I just went to Cousins drive thru here in Oshkosh on Koeller Ave and the service was TERRIBLE .

First I got called ‘Sir’ by the employee. I politely corrected the employee afterwards. Then I asked for my meal and when i asked for what type of fountain drinks they had, the employee let out a huge sigh as if I was asking him something difficult. He then angrily said ‘Coke products’ which is extremely vague. I then asked about bottled drinks and I got no answer.I eventually ended up asking for a bottled water. He then asked if it was for pickup, I answered ‘Im ordering from the Drive thru so yes.’ Side note: Who orders in the drive thru and goes inside to pickup their order? Make it make sense.

I get that sometimes working customer service is not ideal but as someone who used to work customer service for more than 16 years, that is NOT how you treat paying customers. This employee should be thankful to even have employment in this economy.
The food is WAY overpriced as it is so to have a endure crappy customer service was the nail in the coffin.

This cousins subs had a great crew! Loved the vibe and music. Drinks were flavorful and refreshing 🤗 subs were filling and they made sure to not put any cheese on my sub which I was hyped about 💕 will be coming back soon! Loved the portions btw I was full all day.

Tried to order online using a gift card, and somehow it took 4.75 and never completed my order. I was just goona say screw it

But I'm so glad I went in, the manager made it right on the spot. Got 2 of my favorite subs that the nice lady behind the counter did am EXCEPTIONAL Jon. Like absolute amazing . First time using their online order & pick up option. I liked this better for customizing. I ordered a chicken cheddar deluxe sub in a bowl, with extra meat and cheese for $1.99 which was worth it in my opinion. I also ordered regular cheese curds. In the note section I also requested 2 cups of ranch, I needed one for my cheese curds. (I should’ve asked for 3 since the salad was so big). I do think there should be a separate option in the online ordering for dressing/sauces but I appreciate the notes being seen and accommodated. The salad was great, everything was fresh and it was a large portion. Cheese curds were good, I’ve never had them before, regular was a good portion for one person. Pick up was easy and staff was friendly. Utensils and plenty of napkins packed in the bag as well.

Horrible costumer service, called to cancel an online order that was placed and was reassured by a staff member and "manager" that my order was cancelled. Checked my bank account and noticed I was charged $40 for the order that was suppose to be cancelled. Called back, and manager took my phone number and said their general manager would be calling me back at their soonest convenience. That was 3 days ago and still have not heard anything. Most wouldn't see this place as a cheap place to eat looking at the menu. However once you order and see the size of your sub, the sandwich contents you desire, drink size, and side order amount, you'll see the significance in the deal. This location has French fries made to order so they're hot and cooked to your liking(with extra or without salt) which is nice because I prefer less salty fries. The order is the perfect size of what you order. This Cousin's location is the only one I go to.

I LOVE cousins subs. They are probably my favorite sub shop in terms of flavor and quality. Quality is never an issue- the bread and ingredients are always fresh and all the sides taste great. This Oshkosh location though can be slow depending on who is working, hence 4 stars instead of 5. One time I sat in the drive thru but nobody responded to take my order. I pulled up to the window and waited and still no one was coming until I was just about to pull away and go inside- then they forgot to give me my drink but thankfully I noticed before pulling away. We have done online orders that took a while to be fully ready and others were quick. Its never been bad enough to stop us from coming but some consistency would be appreciated.

Cousin's Subs, where the same general manager took my order for three subs and got them all completely wrong. I have severe food allergies and specifically told him NO vinaigrette, NO veggies, yet he added them anyway.
Cousin's Subs where that same general manager is one the clock and takes a two or three hour lunch break at China 1.
Cousins Subs the place where you can get a free meal off the floor if you're really really hungry.
Cousin's Subs where be sure to ask them to get any meat out of the freezer because they don't monitor their food times on the floor. Sometimes the meat sits a day or two before they restock. Same can be said for the vegetables and mayonnaise. (Information from former employees)
Cousin's Subs where if you work there, expect your paychecks to either bounce, or not be what you expected as they have a habit of not paying overtime, bonuses or for your full hourly wage. (This told to me by former employees)
Cousin's Subs where foul language, sexual innuendos and sexual harassment seem to be commonplace behind the counter and they don't care if customers hear.
Cousin's Subs where the general manager doesn't go out on catering jobs, but he makes damn sure that HE is the one clocked in for those jobs, so he gets the bonus pay and tips. (As told by former employees)

Very slow service, they were almost totally out of chips, they ran out of deli chicken so I could not order the one sub I get from there, all the tables were dirty, and they forgot my kids meal applesauce and juice.
