New Berlin Cousins they make the sub wrong. There is a list of ingredients on the receipt. Still they still forget items. Today got my sub, and they didn't put lettuce on which is listed on the sign advertising that sub, right by the menu. Next time I will start going to Firehouse where they know how to make a sandwich.

Will not be back! Ordered a simple sub, turkey with provolone, mayo and lettuce on the side. I actually order the same one every time. Got to the window to pay and it was made wrong. I told the kid at the window it was wrong, explained what I wanted, again, then a girl came to the window and explained it two more times. I got home and no cheese, so I call, talk to the young manager and he was extremely rude! VERY RUDE STAFF & MANAGER. Poor customer service. I’ve never had an issue with any other Cousins subs. I had called to let them know my sub was made incorrectly and their staff member proceeded to INSIST it was made correctly as if she was looking at it. Spoke to the manager and the same thing happened, so when they offered me a credit I declined it. Cousins- I just want my sub made correctly. No need to be rude, people make mistakes - even managers. This was a very interesting visit as every month we have gone at approximately 2 p.m. to use the coupon that gives you a free soda and fries when you order the sub. Today we went and about 1:15 to 1:30 and the young lady told us know you can only get a soda or a chip or a fry but you cannot get a chip fry or a soda fry or chip and soda with your sandwich. However the coupon was exactly the same as it has been for the last year with the same printing on it. Other than that the restaurant was well attended. The rest room was clean as well as the restaurant itself. Tables all of them were immaculately clean and the chairs. The ladies restroom is easy in and out for those people with Walkers wheelchairs or electric wheelchairs. Also, don't forget to do your survey because on that it does say exactly like it says on the coupon that you get a free fry and soda or free chips and soda with your purchase of a sub.
