Tonight I ordered a turkey on whole grain bread with light mayo and light onions. The sandwich would have been great except for the bread. It was hard and crunchy and clearly past its prime. This happened the last time I got the same sandwich and I wrote it off as just a bad day. I was willing to give it another try but am really disappointed. Good is expensive and this will makee think twice next time we want a sandwich. My husband and my father had delicious sandwiches with cheese steak and meatball subs.

Went to grab lunch here and the atmosphere and service was shocking. The manager was yelling at her employees the entire time I waited for my order infront of customers which is unacceptable! Saying things like I'm not working the register today so you guys need to figure it out, am I talking loud enough, no one ever hears me. I'm sure this causes embarrassment and stress which it was no surprise that my food was not right. My fries were cold and stale, and I asked for jalapeños on one of my sandwiches and they ended up putting them on the wrong sandwich. Very disappointing service at this location!

I was very exited to try this place, especially after seeing there large sizes (15inch subs.) But wasn't that big at all when the sub is 2 inches wide, and they skimp on toppings. My cheesesteak barely had any cheese in it, not a lot of steak, and was dry. Bread wasn't anything to write home about, which when it comes to a sub shop, bread is the key ingredient. The prices for these subs is not reflected in what you get, I honestly feel like somebody beat me up and stole my money.

I travel all over the United States and know the difference between these sub shop chains and the sandwiches they sell. First and foremost is the bread. Been in the bakery equipment business for over 40 years so we know what is best and the rolls for the subs at Cousins is average. Probably come from Campione’s bakery that is local.

Sub had minimum amount of meat, lettuce and very small tomatoes put on it. Not very appealing and taste was kind of bland. Sorry to say I won’t be back.

I do love cousins subs but the environment is very unclean and you can see that when you walk in. The grill and more looks dirty. This is definitely bad for business when your customers walk in and see this. As far as the food, subs aren't made correctly and often have questionable toppings. I'd hate for people to get sick from here..
I've had multiple orders incorrect and inedible. Do yourself a favor and go ten min to the Rawson Ave location.
Management, I'd suggest check in with your workers and their cleanliness as food safety and quality control is key to running a good and safe food service business.

Apparently, management thinks it's okay for people to bring their leashed, unmuzzled dogs inside while their irresponsible owners eat. We're not talking lap dogs, but good sized ones. I have ordered from this location a few times without any complaints. Today, I received exceptional service. I had an online order for a noon pickup and something came up at work and I did not make it in time. I called later to ask if my sandwich is still there and if I could pick it up. The staff said it was, not sure if it actually was. When I arrived to my surprise they had made a fresh sandwich! Exactly how I would treat my customers because life happens! Very friendly staff, delicious and adorable food (a rarity for quality these days). The cheese curds are some of the best around. Not overly breaded and still a little squeaky. Really disappointing second visit to this Cousins location on a Sunday evening. Bought a 15" turkey sub, and the bread was limp and flavorless, lettuce wilted, very little meat, and most inexcusable, was missing mayonnaise on 90% of the bread (only one tiny dollop in the center??). I am a Cousins Subs super fan, but have been noticing terrible inconsistencies in the quality at various franchise locations lately (looking at you too Pleasant Prairie ...)

I wandered in tonight as a guest who didn't previously know of Cousins at all. The young lady at the register was super pleasant, and my sandwich was made quickly. Hi everybody I'm back, Went to Cousins the other day on Ryan, one of my favorites, not anymore, don't know what the trouble was. 7 cars total waiting in the parking lot for one sandwich each. And when the workers came out they casually walked up to the car's, no sense of urgency, One lady was there for 20 minutes. I left after 10 mins. Terrible, Terrible, terrible Way to run a franchise. If they keep that service up they'll be out of business soon . Waiting 20 minutes for a ham sandwich .Go anywhere but there. There's plenty of other Cousins shops around.

I've been to a lot of Cousins Subs, always like it. This location however, has been the best! The subs are always well made without scraps hanging out or in the packaging, which really isn't a big deal but it's very professional, neatly made with toppings equally distributed throughout the sub. They also always give me a bag, and napkins. Other locations have handed me just the sub at both drive-thrus and inside, not in a bag. They also always got my special orders correct and I've been going to this location about once a week for the last year. The restaurant always looks clean as well as every table that's not in use, that's sometimes getting to be rare in a fast food place. There are many sub places, but cousins is still my favorite, and the app has proven to be pretty valuable.

Cousins Subs: This Milwaukee based sub sandwich shop is located throughout the Midwest at more than 100 locations. It was founded in 1972 by cousins Bill Specht and Jim Sheppard (hence the name Cousins Subs). Today I have their cheesesteak sub that was generously provided free of charge by my boss at a work lunch. Cousins' cheesesteak comes with steak, provolone cheese (I substituted for American this time), lettuce, onions, tomatoes & salt. Being the cheese man that I am, I decided to try it on their parmesan asiago bread. The bread added an extra burst of cheesy flavor (just not the ooey gooey kind) making me glad I remembered to try it. When heated the bread was soft, thick, and pleasantly chewy. I was given a large portion of steak and there was plenty of gooey, melty, American cheese to keep me happy. Although it didn’t add flavor, the lettuce did add a nice crunchy texture along with the onions that were packing some flavor. I enjoyed this enough to consider it one of my favorite go to fast food cheat meals, Doughboy approved

This is the second time in 2 weeks my order was incorrect! The first time I went through drive thru and ordered 2 subs and the employee confirmed my order gave me the total which seemed low to me then when I picked up my order at the window it was 1 sub. I didn't even bother saying anything because I had already waited about 15 minutes.
Today I ordered 2 subs one tuna with mayo and provolone (no provolone on sub and it was soggy) 2nd sub was a cheesesteak with mayo(no mayo on sub). Totally ridiculous!

Ordered a couple of veggie subs over the weekend online. When I arrived to pick them up, the grill that they cook on looked disgusting. There was crud and burnt meat all on the sides. The kitchen looked unhealthy. I didn't have much faith in my sub being edible at that point. When I got home and unwrapped it, there was nasty, slimy spring mix lettuce, a few cucumbers that we're also old, some pieces of cheese and no mayo. I took it back for a refund. The kid working there said he was unable to do that since it's an online order, but he would contact his manager. I will never eat there again and highly recommend nobody else step foot into that establishment. I have not heard anything back from the manager, or corporate office after sending them feedback, so I can only assume that they just don't care.
UPDATE:
I have tried multiple times to contact them, as well as the web address they give in the response to my review. They will not get back to me, and I am out of my hard earned money. I will contact the health department and have them inspected. Don't be surprised if they suddenly close down.
UPDATE: They finally contacted me and refunded me a full refund on the order.
