This is not first time either. It is to the point you have to open sandwiches before leaving and check them so they can remake how it was ordered. This is very frustrating. Getting to the point it is not worth going there

Ordered a Chicken Cheddar Deluxe NO Lettuce. When the sandwich was handed to me I said no Lettuce right? She took it back,opened it and it had Lettuce on it.
She went over took a new piece of bread, wiped the Lettuce off the other toppings and put it back on new bread. Got back to work to realize she didn't even put Mayo back on it. Sooooo dry I called to complain, when I asked why every time I order no Lettuce they put it on anyway and the guy on the phone said, I Don't know what to tell you!!! WOW is all I can say! I will not be returning to this cousins again as I have had other problems with this location. I go to the one in Kewaskum, 100% better than Plymouth!

Many sub shops in town, this is probably the most expensive. Honestly, Cousin's subs are pretty good...but they may as well steal your wallet at the register when charging...my son is a fan of the Philly cheesesteak...I'm pretty sure the footlong is like $30 almost...I mean come on...when did fast food go the way of sit down restaurant pricing?

We picked up 2 subs for dinner last night. We were very disappointed! The bread was stale and dry!! Seriously could have been 5 days old, it was cracked and fell apart. Lettuce was brown. Ordered a chicken cheddar deluxe and there was nothing deluxe about it! 1 pc of cheese and 1 pc of bacon????? And I paid $9 for that. We won't be going back to this Cousins again. I work out of town and we order Cousins once a week because it is so good. That location never disappoints us! Always fresh bread, just like Cousins advertises!

This is my second bad experience with this store first time was forgot my meatball sub said they paid me back in my account and never did then when I went up there to prove to him there was no manager there well I ordered food again and again I ordered a steak and cheese extra cheese with mayonnaise and no lettuce there was lettuce on all four of my sandwiches no cheese on my steak and cheese with extra cheese and mayonnaise I asked him know oregano and they did it anyhow and flopped this all together I'm so dissatisfied with this restaurant that I will never ever go there again I'll go to the South side Sheboygan out of my way before I go back to Plymouth very dissatisfied

To start, it seemed like their exhaust over the grill wasn't working because the entire inside of the place was smokey, we made a comment to one of the workers and they said the exhaust was running... The sandwich was delicious 😋. Cheese curds were great. The Sprecher soda out of the soda machine tasted off, like the mixture wasn't right. It was a bit pricey, over $18 for one 15-inch sandwich and drink not included??? Paying over $40 for 2 people and $5 of that for 2 soda's that didn't taste normal... I will not be returning anytime soon.

Staff is lacking training in multiple spots. First thing we noticed was cleanliness of the lobby, supplys sitting in lobby's floor in plain site of customers. As well as the preparation of our sandwiches they were not up to standards. As a fellow person who works in the resturant business I would never serve a customer with such disrespect.

Today I went into cousins in Plymouth. Their was a woman in front of me who just got her food and I was the only customer in the restaurant. I ordered and paid with cash, the man rang me up took my cash and gave me my change all with his gloves on. I don’t care. But then he proceeded to make my food without changing his gloves! 🤢 unsanitary and LAZY! Like I said they were not busy. He had the 30 seconds it takes to change gloves. I will not be returning!

I was very excited when this Cousins opened in Plymouth. We have always gone to the 1 off Taylor Dr in Sheboygan. I can't put my finger on the reason but the Plymouth Cousins just isn't as good as the 1 in on Taylor Dr. In Sheboygan. But they'll do in a pinch. We ordered 3 large subs & my sub was wrong. I never leave negative reviews. . .however the owner of this business is a jerk.

Less than a week earlier I have a positive experience at his business with an excellent employee placing a 20 sub party pack. I ask for the same order. . .this clown owner begins arguing with me. . .haggling isn't a common custom in the USA.

He tells me I can only have one, not two subs of roast beef cause there is a roast beef shortage. He mentions no one puts provolone on roast beef its normally cheddar and he is going to have to charge me extra.

I ask him it he knows the rule that "the customer is always right?" He gets angry. . .I told him I will never come in here again. He shouts that's fine I'm posting your license plate number and telling my employees not to serve you. Then he mentioned he is calling the cops and follows me outside with his cellphone.

This owner needs some serious customer training and would be wise to stay away from his own business and let other people operate it.

Went to this location a little before 7pm today and had to wait over 20 minutes for a to go order. It was two subs and three employees were working. While I was waiting one of the employees was complaining constantly and was very rude to both customers and the other employees. I have been to this location many times before and usually don’t have this big of an issue. I could tell my cashier was new and didn’t seem fully trained. The other employee yelling at him clearly didn’t help that. No one wants to go to a location wait much longer than needed and then hear that from an employee. They had one other sub besides out two to make but like mentioned above there was three employees working-not very effectively.
