You order a 15inch turkey with tomato Mayo and no lettuce. And I order a 7.5 inch turkey with all of it on there. Spent 22$ get home the 15inch is literally bread and meat. Oh wow ok. Open the 7.5 inch and it is bread meat and lettuce. No. This place has Continuously been a horrible let down. Someone needs to figure something out.

I have been here a number of times over the past 6 years and have always had consistently good service. I wanted to write a review because this past Thursday I came in after my son's Tae Kwon Do practice at about 6 pm. My sons had a lot of energy after practice and were having a hard time listening to me while we were ordering. The man at the counter was extremely nice and accommodating even though he could see that I was getting stressed out. Thank you for the help and great food as always!

Went to get a sandwich which was a online order which should of been done at 7:22,I stood patiencely and then when I ask how much longer,then one of the male/Hispanic came from his stand and told me to leave and invited me back to fight him at 8pm after he got off...this is unexpected behavior shown to a customer ,while other customers were in the store as well,I felt towards disrespected and came into days later to take to the manager..... hope this doesn't happen to anyone else in the future.... Recently ordered a 20 sub party pack for a bridal shower. We had a small group and wanted to keep it simple. The order was ready when promised for pick up. Cousin's Subs are my favorite in MKE. Suburpia is good too, but its fare is limited to just a few sandwich selections. Jersey Mike's is getting better. Subway is boring, both bread and meats.

Cousin's has good mix of both hot and cold subs. They usually have a few specials too. Prices are about right: cheaper than Mike's, but Mike's subs are a bit larger.

My favorites are the Tuna, the Club and the Italian Special. They're cold and delicious. When you feel like a hot sub, ask if they will make an Italian Cheese Steak. It's not on the menu anymore ☹️. They still make them on request. They're like the Cheese Steak but then they add Italian red sauce and mushrooms.

Went to this location because it was on my way home from Hwy 16. Gave this place another chance. Ordered footlong cheesecake wrapped in two sandwiches because the last time the paper wrapper got wet and the sandwich broke in half. Got home. We go to eat dinner and both sandwiches are bare...like, meat only and some yellow stuff and no veggies, no provolone. $15 and meat and bread!!! Called the store, the lady said she didn't have a order like mine...no kidding because I didn't order it!!! She said she didn't have any foot long cheesecake order and asked when I came in...told her 15 mins ago. Are these people for real here???? Will ONLY go to the Pabst Farms location going forward. This location can't do one thing that is their claim to fame....a cheesecake!!

Did an online order and it was ready right on time. One of the staff members was very friendly while the other was a little standoff-ish. I love cousins and I go to this one a lot out of convenience, but most times this place either screws up my order, or they take forever to make my food. It shouldn't take a half hour to make 2 subs!

Cousins Subs is a Wisconsin based franchise, the subs are sublime in comparison to other cold and hot served sandwiches.

My favorite is the Club sandwich.
It's an Italian bread, ham & Turkey served with iceberg lettuce, tomatoes, onions and provolone cheese, mayonnaise, olive oil and oregano.

The French fries are solid, nothing fancy or special, but they get the job done.

The chips are a lot like Lay's chips.

Am yet to try the cheese curds.

Normally do not review, but this is the worst local restaurant I've ever dealt with. Tonight the sandwich maker started making my wife's sandwich with my bread, when caught, They scraped the mayonnaise off my bread and threw it on the grill, for my grilled sandwich, could not finish it was so soggy, normally they screw up the"no tomatoes or oregano" my wife requested, will not come back ever again, will drive farther to Pabst farm location from now on. They haven't screwed up my order ever!
