Went with my dad, who’s a veteran, at 7:40. They’re open until 8 according to all sources i could find, but the door was locked, signs off, and people goofing off inside. I wanted a sub, and was going to try there since we were close, and we’d only have to pay for one (his should’ve been free).

I placed a delivery order on cousin’s website I order $57 worth of food including a happy meal and I ordered a chocolate shake that I had to pay extra money for. When they delivered my order they gave me a fruit punch that normally comes with the meal. When I called the store and told them they mess up my order m. Jade the manager answered the phone and when I explained to her what they did. She told me to come back up there to get the shake. First of all why would I go all the way up and I paid $8.50 for delivery and gave a $4.29 tip if that was the case I would’ve just came in to order my food. Then she says she can only give me the difference for the shake which was $2, I ask if they can have someone bring me the shake they forgot, she said no but offer me $2 . Any other restaurant if they made a mistake, they would at least came back and gave you what you ordered or at least gave you a free meal or She was very rude. I asked her for corporate number she kept me on hold for a long time did not answer, and my husband had call on another phone. They finally gave him the corporate number. I will never order food from there ever again.

Stopped for a full sub, the place was empty so being busy was not a factor at all when making my full sub that cost $19.28.... I really got robbed. The toppings were extra sparse definitely cheap with the mayo couldn't even tell there was mayo on the sub. The sprinkle of lettuce and onions made me think the store was trying to cut costs. If I wanted lots of bread I would of went and bought a loaf. Definitely disappointing. You can't see the sub being made and that is part of the problem so unless you want a unpleasant surprise do yourself a favor and get your sub somewhere else so you can get your monies worth.

Wish I could give it -STARS! Pulled up to window after placing order and waiting behind a car to wait almost 30 minutes before the window even opens or is greeted. They never give me the drink just took me money and shoved the bag at me and closed the window again. I called and was told they could “put me down for a free drink next time” but I don’t live in the area. So I told them I wanted a refund. Only way they could do that was if I go back and return everything. So I did that and had to wait another good 15 minutes for the refund. Then I was told I won’t see the money till maybe tomorrow after the refund and that was disappointing for me. Very rude and untrained staff. Also when I called with questions about the refund I was hung up on.

Would have ordered $40+ worth of food, but couldn't get to the drive thru until 7:40pm. All the lights were off, including the drive thru sign, but thought I'd still try since they claim to be open til 8pm. When I pulled up, I was coldly greeted with the usual greeting plus the info that they are not making anymore hot subs. I understand all sides of this interaction, but still think that 4 15" subs would be worth keeping the grills hot for an extra 15mins. Disappointed to say the least.

Went there and the lobby was closed the lady inside just pointed to the sign and the drive through. The sign says the lobby closes at 7pm, but it was already closed prior since we were there at 6:55 and you couldn't see anyone working the counter or drive thru. We tried to explain to the manager Seth that the lobby should not be closed prior to what the sign says, and he said that he would clear that up by getting a bigger sign out front. I don't know what there are continuous customer service issues at the location. The food is good, but it is very much a deterrent when you are treated like a worthless person.

Cousin's subs is better than Subway in my opinion. Like they say better bread better subs. The bread seems to make the sub just taste that much better along with the texture. We went through the drive through. Both subs were ordered without onions. There were onions. For someone who dislikes onions your onions are strong. Subs were disposed of and we ate something at home as we were exhausted and live on the north side of town. I have been pleased a thousand times at this location. Just an off day. Fries were ice cold and super salty. Also no cookies. I would not have even posted this had the owner not questioned it. I rate four stars because I have had good food from them usually.

Sunday October 25th I placed an online order and when I went through the drive-thru to pick it up I was missing some items and there was some issues, But I can honestly say other than this one time I don't generally have any issues with cousins and I get it things happen I work in customer service as well But what I can say is the manager was amazing she called me personally and apologized offered to give me a free sub I got a refund for the missing items she handled this absolutely perfectly she was super nice and cordial I will definitely be going back to this cousin's just because of the way that she handled the situation It was absolutely perfect!! I absolutely love Cousins Subs. But this store in general, has got to be the worst at making the subs. Id say 4 out 5 visits my subs are made wrong. For instance, I just left there, got home ready to eat my delicious Club, only to be let down. Not only was there no Oregano, but there was absolutely NO mayo when I asked for extra mayo and Jalapenos on the sub when I asked for them on the side. I did get the side of Jalapenos before leaving the drive thru.

Ordered a party sub 26 hours in advance and they had not even started it when I got there. Waited 45 minutes and got no food and was late to my daughter’s graduation party because of it. order id aabephhnaeau I ordered the meatball sub with the broccoli soup. I went to get my drink and filled the pink lemonade, this looked like cherry koolade. I have never seen it that color? I then was called to pickup the rest of my meal. I got back to the table and discovered that I wasn't give a spoon for my soup. Asked for a spoon and was given one. The soup looked like there was new and old soup mixed together because of the pale green and bright green color of the brocolli. When I bit into my sub, the bread was stale and the meatballs were barely lukewarm, I returned the meal and asked for my money back. This is the 2nd poor experience I have had at this location. I took the money that I was given back and went across the highway and went to Jersey Mikes and received great customer service and great food. I'm have been a Cousins customer for many years, but I'm sorry if you do not improve what you do you have lost me as a customer.

Worst service last Saturday Feb 9 during lunch rush ever. Three employees disorganized. It was not super busy yet it took 13 minutes for my ham and provolone sandwich.
