Never go on Saturday, they are not organized, order was all mixed up ,they had no diet drinks at all. They marked the outside of the wrapping but Noone could read it. We couldn't decipher a turkey from an Italian. No greeting when you picked up and paid. They were just spaced out regarding costumer service.
Need training for the start. Customer in front of me had a problem with this sandwich to also.

Came inside to place an order for take-away. The front man who took my order was helpful and incredibly friendly! I am not sure why the subs at this location have minimal toppings. As a vegan I look forward to a sub that is loaded with veggies. The sub I ordered was mostly bread with a few bits of veggies somewhere in there. For the price, especially when I remove cheese and still pay the same, it’s not worth it. I’d prefer to make the long drive to New Berlin where subs are full, fresh and always delicious.

On the plus side, employees are friendly and the restaurant was clean but that did not make my sub any better…

I went there yesterday. The lady who served my sandwich possessed a bias demeanor. There was no polite conversation with me but there was with the lady behind me. She pronounced my name wrong and ignored me when I tried to correct her. Finally, when I said "thank you" there was nothing said after that. The food was good but the bias service has to end.

Worst couple of subs ever today. Italian and ham and provolone subs, which we have been getting since the beginning of time seem to have been hit by shrinkflation. The bread seemed really flat and I noticed right away that the weight of the packaged sandwiches was significantly lighter.
You can’t increase the cost and decrease the volume..just ain’t right!

Cousins is a Wisconsin treasure. You need to eat here at least three times if you visit the state. If you live here, it should be in your RRR (regular restaurant rotation). If not for the sandwiches, DEFINITELY for the curds and fries. Dunno if they put some addictive ingredients in those things, but they are some of the best in state. Weird stating that talking about a chain; but it's a local/regional chain and keeps the food ideas fresh. Sub shops don't typically have fried options, nor give you a chili or soup option either. All are available here. Believe you can even go low-carb and also veg out. Prices are reasonable compared with the competition. And the toppings don't give you that 'plastic' vibe from other, larger chains. I'm not trying to say that it's the end-all, be-all of sub shops, yet it definitely stands above a lot of others. Service is typically fast and made when ordered - but that's to be expected from a sub place. And they always seem to be clean and ready to seat, with most having outdoor seating as well. Give em a shot, you shouldn't be disappointed.

Restaurant was very clean and employees were very friendly. It was pretty busy but food still came out fast. The best part was the cheese curds. They are delicious and a must try! Went here because I was looking for a hot sub. I got the chicken bacon cheddar which was good but I was very thrown off as there was no sauce or condiment. Definitely make sure to ask for a sauce to be added because otherwise you will find yourself pouring a ranch packet on yourself like me.

Great place! Always clean and our food is always made correctly. Employees are friendly and food always tastes great. Never have to wait very long and love that I can get a fry for the kids to share with their subs. Nicely managed and run well. Would definitely recommend. They have been excellent as far as meeting requests and having larger orders done on time. My son has had us ordered from year two years in a row now for his birthday meal. Store is always clean, bathrooms as well. They can get busy, but food is always prepared well and it's hot and fresh.

best cousins around. i work very close by and rarely get the opportunity to order from here on break. to my surprise the first time i tried ordering online i was delighted to find my cheesesteak was piping hot and on time, and most importantly, delicious. ignore the plebeian reviews complaining about dirty tables or improperly stocked bathrooms. i dont come to cousins for a fancy dining experience. i come here for delicious sub sandwiches. 10/10

I originated gave a one star rating to Cousins but after reconsidering I decided to give it two stars. The cheese curds are really good here. They were well cooked, with just the right consistency of soft, warm cheese. The staff was kind and considerate also. My complaint is the sandwiches. My wife and I got two different sandwiches. The bread.....was bread. It wasn't anything special. The toppings on the sandwich were also average at best. I guess my expectations were for a sandwich that was different from a sandwich I could make at home.

It’s all right here. Inside is not cluttered but definitely could be wiped down here and there. They definitely need to scrub out the floor in the storage. And the bathrooms could use a once over. Staff is not unfriendly. But not very outgoing.

The staff was not very friendly and I was very discouraged while watching the cashier touch her mask, then her personal drink, then stir the soups, then hand out an order, then take another order, all with the same gloves on her hands and never washing them or changing her gloves... Not at all sanitary.
Also 1 of my sandwiches was made wrong but I didn't know it until I was eating it later for dinner.

We ordered online. Pabst farms cousins subs. Got 2 subs, fries, and cheese curds. Got home opened the sandwiches, hair in both sandwiches and eyelash looking thing in the fries. Called and told manager(travis). No apology. Just rude.He just said "oh, well we dont have anyone that works here with that color hair". We brought the food back for a full refund. We didnt eat any of the food. Again, still no apology for this. I asked who I can speak to above him, he said he cant tell me that information. Also never offered anything for the inconvenience. This is definitely not good practice in food safety. It's obvious there are no extra precautions being taken. I will never ever step foot in there again. Cousins, you really need to train your "managers" on how to actually deliver exceptional customer service

First off the cashier was not very friendly. I ordered a mini stop with a soup and a drink. I sub I have a picture I'd love to show had very little anything on there I was looking at lettuce and bread mostly cousins should be ashamed of themselves how they have cut corners. Plus I paid more for that little sub and that little soup then I would have if I would have ordered a seven and a half inch sub. There is a picture of myself I got. You pay more you get less that's just the way it is I guess

Dad and I stopped after not eating all afternoon. Friendly staff very simple interior with not much to look at during an in house experience. Food was good, but different as less meat/fillings were in each sub, but the presentation of the food was great. My biggest critique was price as approximately $15 for a 15 inch sub seemed a bit excessive to me for how little is on the sub when compared to say a firehouse sub. One need addition was micro rootbeer.
